This store is honestly fantastic. The guys are SO incredibly kind, helpful, know exactly what they're talking about, and are always legitimately happy to help. Couldn't recommend them more.
The young man there with longer hair was meticulous, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping help with parts. He has been there 7 years and loves to see hot rods and work with vintage cars that need some extra attention. Kudos to him for knowing that Auto Parts is where he wants to be. It is obvious he is very good at his job!
Staff is knowledgeable and has direct experience with my car and my year. Glad they're still some responsible adults running the show at this auto parts store. Would recommend anyone for your approachable and problem solving mentality is everywhere.
Thanks to Gordon for his help! We broke some U-bolts on our trailer and we called up and over the phone he matched them up and we picked them up and got on our way. The truck stop we were at wouldn’t even helps us so we appreciate that Gordon did and that you had the parts in stock!
Staff was very polite and kind and went above and beyond to ensure my questions were asked, and that I was purchasing the correct items. I will continue to use this location for sure !!!!!
My brake line broke on the interstate. I needed fluid to confirm it was a break. They not only helped with the fluid but recommended a nearby shop and tow truck. When the neighboring dairy queen wouldn't let us sit for the hour wait due to covid, they allowed us to stay in their air conditioned store rather than the 100 degree car. Above and beyond!
I walked in and found my items. It took about 11 minutes. As I came up, masked, the young manager, BRANDON, was standing sideways, talking on the phone.
I placed my three items below the plexiglass shielding which HE could see. Not one reaction... No nod of his head, no wave of his hand, nothing... I was 100 % INVISIBLE.
Even more insulting was he hung up the receiver, co tinued to type, which I understood was vital, but it took Him another 30 seconds to even realize I was a Paying customer.
I used to be a Mystery Shopper for a lady who KFC restaurants SO I commented three times, 'Good thing I am NOT a mystery shopper because you did not even acknowledge me being here at all and That would have cost you ten points."
He still had Not bothered to start ringing up my 3 items so I turned to a more Mature man and said, ' Would you please ring up my items since your Mgr does not seem to want to bother ? "
This man did and I left. I realize customer service is not valued by most vendors. Brandon has little, if any, from my perspective.
I sincerely hope other dissatisfied customers have taken the time to compose an admonishment of him as I have.
They got all the tools you need to fix your vehicle. They do provide some general tools but you gone have to buy the special tools for certain parts. I mean it's not bad at least they're willing to help you with tools. I highly doubt that you go visit this store. Very knowledgeable staff and professionals.
Definitely cheaper than Advance Auto Parts! But as it is true with all products, the cheaper the price, the cheaper the product. Go with a hardened brand name. Knowledgeable staff at the National Rd. store.
Pointed me to exactly what I needed (headlight), and had them organized from basic bulb on the bottom, to premium on the top. Giving three stars because they grab extras and pretend that you need them. Had to be slightly forceful in the fact that I only needed the bulb.
Auto zone is always good. They have knowledgeable staff. They usually carry the part you're looking for. If not they can always order it for you and get it to you in a timely manner.
Friendly knowedgable associates. Prices are high. If you don't need a part immediately shop online. You can get parts allot cheaper. It's great they can scan your vehicle for codes for free.
I was in Wheeling, WV on 18th June 2016. At 5 PM I saw that my Honda CRV has engine light on. I was supposed to go to Niagara from there and then back from Niagara to home in Chicago. I was scared as engine light was on and what to do that too on Sat evening. I called Honda showroom and Sears and all were closed. So I called and AutoZone at Wheeling. It was open. I went there and met Tina and Ty and it was the best experience for me. They welcomed me and helped me immediately. The engine check was an Oxygen check sensor issue and Ty assured me that it’s not an issue and I can drive without any problems. Above all it was free check while all others are charging 90 dollars to check it. So if you are in Wheeling, WV for any reason and have issues with car, AutoZone is there for you.
