They was so easy to work with and was very gentle with my moving truck that was fully loaded with my belongings to save what was not broken I was very very pleased with there service. I am so very thankful that they took there time and was careful but still got the job done. Thank u to all of u guys its greatly appreciated

If there was an option to select zero stars that's most definitely what I would choose! WARNING ⚠️ GO ANYWHERE OTHER THAN HERE!! The name of the mechanic Doug, he is who supposedly diagnosed my car. He "claimed" that our head gasket was blown and that there was a leak around our 3rd cylinder. Basically that our car had bit the dust! All while trying to convince me to sell him my car and that he would basically eliminate the bill. I'm sorry but NOBODY in their right mind would buy ANY vehicle with a " Blown head gasket." That was an instant red flag for me. So I absolutely refused to sell them my car, drive it from their establishment directly to Advanced Auto. They hooked it up to a ODB2 scanner and it was NOT throwing a PO303 code which is the indicator for a cylinder leak/blown head! The only 2 code is threw was for a heating sensor and a code for a exhaust leak. I absolutely can NOT believe what has transpired and the fact that I paid a $90 tow bill, $25 for coolant and $92 for the diagnostic... Grand total of $212 for us to only be lied to! Save your hard earned money, energy and effort and choose any other shop then theirs!! They are crooks! I would also include my bill of receipt and the picture from the ODB2 scan but it is not give me an option to do so. But take my word for it y'all or else you will learn the hard way like I did.

William Lawhorne is very disrespectful and rude. He refused to tow a disabled/non running car out of a gravel driveway due to “all the mud”. Said the vehicle must be at the edge of the road because his flat bed wrecker will “get stuck”

Fast service and fair prices. If I ever need a tow truck in the Triadelphia are I will use them again. Thank you Middle Creek!

Had a tire blow out on I77 due to pothole while driving to Wheeling to visit family. The tires on my car were run flats and only good to drive 50 miles or so. Made it to Fly, Ohio and had to be towed. Middle Creek was excellent to work with. They sent a driver with a flatbed tow immediately to pick me up. They loaded my car with kid gloves, and I rode with the driver to Wheeling where the tire was replaced. William, the tow truck driver, was professional and courteous. Definitely the type of employee all companies wish they had. Thanks to Middle Creek for a job well done.

I was driving thru and had an unexpected emergency. These guys are amazing and beyond fair and definitely are not in it for the money. I will always recommend them for any jobs.

Came quick when I broke down on I-70… heading east up 2 mile hill, in right lane of traffic. Driver was excellent, said they could probably fix it pretty quick. He was correct and less than 4 hours from when I called them I had a new fuel pump and car running perfectly. Can’t thank you guys enough!! Will definitely recommend and use them in the future!

Their recovery and rescue fleet is the envy of the Ohio River Valley. They have the knowledge, the skills, and the choice of the most capable recovery apparatus a mighty fleet commander can muster! It almost makes you wish you strayed from the pavement. It should also be told that they have the largest selection of affordable used auto parts in the market area, an entire dispatch of franchised U-HAUL equipment to reserve, and a massive array of personal storage rental units to suit anyone's needs. But best of all, the entire workforce, from stem to stern, will treat you with dignity and respect. If you ever find yourself between a rock and a hard place (not pun) any hour of the day or night, turn to your family of road saviors. MIDDLE CREEK GARAGE Quiet as it's kept, I even saw St. Christopher with a tattoo of the mighty rotator rig "Big Wood" on his chest!

They was quick getting to me. But refused to take the vehicle because “no flat bed in the valley will be able to back down my driveway to get to it” 35 minuets later a local company with the same type of vehicle was down my driveway hooking my car up to their tow truck

I have had nothing but good experiences with Middle Creek Garage workers. Yesterday Mr.William Lawhorne was absolutely a blessing. I appreciate him for helping me out not once but three times in under a hour. Thank you for taking the time to find my keys.

My semi truck broke down in the middle of the road in the middle of the night. I called the number and it was quickly answered. They were very prompt in sending someone out. I rode with Bill to my destination, he was very friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable as well. Overall great service. Will use again and highly recommend. Thanks!

We had a car accident at night and about an hour away from home. Our roadside assistance program sent out Jason from Middle Creek and we were thrilled with the safe, timely and courteous service he provided. We even got a ride home as the truck was headed to Wheeling. Thank you!!!

Bob was wonderful!!! We were in a dangerous place on the side of the road. He got us off the road and safely loaded onto the tow truck. In the cab of his truck he had plenty of seating for us. A wonder positive and helpful attitude. He was willing to go the extra mile to help us out with the information we needed. He made sure we arrived at our destination and that they could do the job before he unloaded. I highly recommend Middle Creek Garage. Especially if you can get Bob to tow your vehicle.

Had them towed my truck and trailer to the repair shop. They started coming my way right after the call. Did everything professionally. And I was surprised that I was charged exact amount we discussed on the phone without any fees and other bs. Thank you guys!

This was the first time I used Middle Creek Garage. After calling four other heavy truck wrecker services I called at 3:30 Saturday morning. Dispatch answered the phone immediately. Bill and Andy showed up in a heavy truck wrecker to my location quickly. They called me twice to let me know that they were on the way and when they were getting close. They showed up and quickly got our trailer unstuck. They were very professional and courteous. They will be my first when if I need heavy wrecker services again.

