This guys are life savers. Not in it just for the money. They really care about their customers . Great communication and service. When the owner was finishing my call he mentioned he was tired and had been running all day so I joked maybe it’s time to turn off the phone. He said he wouldn’t do that because he knows drivers got get much service in his area and wanted to be available in case someone was stranded and freezing in their truck. My service was a quick fuel call out and he followed me to the truck stop to make sure I was able to fuel without any further problems. Thankful this company was available.

Had a truck blow a steer tire at 9:40PM and they were on top of getting out there and getting him going. very reasonable price and quick service!

This roadside service is the best in that area, they are no where near like TA and Loves and Petros. This business comes and take care of business and they show concern about the mechanical issue first rather than show concern about the money. This company will eventually grow past the rest because they try to HELP rather than RIPPING YOU OFF!! I had a serious front steer blow out, it took me almost 2 days before I got a hold to Allen's Auto and Truck repair, TA only had 900.00 and 1100.00 steer tire which is ridiculous because then you would be paying around 2000.00 bucks for 1 blow out tire, they charge you when they load up to come and finish the job and then charge you to go back! This is the TA in Valley Grove WV...Sounds like a take it or leave it deal! This is clearly not American!! Thank You Allen's Repair!!!

If i could put zero stars i would. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. They had my van for 3 months to change an engine. They had already got their payment the day after they came & got it, & it was excuse after excuse. I Got it back after threatening with court, & nothing but MORE issues with it that the van never had before they took it. On top of that, they didn’t put stuff back together right!! Never put the bolts back in for my headlights, it is currently being held on by my hood, stuff under the hood was half assed OR they really do not know what they are doing or how to put things back on. Something is starting to smoke under the hood ive only had it back for not even a week, the transmission fluid smells horrible, they said they recharged my ac which it didn’t need it, now my air conditioning does not work. Had to fix a window motor on top of electrical fuses, my interior lights didn’t work, it shook HORRIBLY, it’s really been nothing but issues after issues since having it back. When they took it, it only had a non working engine, trans slipping from 1st-2nd. Nothing else! We was giving the benefit of the doubt, but the nonstop excuses were getting old so had to do something to speed up the process. Seriously, don't waste your time, money, or effort with these people!!

A serious class act. These guys took my truck last minute when it broke down and got it back to me in 3 days, weekend included. Then when I was struggling to find a ride to the shop because I'm not from the area, they send a guy to pick me up because I was local. Grade A customer service. Lastly they let me pay in installments because I was having trouble coming up with the money. 10/10 would go back again.

Had a severe air leak on my tractor. They came out in a very reasonable timeframe. Tiden and Rob the mechanics on site were knowledgeable and articulated the issue correctly and fixed everything in under 2 hours. Pricing was fair and I will use them again. Hopefully later than sooner!! lol Good job fella’s!! Thanks Until today. Their repair job lasted all but 36 hours, and the owner tells me it’s been a few days. I don’t care if it’s been a few weeks. You didn’t fix or repair my tractor properly or I wouldn’t be editing this review!! I will not recommend this for company to any driver’s in the Sand industry!! You guys are fraudulent and unprofessional. Should have known better when it took 12 hours to get a receipt!! lol 👎🏾

Tiden did so great job. I had issue with air hose on the truck. He came replaced it so quickly. I’m so satisfied.

STOP DEAR TRUCK DRIVERS — ESPECIALLY OWNER OPERATORS! This guy is running a highway robbery operation — big-time scammer alert! My truck broke down around midnight, and I made the mistake of calling this guy for help. He told me they could fix the truck in a week, gave me an estimate of $6,800, and demanded $4,000 upfront. I trusted him. Guess what? One and a half months later, I had to threaten to call the police just to get my truck back. And when I did — he handed me a $13,000 bill! Worst part? The truck wasn’t even fixed. I ended up taking my truck to the dealership (thankfully it’s still under warranty), and they told me that no one even touched the parts that needed repair. That’s when I realized: this guy didn’t just waste my time and money — he scammed me hard. I’m now taking him to civil court. This man is not only dishonest but treats people unfairly — possibly with racial bias. ⚠️ **Truckers, please beware. Don’t fall for the same trap I did.**⚠️

Drove 45 mins in an all black SUV with no AC to bring it to their shop to have my AC system vacuumed out and charged. Its late June so it 90 degrees outside(there is a heat advisory). I call the shop cause im running 5 mins behind and the owner says "The manager didnt call you? We have to switch it to tomorrow. We had a guy call in today." They seem very unorganized. He never tried to schedule a new time he just said tomorrow and got off the phone. He didnt even say sorry for the inconvenience.

