Im 12 hours away from home and they really helped me put of a jam. They had my car jacked up within 15 minutes of being there and diagnosed within 30. In and out in one day on a Friday. Couldn't ask for better service

I had an issue with my vehicle’s window not rolling up. I had the window regulator replaced about six months ago from there, but recently experienced the same problem again. When I went back and explained the situation, Jack was extremely kind and respectful and fixed the issue at no charge. Very happy with the service!

brought my car in because I'd been having trouble starting it; to their credit, they DID fix what was wrong (the battery if I recall correctly) but they told me I would need a new alternator "at some point", to the tune of $700; i asked how long until they were sure it would go bad (just to get an idea, I know theyre not psychic) and they said "could be today, could be 2 years from now, no way to really know". I called my dad and we tested the alternator ourselves, it was fine. So basically, they tried to scare me into spending an extra $700 there, because an expensive part would "eventually" give out... like any part on a car will eventually do... when the part did not need serviced. 2 stars because they do basic maintinance in a timely fashion and do it well, BUT if you dont know much about cars and are worried about being taken advantage of, perhaps going somewhere else is a good idea.

I had an issue with my car showing ABS, steering angle sensor, and airbag warning lights on the dashboard. I first went to another garage where they quoted me 1,600 TK and said all the parts needed replacement. Then I visited South Park Garage AMR, and their team carefully diagnosed the issue. They found that the sensors were simply misplaced not faulty and fixed everything perfectly. They didn’t even charge me anything! I truly appreciate their honesty, expertise, and professionalism. Highly recommended

Extremely disappointed that you guys had my car for almost 5 days, charged me $233 and the issue was never fixed. Never bringing my car to this shop again. A waste of time and money

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED My son is a student at WVU and his car was having issues. We towed his car to South Park Service Center and they fixed it same day. I am out of state and called several times to the shop- I received great communication, and they were very helpful. I am so thankful to have such a great place to count on. My car had a power steering leak, they looked at it quoted me $2000 to fix it. Which was fine but my car wasn't worth that so I just planned to junk it however, when I went to clean out my car before a tow truck came to take it to a junk yard, I realized that nearly $20 in ones and a random amount of coins in a bag in my center console, in my cup holder, and in my door were all gone, they were there when I dropped it off. They are fine except they are expensive and someone there is a thief.

Took 3 hours to do a 30 min job. I saw them just sit there do nothing a talk and costed me 136 dollars for a EVAP sensor THAT I BOUGHT AND GAVE THEM. there rude and I am done with this place. They were saying oh the engine light is off for now but no way to tell usless we do a smoke test. So what exactly were you doing in the back for 3 hours?

Had to take my car back the next day after they said it was done / I left a note telling them to check the ABS - I was right! So, I had to take a couple of stars off. On the plus side, they did get it fixed in the end, and the charge was reasonable.

After coming off of a really horrible experience where I was taken in by a dealership and its service department, I was feeling really sour and distrustful of dealers and mechanics. But I had a great experience interacting with the people at this service center, particularly Justin. The dealership couldn't even be bothered to return a phone call and they lied about the condition of the car they sold me. It was very discouraging, but several weeks ago my friend and I were trying to help a third friend with her car that she had just purchased. She was worried about a sound it was making, so we took the car to South Park and went into the office to ask some questions. We weren't expecting to be able to get any help right away, because this is an extremely popular repair shop. Justin took the time to look at our warranty paperwork and advise us on whether he would be able to do any repairs that might be necessary. He also stepped out of the office right then, asked us for the keys and took the car for a test drive. No appointment or anything! When he came back, he was able to reassure us that there was nothing seriously wrong with the car but that the sound we were hearing was merely the loose heat shield. He then checked the oil for us to make sure it was good. All of this in the middle of a busy day and with no appointment. When we thanked him profusely for helping us and asked him what we owed him, he said we didn't owe him anything. He told us it was no problem and that he spends a lot of time teaching his little daughter about cars and how to deal with issues, and that he enjoys helping people. I was so impressed that the next time I have any car issues, I'm going to take my car to South Park. My brother also had a very good experience with them recently. I wish more repair shops and other businesses would realize that being dishonest might get you business in the short term, but treating your customers with kindness, respect, and transparency is what will get you more financial reward in the long term.

