Have bought many tires from this Business over the years. Their prices can't be beat and their service is second to none!! They go up and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Their personnel is friendly and do a great job. Would highly recommend them.
Friend came in to get alignment that they were supposed to do when they put the ball joints in and got attitudes from the women at the front. Y’all need to have better customer service. It’s ridiculous the attitude that the women up front have with customers. If you gonna run a business have better customer service instead of having an attitude with everyone. I don’t give a damn how busy you are or how bad your day has been drop the attitudes it’s ridiculous.
Wow! I went in for an inspection and alignment and found out that the radius arm in my vehicle rusted in two. So grateful that this was found and repaired, which may have saved me an accident and lots of possible heartache. All my repairs here have been top notch. Good service, good prices. Good folks!
After purchasing two brand-new tires from this business, I discovered that both had been improperly mounted to the rims. I had explained before purchase that I was leaving for an eight-hour road trip that same day. Driving that distance with tires not correctly seated on the rims created a serious safety hazard — including the risk of blowouts, bead or rim damage, and potential loss of control at highway speeds.
When I returned to have the issue addressed, Heather was unnecessarily distasteful and dismissive of my concerns. Her attitude made it extremely difficult to have a reasonable conversation about what was a legitimate safety issue. Even if no immediate accident occurred, improper installation can cause internal tire damage, uneven wear, vibration, and long-term suspension problems.
The fact that both tires were installed incorrectly, and that a staff member responded with hostility instead of accountability, reflects poorly on the business and raises serious concerns about their professionalism and regard for customer safety.

I tried to communicate my questions calmly, but as the face of the business, her behavior reflects the company as a whole.
It’s disappointing to see such disregard for both customer safety and service. Why risk your safety and then be treated poorly on top of it?

I went in for an alignment, got it done truck was pulling to the left called to let them know it was not right. They give me an appointment the next morning , went back and the guy said there nothing wrong with it just switched tires around. Did not fix the problem with it pulling. So now looks like I have to take it somewhere else to get it done right
Haven't had a bad experience here, they have went above and beyond to do their best to help me and my family. Thank you all for your time and efforts even when it seems like it may never end, I have never been turned down and the owner makes sure the job gets done to standards. Thank you
I’ve lived in several states and have visited many. At Factory Tire I’ve found probably the best blend of fair pricing, accommodation and friendly yet professional service.
Any questions that I may have are answered. I’ve experienced no hard sell or up charges. Any warranties that accompanied my purchases have been honored with no questions or hassles.
It’s fair to say that I have been impressed with the service technicians and their up to date knowledge.

I have nothing but good things to say about Factory Tire. They are my go to for all of my routine maintenance and any problems I have with my car. The staff is so helpful and always friendly. They also went just absolutely above and beyond when I reached out about a flat. They sent someone over within the hour to fill the tire, and then brought it back to the shop for patching. Seriously one of the best businesses around. 10/10 recommend!!!

