George was very easy to deal with. Not like other salesman being glued to you while browsing the lot gave you space.they answered all of our questions without beating around the bush. Even at 10:00 pm George responded to a text with questions I had regarding different listings. The car did have a check engine light on it they had zero issues with me taking it to have it scanned. While waiting for financing they let us take it to dinner. I would recommend this dealership. I'll be honest at first I was skeptical about purchasing from here due to the posting discrepancies but after taking the vehicle to have it checked out by the brand dealer not only the mechanics there but others around that area told me I couldn't go wrong purchasing from here it eased my suspicions and we couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a car for a great price from a dealer that's honest and transparent buy from Big Country. I know I'll be back.
This was my first time buying from a lot of any sort, and I was kind of skeptical and nervous because my credit wasn’t that great and I wasn’t sure I could afford a payment. I was looking for an SUV, but with my credit, we weren’t sure the one they had was a fit. He showed me a really nice Lexus (in my favorite color might I add lol) that I would have probably gotten had I not specifically wanted an SUV lol. So I told him just that. There was no pressure about anything, just trying to find something I could afford. He let me test drive the one I had been eyeballing and I immediately loved it, but again, wasn’t sure it was in the cards for me. They took the time to listen to what I really wanted, worked their magic, and put me in my 2021 Honda hr-v and I’m soo happy with it!☺️ Awesome crew to work with and I would recommend checking them out for sure!
Amazing customer service! I called and didn’t get ahold of anybody at first but then they called me right back within seconds and scheduled a time to look at the car I wanted, and I got it! The staff were super friendly and helpful ! And I love my car ! Highly recommended.
I highly recommend Big Country Auto in Marmet. My wife and I were desperate to get a vehicle and without the best credit we weren't too sure we could. I've personally never experienced such great, thorough non pushy sales people. George took our phone call and assured us he could help. Today we are driving away with a 2018 jeep renegade with smiles and a huge relief, not just for the car but the trust and comfort George and Brandon provided as well. We weren't just a sale. Usually shopping for a car is so difficult. You get the run around and it's a constant back and forth. Everything was straight forward and the man at the shop were so helpful. This was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had!!!
I was in a bad car accident on a Saturday and totalled the most favorite vehicle ive ever owned. Although the wreck was the other drivers fault, knowing how long insurance takes to settle, I contacted Kevin on a Sunday and by Monday I drove home in a car that was PERFECT for our family. I loved my other vehicle so I didnt have much hope I'd find something that I absolutely loved, but Kevin and his team did it and came through for us. They answered all of my questions, assured me of all of my concerns, and even welcomed my 1 and a half year old to their office to hang out while mom and dad got everything taken care of. They came through for us when everyone else would have turned us away because of our credit and not having alot of money to work with at the time. The payment was even lower than I expected and with a 2 year power train guarantee! They made this whole process so much less painful for me (who was already hurting because of wrecking 2 days prior and the stress of how I would get my kids to school, sports, doctors appts, ect. Best group of guys ive ever known, and I have known them all basically all my life
This is the best place ever to buy a vehicle, I have bought 2 off of Kevin and his crew and never had a problem, they treat you like family as soon as you open the door. They jump through hoops to get you in the vehicle you like/want!!! They need a 10 star button cause that’s what they deserve!!!

This car lot is wonderful. They helped me out big time. My credit isn't so great, and i couldn't afford alot down, but they still got me in a vehicle within 2 hours of going there. Fast service, and they will work with you better than any car lot i have seen in the area. Friendly staff and service, and they where determined to get me in a vehicle before i left the lot, on the first visit.

I went car shopping for my sister the other day, was surprised they had 26% interest rates and around $400 monthly payment. Exhausted I decided to go home and stopped at Big Country Auto. Long story short….bought a 2018 Subaru , with low mileage, lower interest rates, warranty 48 months and a monthly $248 payment. The gentleman was so great, my sister drove it home within hours. Had great experience with Big Country Auto. I spoke with Spencer Cox, George Russell, Tom Orr, an Big Country Kevin Dorsey was also there. All were great went above and beyond for us. We really appreciate all they done to get us in a dependable car. They go above and beyond to help people with car financing. The best part is they took all of our info over text or phone, got us approved and all we had to do was go in test drive the car and sign the paperwork. Tom had the paper work ready. It was a fast process. And my grand kids Lakyn and Linkyn was excited about the snacks that Spencer and Tom gave them. Great experience, highly recommend if you need a vehicle.