We have had our Honda, Mazda, Volvos, and now Subaru all serviced at South Park. The service was limited on the Volvos due to their complexity, but I appreciated that they have always been upfront about the jobs they are comfortable tackling rather than going in and potentially causing more issues. We have never had issues with a repair, and they have always been quick, even for extensive work on our old Civic Si.

I hate to write this review because I have had multiple good experiences at this shop, and they come highly recommended in town. With that being said, I dropped my car off on the 28th. I usually take all of my valuables with me, but I forgot my Benchmade knife in the center console. When I picked up my car on the 29th, I realized the knife was missing. For detail, it is worth about $120. I searched the rest of my car, and even inside my house, although I keep it in my car purposefully. I am OCD so I rarely misplace things, especially of value. I called them a few hours after I picked up my vehicle. The manager asked if anyone had any ideas. They did not. I have no proof that an employee at South Park stole it, but I have since learned more than has made me concerned. I made a post on another website where I did not mention this shop by name, and 4 other individuals messaged me with similar experiences that occurred here. There is also a review, a few months older than this one, that alleges multiple items were stolen from their vehicle. Again, I do not have any complaints about the services that have been done on my vehicle. The two gentleman at the front desk have always been very kind and helpful. I just want to make this post as a plea to South Park to please thoroughly investigate these claims and a reminder for anyone who takes a vehicle into -any- shop, to remove anything of value to you.

South Park Service Center has been a ray of light in an otherwise very stressful situation. My son’s girlfriend has been dealing with a potentially expensive engine issue, and the whole experience has been overwhelming and upsetting for both of them. When she brought her car in, the team at South Park quickly identified what appeared to be a knock sensor problem. Instead of charging her for a diagnostic or pushing any repairs, they kindly explained the issue and recommended she take the car to the dealer, since it might fall under a known issue. They didn’t charge her anything, and their honesty and thoughtfulness really stood out. This isn’t the first time they’ve gone above and beyond. They previously did brake work on my son’s car, and that experience was just as positive—fast, professional, and fairly priced. It’s rare these days to find a shop that’s not only technically skilled but also genuinely cares about treating people well. In a time when it’s easy to feel taken advantage of, South Park Service Center reminded us that there are still good, honest people out there. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and integrity, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing reliable auto repair.

I took my car to Ford Lincoln of Morgantown to have a taillight replaced after it went out. They told me metal pieces were broken and quoted me $1,152 for a full taillight assembly. While I had never had issues with them before, the price seemed high, so I decided to get a second opinion. I had heard great things about South Park Service Center and wanted to see for myself. They inspected the taillight and found that a piece was simply bent—not broken. They straightened it, installed a new taillight, and sent me on my way with no charge. I was blown away by their honesty and kindness, especially during a stressful time. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. I’m incredibly grateful and will recommend South Park Service Center to anyone looking for honest, quality service.

Thank you so much for fixing a frustrating mechanical issue that was misdiagnosed at another shop - costing me hundreds of dollars in repairs that did not fix the problem. I then took it to South Park, and they got it right the first time. It turned out to be a simple fix that cost me less than 50 bucks. I wish I'd gone to you guys first. Thanks again for the A+ service. If your car needs work, give South Park a call.

Yesterday morning my Jeep broke down at the Circle K on Dorsey Ave. Dave from the shop just happened to stop in there and he looked at my car and told me what was wrong and what I would need to fix it. My husband was tied up and would be a while before he could get to me. Being between paydays, he got the part and fixed it free of charg and had me back in the road in no time. We will be taking our business to these kind and generous people. I highly recommend them!!

Our car had a rattle to it. We took it down to schedule an apt. They took it in immediately. 15 mins later they added a few screws to the skid plate and didn't charge us. 10/10 will use them again. Only mechanic in town I will trust.