The best place for tires hands down. They always go above and beyond to help no matter what. Can’t beat the prices and definitely can’t be the service!!! No need to shop around, Factory Tire can’t be beat. Upfront pricing, no hidden fees like other places. Can’t express how good they are!!!
Good service, however the ladies up front are rude & lacking customer service skills. They are not personable or attentive to your vehicle needs. This puts a bad “face” to the name. If you want return customers, I’d suggest hiring people who actually like their job & exceed at it cause these women are NOT it.
This is not the place to go if you want something done. My boyfriend has been many times to get an alignment done and everytime we have been there was always an issue with something other and lead to us not being able to do it. We took the truck to kings tire in Covington Va and got what was needed done and had zero issues and great service there! So if you’re looking for something to be fixed and done right this place is not the place to go! Horrible experience!
What wonderful staff with quick and efficient service. I was in and out in an hour, including tire and brake analysis and replacement of all tires. Very reasonable pricing -highly recommend.
Been taking my vehicles here for years. Expect a wait if you walk in and need something serviced, that comes with good service and reliable work. Prices are decent for the area, hard to beat within this part of the state. Make sure you’re there before the doors open if you have a busy day scheduled!
Remarkable work and fantastic staff! I needed a Tire Pressure Monitoring System sensor replaced in my Chevy Equinox. The dealer I went to in Burbank CA quoted me at $400 + labor. The dealership I bought the car from in Southern WV quoted me at $200 total (but said two needed to be replaced, not just one).
I then called Factory Tire Outlet and they told me they could install new ones for $58 each. I took my car there and was thoroughly impressed. Turns out I only needed one sensor replaced, and with an oil change, I was out the door for $136.
The staff is wonderful, comfortable waiting area and top-notch mechanics. Car care is an important part of life and Factory Tires just made mine a lot easier!
Went in to get an oil change, waited until my name was called and then told someone would be coming around with my car. Once it did pull around I told the lady getting out that it was my car and she told me to “come inside with her” so I did, just for her to grab another set of keys and walk right back out the door to another car. So I just stood there and then the blonde lady at the counter after staring at me like I was dumb, told me the keys were “already in the car” and said it as if I was just supposed to know that. She was quite rude as was the other woman, they seriously need to brush up on their customer service skills. Not to mention it was $75 for a simple oil change, if you’re gonna charge that much the least you can do is be nice. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.
Great experience overall. I moved here a couple years ago and was recommended this place by multiple long time locals. The manager I dealt with, Van was a super guy.
Make sure you ask for your original struts back if you get new ones put in.
I've had work done here and the mechanics are great. They are friendly and knowledgeable. However, the blonde lady in the office should not be dealing with customers. She is VERY RUDE. She could care less if you bring your business to them. I avoid this place now for any service I need done just so that I don't have to deal with her rudeness. Customer service means NOTHING to her. I am not one to write reviews but this lady is so rude that I am writing my first one ever.
This morning I took my 2016 Jeep Trailhawk for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and balance at 8 AM and was one of the first ones there. They got me in and out in less than one hour! Great service and my Jeep is running smooth as ever. I had previously gotten my tires there over the summer and have been very pleased with the firestones I had purchased. Factory tire is notoriously known to be busy, but had no wait really what so ever! They 100% will be getting all vehicle related business from me moving forward. Thank you Factory Tire!
Above average, hometown service center. They still have a strong sense of community here. I'm sure I am not alone in saying how much I issue having Darrell there. He enjoyed being able to help others whenever he had the chance. The only caveat I will add is that you should make certain they have torqued down your lugnuts. I had a wheel almost come off on my Jeep one time after buying new tires. Only one mishap out of all my visits. Not too shabby.
I was past due for an oil change and tire rotation but was super busy with work so Van offered to pick up my vehicle and return it when finished. On top of that, it was 93° outside, he knew I got off at 5:30 so when he arrived at 5:20, he automatically started it so it would stay cool until I came out after work. I have been going here for years, you cannot beat their customer service! (Trust me, i made the mistake of going to meineke once, and they screwed me)
Hands down probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Spent some time on my pick up to fix a screw in my tire and come to find out it didn’t go through. So nothing had to be repaired but I tried to pay since they did spend time on my truck and time is $$$, but they refused to take any. They pulled my truck back around from the bay and shook my hand and told me thank you for choosing Factory Tire and told me they hope I have a safe trip back home to Texas.
I brought in an old van that needed more work than originally scheduled - to say the least. The entire Factory Tire team really stepped up for me. Not only did FT take care of my transportation while the car remained in the shop, which they certainly were not obligated to do, they also were very kind in their pricing for the additional costs.
The employees here clearly care about service. But there is also a genuine generous spirit here as well. It isn't just about the money. For me, that made it not just a good experience, but a sweet one.
My first time at Factory Tire. A wonderful and helpful staff. Hot, fresh coffee and a clean waiting area and bathroom. Took wonderful care of my car and alleviated my concerns about my tires going into the winter. They definitely earned a new customer. awesome!!!...... came in with fast leaking tire, almost flat asked if they could squeeze me in real quick and they said "sure no problem '. In less than 25 minutes I had 2 new tires and was on my way. Will come to them again over any other in this area.
