2023 we were on our way to Florida, got one of my front hubs failed. Google maps directed me to his garage. Very friendly guy. Fixed the issue with ease. Without him that day, we have delayed out trip 24 hours.
I pulled into this garage at 4:00 p.m. he said he was closed but he went ahead and changed the one tire I need to change. when he was finished he charged me $20 and by the time I arrived in Glenville it was low. We put air in it and this morning low again. I don't think that the bead was even cleaned and it was a used tire. I was positive about it when he went ahead and did it. But in the long run I'm just out 20 bucks.
My son got a flat on the highway. Luckily it was really close to the exit and he was able drive the car really slow to this garage. The guy was great!! He patched the tire and had my son back on the road in 15 minutes!! I really appreciate that he didn’t try to upsell him or any of that nonsense. If you need an honest mechanic, try this place.
I highly recommend Cooters! Great mechanics, great pricing and super helpful and friendly. They easily found a problem I have asked multiple mechanics about the other couldn't find! They have my loyalty from now on!
Our engine was overheating while on the highway so we pulled off on the nearest exit to get it looked at. Cooter let us stay in the parking lot w/ our camper overnight & did a great job figuring out the issue. Highly recommend!
I have to thank Cooter and his buddies who rescued two WV girls in distress on a Thursday morning. We had a flat tire (brand new tires) and although they had no time for interruptions due to a friends funeral, they kindly and professionally took care of us- getting us back on the road feeling blessed by the experience. Thank you again!!
Losing air fast in one of my tires after getting on 19 south from 79 south....heading to North Carolina from Pittsburgh.....thank you for the Exxon sign at the Birch River exit....filled tire with air there and could see no nails...heard air leaking....thank you Exxon ladies for sending me to Cooters.....big special thanks to my Cooter's mechanic for finding leak, plugging it and getting back on the road in no time at all.....if I lived in the area....that is where I would take my vehicle.
Great people! They were able to work on our truck but they got us to the very best! Wes is the biggest blessing to have encountered. He not only knew the best place to fix our vehicle but got us into a campground while we are here. Helped us get tow trucks to tow our camper and truck then he came to check on us a couple days later!
We need more people like him!
