The first TA to complete a successful PM Service of my truck without sending me to Loves. Also diagnosed and corrected my fuel delivery issue.

License plate required to reserve spot. Will make you go back and get the number come back in. Why plate truck number should be enough

I find TA travel centers to be just OK in general. Not my first choice but I'll go if only choice.

I waited for two hours to get the oil changed, and in the end, they took the car in, kept it for another 40 minutes, and then said they didn't have the filter. How is that possible? Bravo!

I came here yesterday to fix 3 lights. After the repairs, I left and less than 100 miles, I got the trailer right signal still is off again. I came TA in Wythiville VA, they found the problem and fixed. Then I called back TA Wheeling to explain what happened to me, they charged almost $400 and TA wythiville also charged $291. After I argued with this charging, I found nothing back to what it cost me a lot. I really regret coming to these guys. Never coming back to you

Bad fuel here. The color is suppose to be yellow and it was pure black seen that when I had to empty out my fuel tanks since it messed up my truck

Pulled in seemed like the majority of spots Paid parking for trucks. Many bobtails taking up whole spots at this location. Didn't bother staying. Just drive by. Didn't bother fueling either. Awful

Everyone at this TA just seems to hate their job or maybe they just hate life idk. Maybe they aren’t being paid enough? Between the cost of a shower, or a parking spot for the night, hell even the coffee, they ought to be paid very well. Let alone the extreme mark up on the fuel. I just wanted a fuel receipt and it seemed like it was the end of the world.

Terrible service, I waited 6 hours to have my one wheel checked and inflated. I think it's super stupid. And there sat a man with a beard and talked on the phone and he didn't like to be interrupted. I ask the administrator of this service to deal with this issue.

Don’t come here for any maintenance that needs to be done if you value your time. Had an appointment set for in the morning. I called them at my appointment time to see if they were ready for me and they said to pull in front of a bay. Almost an hour later still sitting in front of the bay and then told they didn’t even know if they had any of the filters I needed and it would take hours for them to order them. Half a dozen employees standing around in the office and only one guy working out in the bays that were full of 3-4 trucks the whole time I was sitting there waiting.

Took over 30 hrs to get an Air Tank on trl Replaced.1 St tech was easy to talk with,took measurements of tank on day 1 .His only mistake was failure to record trl Vin#.Day 2 my ERS dept sent them everything they needed for VIN# and part#.At about 1500 Tech finally shows up but has a bad attitude, took over 2 hours to replace a simple air tank on trl.At end of repair gave me a hard time about ABS light being on . Asked him about 1 mounting bolt missing a nut but bolt in front was double nutted, also didn't clean up his mess under trl .Buy the way this was a Road Squad repair in Lowe's in St Clairesville OH.

Dirtiest TA I’ve been to by far. They have one person cleaning 12 showers and the 2 main bathroom it’s impossible to keep up. I try not to use the shower when I’m here because every time I have to go look for the worker so he could clean it over. Just pulled in today and they have fresh lines and reserve signs. They need to spend some money on hiring more people and pay them a bit better . It’s just sad. Shame to whoever is incharge of this TA…

A non reserved spot becomes a reserved spot overnight. Went to sleep no signage Woke up and now there is a painted sign in front of my parking Also Had a horrible experience here at the restaurant, I ordered a bacon jam burger, and I know what a bacon jam burger should look like because I’ve had it many times before well this time they brought me a bacon, jam, burger, and there was barbecue in it and I am allergic to barbecue and it says nothing on the menu about barbecue on there, they brought me the burger and it had barbecue in it and it didn’t look like a bacon jam burger there wasn’t any bacon in it either, so they give me a southern barbecue instead and lied about what they actually brought me, so she asked me what I want instead and I said to just bring me the plain American standard burger because I’m not risking it anymore by ordering something and they put bbq sauce in it, well when she went and told the cooks the younger kid started saying that no one is ever allergic to barbecue sauce and that I am just lying, he also said that very loud so that I could hear it, because I was sitting right next to the kitchen, really unpleasant experience and I would just save your money for a different restaurant for better food and a better experience. The waiter was never rude, she just lied about stuff that’s it.

I am exclusively a TA/Petro patron. I was however, disappointed that there was no fitness center, as listed within the amenities for this location on the app. I did fuel here, specifically choosing this location for the fitness center. I'm not surprised, given I haven't been able to reserve parking on the app for over 2 years. How could I expect the amenities to be accurate. (I won't even start on the "new improved" kiosk interface software.)