BEWARE: Would highly recommend avoiding getting. brakes done here. Had rotors pads replaced in Dec 2022 for $850. I had problems with noise and grinding from the beginning and brought it back in but they said there was no problem, they just needed a break in period. A couple months later I was transferred to another part of the country and have continues to have noise with the brakes. Two years and only 24k miles later I need to get the brakes replaced including the rotors, which has me wondering if they charged me for them but didn’t actually replace them or if they just used cheap materials. By far the worst brake replacement process I’ve ever had.

I personally have never taken my vehicle to this location. However, my sister did and I'm telling you they are top notch. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. If you do not have any idea where to take your vehicle and not have to cut your arm off to pay for your vehicle, this is the place. Amazing work and extremely friendly. I highly recommend. They did not complete any work without contacting her prior which is awesome, they did not scam her. She did not have to wait very long to get her vehicle in the shop nor did they have her vehicle for a significant amount of time. It was quick painless. I highly recommend.

This is the second time I’ve taken a vehicle to South Park services center and once again they did a fantastic job in a timely manner. I was a little late and they were still able to get my car fixed up and ready to go in less than an hour! I will certainly be bringing my car back here as long as I live in Morgantown!!!

Undoubtedly the greatest service we have had with our vehicle when we really needed help. Engine light came on after our 6 hour trek from NY to drop of our son to WVU. This was the only place able to check over the vehicle before needing to leave today! After doing a diagnostic test we were told we could drive it home safely and that we would have time to repair the fuel efficiency problem. Friendly, understanding and super efficient!! Thanks to South Park Service Center!!! Amazing!

10/10 service! I had a heating/air/coolant issue with my car for a few weeks and was referred here to get it checked out. These guys are awesome! They were very accommodating. Justin was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and reassuring us the problems were fixed 100%. Definitely recommend!

They made the whole experience efficient and straight forward. I was able to drop my car overnight and then pick it up the next day. The quote of payment was right on point with what I paid, and I noticed they fixed a few nuts and bolts without any added cost, but for the fact they are professional!

I had an exhaust issue that made driving my truck unbearably loud. I called these guys, and not only did they get me in to evaluate the issue the same day, they fixed the issue within a couple of hours THAT DAY, and they were very reasonably priced. I will definitely return if I have car issues again. I cannot recommend South Park Service Center enough. Highly, highly recommend.

I dropped my car off a few weeks ago for a repair and they ended up finding out that my rear brakes needed replaced supposedly. When I dropped my car off, my brakes were working just fine. I told them I'd come back to have them replaced at a later date. When I pulled out of the lot, I had no brakes at all. I couldn't stop my car. So I left it with them to have it repaired. I paid several hundred dollars for this when i didnt even have the money for it. It's only a few weeks later and now I have no brakes again. I don't know what these people did to my car but I am not satisfied or happy. Now I'm screwed with no vehicle and no money to take it back to them so they can charge me another $600+. I gave them no permission to look at anything other than the initial repair i brought it there for. They should've never even looked at my brakes. ** Update ** They repaired my brakes today and covered it under warranty even though it wasn't an issue they repaired prior. I was happy about that. I picked my car up, and the service advisor told me that they will no longer do business with me in the future. I was not rude to them, other than this review. Anyhow, I said okay, I got home, and now I have no emergency brakes. I called and got no explanation from the mechanic or the advisor, I was just told to drop it back off so they can look at it again. Once again, my emergency brake worked fine before leaving my car at their shop today. Someone obviously didn't attach something properly or something, I received no apology or any kind of care. I was just told to bring it back. Absolutely not. I've been here three times and 2 out of 3 times, I left with something else broken. **UPDATE** They DID NOT reattach my emergency brake cable like they said swore they did, because they BROKE the locking tabs. They cut it and shoved it up where it goes. I just had the e-brake replaced within this year. They also filled up my brake fluid way passed the max line. Basic mechanic knowledge says thats bad for your master cylinder. What a joke.