Was broke down on the other side of Columbus, 3 hours away on labor day and when no other outfits around Columbus would come pick me up, Brad at middle creek garage out of Wheeling West Virginia drove 170 miles to pick me up. Great company and employees. Appreciate y'all coming to the rescue.

My F-150 quit running while working out of town,so I had them tow it in and make the necessary repairs. However the next morning they said it started right up and they ran a scan and couldn't find anything wrong with it. I went in to pick it up and it wouldn't start ,they ran another diagnostic scan and found nothing. They said they didn't have any idea what was wrong so I towed it back home for repairs. They However did a fine job of towing. Just not impressed with the lack of knowledge for repairs without a computer to diagnose the problem.

I was driving from Illinois to Pennsylvania and had a brake/wheel issue that prevented me from driving past Claysville. I called my roadside assistance and they sent Middle Creek Garage. They gave me a 90-120 minute time window but was picked up in less than an hour and took me and my Jeep to Straub Elm Grove. The driver was so incredibly friendly and helpful and I am so thankful roadside sent Middle Creek! Thank you!

They managed to fit me in in a timely manner despite me forgetting my appointment. While they worked on my car I sat and visited with the receptionist who was absolutely lovely and beyond pleasant. I can't say enough good about the garage.

We happened to come across this garage on our way home from a business trip. We were having a slight issue with our tire losing pressure. We quickly ducked into their lot and a very nice gentleman named Jason greeted us. He quickly noticed the bolt stuck in our tire. He promptly patched us up well enough to get us home safely from our journey. Couldn't be happier with our knight in blue armor!

Absolutely horrible customer service, along with the lady in the office being extremely rude. I will never spend my money here again. They offer mechanical services but the lady gets ignorant with you the second you ask to speak to a mechanic.. She’s magically the only worker in the office there EVERYDAY. The POS needs to quit her job and find a new one if it makes her that unhappy.

Wow! Thank you Middle Creek Garage for your kindness and outstanding customer service today! Our family was traveling home from Philadelphia to KY today when our car stopped. Stranded in the cold rain with 2 kids and 2 dogs, I searched for the closest garage and thank God it was Middle Creek. Our tow truck arrived in 15 minutes and our driver who we believe goes by Boots (I really hope this is right because he’s the kindest man we’ve ever met) was kind and quick. When we got to the garage our kids were so excited to see the friendly kitty to ease their worries. And we were greeted with a friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Boots went far and beyond and we were even offered a ride by the owner to our rental car. The garage didn’t have the part at the time to fix our car and they graciously agreed to tow our car four hours to our dealership in KY!! My family is beyond grateful on this Thanksgiving weekend because of the kind people at Middle Creek Garage! Update: Just received a call after their garage hours, that they were able to fix our car and will tow it to us in KY on Monday! Thank you Middle Creek!

Really great folks to work with! Very fair rates, very friendly and helpful. Lost my key and key for my extra lock and the man on site came with bolt cutters and removed my lock. Yes, I had to pay for lost key, but that's only right.

Used them through AAA; my truck broke down and I thought it was tranny problem. Truck acted like it was in neutral all the time [auto tranny]. After tow truck left the driver called me to inform me he saw the actual problem, and he was correct. I changed destinations for the tow to a shop that had previously done a repair but improperly. Saved quite a bit of $$ due to the driver from Middle Creek. Thanks.

Our alternator died on the way home from vacation, and they towed us, got the replacement part from a local AutoZone, and installed it all in a couple of hours for a reasonable price. People were all very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have done better by me.

This place is great! I was in the middle of a 9-hour trip when it became obvious I needed to stop driving and find a mechanic. My biggest concern as it generally is with auto shops is finding a place that won't try to rip me off, will charge a fair price, and will not take a long time. Wow did I luck out. I got there at 10 am on a Monday. The guy asked for my keys right away and when I had got my dog out of the car he pointed me to the other side of the building to sit and wait. So there wasn't much information up front, but everything that followed was pudding-proof. I headed to the seating area which turned out to be the office with two clerical staff. One of them came out right away to greet the dog. Then the mechanic walked in and told me what the issue was which wasn't what I thought the issue was when I pulled in (he was obviously right though). He explained it to me and quoted his price and time. The price was well below what I would have paid at a chain shop for sure. He said it would take about 2 hours so I estimated 12:30 pm as the finish time if he was correct. The staff helped me get onto their wireless so I could do some work. They were all helpful when asked and pleasant to pass the morning with. One of them inquired about my destination because of the storm heading into the area. I told her my tires were brand new and that I would drive slowly which seemed to alleviate the concern. Then at about 11:50 am the mechanic walks back in to let me know the car is done. In my surprise I said, "I thought it wasn't going to be done until afternoon." He replied that he had put two guys on it to get it done sooner. I paid the quoted price (no add-ons), cleaned up the mess I had made with my dog in the seating area and was on the road by 12:30 pm. This garage had a no fuss kind of communication. The mechanic did not think anything of his extra effort. The staff and other mechanics didn't say much at all but were all quite engaging at the same time. I don't know how to explain it exactly. So I was in a bind. They could have taken advantage of my situation. Instead they turned a very sunny day in late fall into a day that I won't forget. Thanks!