I used to frequently stop at Dallas pike in the evening for dinner. After today I don’t really think I’ll ever be back. Blond ish red head waitress (if you call her that) had 2 tables not cleaned off the rest of the dinning room had table closed signs so me n my son took the table closest to the “open” section. After waiting 20/25min. she proceeded to lecture me n my son about how we were in a closed section. I said well clean your tables then. She proceeded to tell me how busy she is n she’s only one person, I looked around and seen 8 people in the whole restaurant I laughed n I’m done. I see why nobody works with her. I wouldn’t either. I can say one thing she can definitely hide look busy doing the same things over n over. Dont waist your time stopping

Truck drivers beware, they have every parking spot labeled as Reserved Parking even when there isn't any signage to inform drivers that they need to pay. They wait till you are at least 2 hours into a good nap to come and peskfully rap on your window to inform you that your in a Reserved parking space. They make billions a year on fuel and amenities but still rob drivers of a $20 parking fee. Booooooo!!!

Me and wife stopped in here at 3am, the lady at the fuel desk was so kind to the man in front of me and I don’t wanna say something that she’s not, but when I went up her whole demeanor changed rude, with slight sarcasm twice when we went in she did the same thing while being super nice and friendly with only the white guy , and we were nothing but kind with good energy like we always are. I’m bringing it to TA because no one should come into these stops feeling like there being judged or treated a certain way because of skin color or how they look

Big place. Easy in and easy out. Entrance is very steep

Not shabby, could use an upgrade. I live close to here and sometimes have to spend the night. Fairly clean and ruttenbucks across the street has great food. All parking in front of the building is FREE! Everything from the fuel islands to behind the shop is paid. There are usually lots of free spots till 5-6pm then the free fills up. The oil and gas guys take lots of spots but come and go. They also update the parking status on trucker path to say it’s full when it’s not so they have parking later. I’ve been here since 12:30pm and it’s currently 3pm and there’s about 30 free spots left but they keep changing trucker path to say otherwise.

It’s sad to see what this location has become. It’s in serious need of an overhaul. The sewer smell emitting from inside of the store is nauseating! No one wants to smell that. Not to mention shower in it 🥴 The parking situation needs to be revamped as well. One, this location isn’t busy enough to have as much paid parking as they do. Being one of the only safe havens in the area (many rest areas closed for remodel) they take advantage of that. Secondly , the way the parking lot is laid out. Not very “driver friendly”. Needs better functionality overall. An I think it goes without saying, the potholes 🤷🏻‍♀️ You would think with the revenue TA/Petro makes yearly, you would revamp your stores, to keep your customers coming back. You know, invest? I will say the ladies in the restaurant were sweet and attentive. The food was delicious and timely.

Had my radiator swapped which i brought it myself they charged me 999$ paid came started the truck and here it is i have a stop engine fault that i did not even have when i took it in the shop told them about it they said they cant do anything i have to get back on the list and pay for what they have done

Is this the food that a trucker deserves? TA, Petro, Pilot, Flying J and Love They should respect their customers. The truckers are not animals.

It was okay, it's a huge lot so it's surprising how many truck drivers are already filling it up. There's no music playing and inside became eerily quiet. There's an adult club next to it so it's worth mentioning, I'm not too fond of that kind of vibe personally

Gave shop 10.5 hours lead time for a trailer inspection. Was called to a bay after 11 and only after I called and checked. Been sitting in front of the door for an hour with the mechanics not even acknowledging my existence. Meanwhile it takes 3 of them this long to fix 1 led tail light on another trailer as they take their 3rd smoke break out of bay 4. This place is a joke. Avoid at all costs for even minor repairs. A complete and total waste of time and undeserving of your money.

This is continuing of the story that was about waiting 14h for a tire replacement... So after these "mechanics" replaced the spare tire, I went on my way. This tire was mine, and I was keeping it as a spare in case I need it. [Note*- for my trailer I am using 18ply tires, spare tire was 16ply]. 2 days later, at home I went to shop to replace the spare (16ply) tire with a good one(18ply). Guess what I found out when they dismounted the spare from my rim. Pictures attached below. Mechanic from TA damaged the edge of my spare tire,that costs ~$350, when he "installed" it. What can I say... ridiculous job done by TA mechanics.. Another note*- I did not witnessed the spare tire installation at TA location at that moment... So if you want done something right, you guys better watch TA mechanics out.

Have eaten here twice, first time had cheese burger and tater tots, was ok. Today had the buffet for lunch, that was good and hot. The chicken was good, tender and juicy. Waitress was very nice and helpful, kept drinks full and cleared plates.

This TA has very slow cashiers, limited fuel pumps for trucks and messy layouts, it’s hard to find the entrance due to the ongoing construction... they do have coffee, snacks, clean restrooms and a Country Pride restaurant.
