We had an issue with a heavy duty truck of ours which broke down on the highway, requested towing service, their mechanic came over in 30 minutes and he wanted to check on the truck before hooking it up and towing it, he looked at it and found what was causing the problem, he went to get parts and fixed the truck on the side of the road within 4 hours. They did a good job for us!
So my daughter had a little mishap last night. Called and within minutes the driver was there. Very friendly and happy guy. Didn’t catch his name but very nice. Fast service and great price. Treated my daughter fairly and made the unfortunate situation better. If you need a tow or winch out, give them a call.
Everyone we spoke with, even late on a Sunday, were kind and professional. Used them Monday to flat bed our CRV to our home. Fast, professional and safe. Very fair on price. Will call them again if and when needed. Thanks guys!
These guys are amazing. Their service is perfect and they don't say the estimated price but the exact total price first then start towing. The lady was very polite and friendly.
Customer service lady that answers the phone is very unprofessional, rude and mouthy. She also likes to let you know she’s too busy to help and will give you answers that are lies just to get you off the phone.
They literally saved me. I broke down on an extremely rural road with no cell phone service while passing through town. This company was outstanding from the call to them dropping us off in Pittsburgh. Our truck broke down in Wheeling WV yesterday and it was just a bad day, but we call A-1 Braden's Towing and the woman who took our call was very helpful and very nice dealing with me and my anxiety over my truck. She was patient and got a truck to us asap. The driver was also amazing... Very friendly and helpful and we had great conversation through our hour long ride to Pittsburgh.
