Just lovely kind people. New to area and had low tire pressure indicator and they filled it for me for no charge and gave my dog water! I'll be back and highly recommend these kind folks
I have had nothing but good service from Triple T over the years. I had a beater of a car for several years and Tommy and his crew kept that thing running. I had an incident one time where I had a brake line bust in Charlottesville, VA on a Saturday. Tommy had my car back to the shop by Monday and fixed within days for a fraction of what a shop in Charlottesville wanted. Triple T has always been fair on tire price and have always offered sound advice on general car repairs.

They will do exactly as you ask of them. If uou say fix it all and do it right they will do it. If you say fix only a certain issue then that is what you get. Tommy has even been able to guide me through certain things over the phone where most garages would say bring it in and let us fix it.
So far exceeded anything... End of the a long day... After a long holiday weekend.... Grocery shopping just done coming off an exit ramp.... No forward gears, only reverse... So backwards just to safety.... A referral from a trusted source.... 3:45pm and not only does Thomas drop everything and provide a ride home and up my rugged driveway with important things, dogs etc.... But will take care of getting me safely back on the road!!!!! So hats off to first class rescue!!!
First, they said it was a seal so they replaced it. It still leaked. I took it back and they said, Oh, we had to replace the other seal it was bad. So, they replaced a good seal and then the Bad seal and said it didn't leak. Well, I drove it home and to Food Lion and on the way, fluid was running out of it and I wasn't aware of it till the transmission started to smoke and left me setting along the road. I have called and left over a dozen messages and they will not return my calls and will not stand by their work. Now, I am in contact with attorneys and filing a law suit on the business for destroying my vehicle. I would not recommend this place to even get an oil change. I'll see them in court.
Thomas is one of the best diagnostic minds in the industry.caring.kind and without a doubt you and your vehicle will be in better shape than before you and it got in the shop.
Couldn't ask for a better group of guys. They really do help us out when we need them. I have found myself in many sticky situations when I didn't know what else to do but call them. These guys are the best.
I was from out of town, and had an issue with my vehicle at a service station down the road. I called and while they didn't have time to come to me or tow my car. They took the time to help me over the phone, and after several phone calls, we got the problem resolved. They refused payment, and my car had no further issues after the fix! I probably won't be able to use them again, but you should! These people are friendly and helpful, and most of all knowledgeable.
Staying in a nearby rental and my engine light came on during my drive out. The folks at Triple T were able to work me in quickly and check out what was going on so I could enjoy my vacation. Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. Many thanks!
Very reasonable prices and exceptional work!! Got my 2004 Subaru Outback running almost like new!! My family and I will be taking all of our automotive work here from now on.
