Sibert auto repair was fast and the price was fair. I had inspection stickers done this time and a tire replaced. They were kind to give me a temporary fix on my tire until the new one arrived the next day. They were very friendly and easy to work with. I will go there again for my auto repairs.
worst customer service, especially from a family owned business. The man and woman answering the phones are rude. They hang up on calls, repeatedly said “I don’t know” when asking about the vehicle (so little to no communication with each other) and made the issues seem like a non-issue. Don’t call to find answers or expect to receive a call in a timely manner for a simple task.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do not bring your car here. They tried to make it seem like they fixed something when they actually never did anything.
Use this place for very basic service only - anything beyond that, they aren't competent. Dropped my car off for an oil change and to get a bike rack off with the instructions not to damage it, only to find out AFTER the fat that they torched it off (without asking me first). It was a brand new $350 Yakima rack. The guy even said he would put it in my trunk after removal. Not until the next day did I find out he destroyed it, justifying it with "there was no other way". Not a shred of insight - blamed me, was angry. He gave me $200 and said he didn't want to see me there again. Terrible customer service.
Even before that, anytime anything beyond most basic service - they aren't up to par. I ended up taking my car elsewhere for anything but oil changes - who would have thought they would destroy a bike rack that just needed to be unscrewed...
Brought my truck in thinking my starter was bad but after they checked it out it turned out to be just the battery. Any other place would have probably tried to up sell and put the starter in anyways. Not here though the staff genuinely cares and was very honest and upfront and have earned my business for any vehicle problems.
