Mr Hall is an incredibly kind soul. Even though it didn't work out when he was originally going to do work on my car at his shop, he went above and beyond and called someone else that could help me. Most people would just say too bad and move on. He went out of his way to help me find help elsewhere and today I finally got the work done that I needed. He is a good person and I cannot thank him enough for helping me out.
Called and asked about getting an estimate for some damage on my vehicle, was asked if it was do to an accident. I said no, that it was a long story and I need the estimate for the police. Was told by the owner that he doesn't get involved in that. I said so you won't write an estimate for my damages and he said no. I will never do business with him and wouldn't recommend to anyone. I reach out to the person who recommended the Bump Shop to me and they work for an insurance company and they do estimates. I told them I would tell my clients to go elsewhere.
