I’ve known the owner for a few years now due to his relationship to my stepdad. I have many good things to say about the knowledge Fred has and the work he provides. I’ve sent my 93 Dakota and my 13 Ram down for work and loved what he had done to them!!

I enjoyed dealing with Fred and appreciated him being to the point. I often get the run around and did not feel that way when dealing with him. These guys are very professional and knowledgeable. Had me in and out in 45 minutes, fixing numerous problems I was having. Highly recommended for any job.
Rinkers was awesome, my son was driving through WV on his way to NC when a ball joint on his Honda broke. The Rinkers crew not only got it fixed in one day, but they picked him up at the hotel that was a couple miles away when the car was fixed. If i lived in WV they would get all my business because of their hospitality, professionalism and speed.