Stop!!!!!!! Don't call this service, they are cheater, if you need tires, $480 new firestone steer tire in TA, I called them for a steer tire(Firestone) they said $600 for brand new tire, but when they came they brought used Bridgestone tire for me, when I told them I don't want Bridgestone tire, they took my reem, they said we keep it for our service, then I called police, police called them and they came back and charged me $800 for that useless tire that I through it away next day!!!!! Be aware and don't waste your money here

We were on the road with a flat at midnight and these guys came to the rescue didn’t want to charge us anything still tipped for getting us back on the road these guys are awesome thank you soo much for your help when everyone else closed, these are the only truly full time hard working tire shop open at all hours thanks guys 🙏🏾

Yesterday l Call to Allen ask about fix my alternator and serpentine belt on truck stop they found all parts for me and bring to truck stop after they are fix my truck very quickly. Thank you very much for your work !!! I recommend them to everybody! They are know what they DO!!!!

Great service from the start. Very polite and professional especially for being 0300. Mechanic was energetic and got the job done quickly was even able to get my last load of sand in. I'm definitely using Allen's again

Allen is kind and has a really big heart. He truly saved the day for me. He did a big job at a good price and tossed in lots of extras for free. He did the job quickly and with quality. His communication was amazing, I felt like I made a friend. He really cares for his customers. Thanks Allen for being awesome to me.

They tried to overcharge our company. When they were called my boss and they agreed on 450$ for forced regen 2 hours minimum plus call out fee and they were asked if they can do it or not. When they arrived they firstly tried to do bake the filters for $1900 which was not part of our deal so we complained and they told us they will do forced regen again. After it they wanted to charge us $850 for 1h and 29 min of work which we did not agree on. They claimed that they were there loneger than 2 hours and that they had to extra charge for bringing the computers out. Apperantly on our first call they did know they need to do forced regen and what they need to bring and they did not mention any fee about that. They threatened to call the police on us, then they called the tow truck instead, so we called the police and they let us go before the police arrived. We paid what we agreed on first call and parted ways.

Fast response and great repair work. Got a flat on my f150 and couldn’t get one of the lugs off. 100% recommend!

COOLANT POURING ALL UNDER MY VEHICLE THANKS TO THESE PEOPLE WITH 3 NO CALL NO SHOWS after I reported the coolant pouring under my vehicle to them. They came out to fix my starter. The starter wasn’t the issue and was misdiagnosed. They left and told me to get a new starter. The starter installed was reported perfectly fine at Advanced Auto. They said service was done and left me with my Vehicle on blocks and coolant pouring all over the ground. Charged me $400 dollars to break my vehicle more. Also tried to change the quoted price from $50 dollars an hour to $90 an hour after they saw I owned a BMW. Vehicle is stuck in a car port or I would’ve just towed it. Seeking Legal Action against them.

A couple great mechanics. Knew what they were doing and explained the whole process to us, even offered to take us to get food and drinks. Felt as though Allen and his team genuinely cared about getting us back on the road. Would definitely recommend them for your roadside emergency. Great job guys, thank you.

Allen's are awesome! They just rock and roll, they helped us in the very last moment on a Friday night with a loaded box truck. Usually all of the truck shops rip you in that case, because you can't do much just pay them to keep rolling, but these guys were like a blessing to us! They got our back in hard times. Great prices and superb service. Thank you guys for being that helpful and fair!

This man and his crew care about you, your safety and your vehicle. We broke down in our bus out of state and these guys came to our rescue on the side of the road. They took care of everything to ensure we got back home again with great hospitality and reasonable prices! THANK YOU SO MUCH
