I cannot provide any specific feedback regarding their automotive work. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with their customer service. During my initial inspection, they informed me that I required new tires. I was perplexed as I had recently replaced them approximately six years ago. Consequently, I departed and visited the tire retailer where I had purchased them. To my surprise, I discovered that I did not need new tires. On my second attempt to have my car serviced, they exhibited a sense of obligation towards me. Unfortunately, I found their behavior to be unprofessional and unsatisfactory.
Called about getting new shocks and gas tank bands put on and was told they don't do that. I asked if they were a auto repair shop and was told yes but they don't do certain things.
Brought my 2005 Dodge Dakota in for brakes. In at 10am out by 5pm. I think they would have rushed it when I asked. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. And I was surprised as to how inexpensive it was.
I have been going to this place for a couple years now. They have always been good. Fair prices on parts and great service. Although they have always been good to deal with the reason I decided to leave this review today was because the younger guy working the counter went above and beyond his job. Not only was he very knowledgeable and polite but he also took the time to help me address my break problem in detail. Even coming outside to have a look and discus the options I had in going about fixing it myself. He helped me price the various parts and let me decide what I wanted to do. So many (other places) I have been try and sell you a bunch of junk or they are pushy or severely unhelpful. Not this place. They are great to deal with. Never had a bad experience at all here. Exreamly helpful and knowledgeable. I will always get my parts here for this reason. Great prices, Great service. Very helpful place I strongly recommend shopping here. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ only because they wont let me give 6 or 7. Keep up the good work guys. People notice.
Parts are over priced but that’s fine I’ll pay for convenience it’s the customer service I don’t care for, came in at 5:30 they close at 6:00, needed one simple exhaust gasket to get my car back on the road the only day off I had to get this done I was told it would take too long to look through a box, I had the gasket in my hand they could have matched too, not the first time I was shrugged off I will not return nor will I recommend it to anyone. Stay away

its nice to be able to go to a parts store that has employees that know what they are doing instead of relying on a computer. Couldn't ask for better service.
Love the dog and the people in the store are nice. The person who runs the garage leaves something to be desired. First of all you have to have an appointment for an inspection which is ridicules. So after being turned away previously, I made an appointment. The mechanic was arrogant and refused to inspect my vehicle because the cover was missing on the back side of my drivers side mirror. He proceed to yank the blinker light out of the mirror and leave it dangling from my SUV and walked away and left it like that. Upon consulting the owner of this establishment about the incident the mechanic lied. The mirror and the blinker was in perfect working condition with no loose parts until he fiddled with it. Previously, as I waited I contemplated that this garage may be where I take my vehicles for repairs from now on. Not anymore. I would walk first before I gave this place my business. I will also let anyone else I know not to patronize this business.
Great service, Very knowledgeable staff. Couldn't ask for better people to work with. Some of the most honest people I've been around in a long time. They really helped me out in a pinch.
