This is my absolute favorite location. The staff have always been extremely helpful. The staff have always been extremely knowledgeable. My mechanic and I get the majority of our parts from this location. Keep up the great work!

Their customer service needs improvement all ok except for one person and that is Hannah, refused a sell to a customer because they tried to give her 5 dollars in quarters on a 20 dollar sell . And that's why I give them one star.

Great customer service- I do think they are on the pricey side ( compared to other auto stores etc)

You can't go wrong with the people at this store I highly recommend them as they are fast quick and great to talk to they have been my parts store for a few years now and I look forward to keeping it that way

Very Friendly most of the time, always eager to assist me with finding anything , i may be looking for, and they relate to my situations most of the time, once or twice ive ran into someone who obviously hated thier job, but i havent seen him in some time so maybe the company caught on or karma caught up to him.....anyways love the store and thier spirit....

Awesome employees great customer service. We needed a battery and our local store didn't have it, but they called one in the next largest town and had them hold the only one they had for us.

Great place to get your auto parts. Reasonably priced, friendly staff and quality parts.

I will try to make a long story short. Short of it after 4 different auto shops had looked at our truck, several thousand dollars and an entire year of dealing with our truck not working right a service rep at O’Reillys was able to solve the issue in less than 10’minutes. Kenny was able to help us with what we needed and got on the road 35 minutes after stopping. Truck pulled in driving rough, pulled out driving smooth! I can’t ssy enough about the help they have and in such a friendly manner. Both employees there that day said they loved their job an d loved helping people. Way to go!!

Good service. Had problem returning my alternator core, they were able to do a return even though their catalog was updating!
