Absolutely fantastic service. The lady that took my call was super nice and helpful. Steve, the truck driver, was friendly and professional. He was at my location in minutes and got me up and running in no time at all. Cannot recommend these guys enough!!!!

Super quick and great customer service! They were able to tow our vehicle within 10 minutes and even provided an extra vehicle to transport our large family. We would highly recommend them!

Patrick from DTE Repair & Towing saved our Christmas. We were traveling to see family on Christmas Eve and had a tire blow out on a narrow bend on the turnpike. Patrick saw us stranded and helped us change our tire and get us back on the road. Wonderful service and a great person!

My daughter had an emergency blowout near the Lowe’s in Fayetteville doing some pretty bad weather. This company went above and beyond to Assist us in getting the vehicle towed to the local tire shop. Their communication was superb. Their payment processing was smooth. And their driver followed up with me twice during the process since we were not with the vehicle

This place is awesome! Was able to get back on the road quickly after running out of gas. Special shout out to Tana for providing great customer service in a very stressful time. Will definitely use the roadside assistance again. Thanks again!

Patrick did a wonderful job helping us with towing our truck. He made sure that we had a place to park our 5th wheel and a place to stay before taking off.

Patrick came to our rescue while we were traveling. We had a blow out on interstate in a blind spot of a curve with no shoulder. He pulled up to help soon after, just passing by, already off the clock. He towed us to the shop, put our new tire on the rim and got us back on the road no time. All after hours the night before Thanksgiving. We truly appreciate their kindness and highly recommend them to everyone!

We had an incredible experience with DTE Towing. We were hemmed up on an unpaved mountain road miles from town, but Kevin and his crew were Johnny on the spot and showed up in no time at all. The crew was professional, skilled, and went above and beyond to make sure things were done right. What really stood out was Kevin's young son, Shane, was with him. That kid is a hard worker! The two of them made an amazing team. They tackled a tough recovery with confidence and never hesitated for a second, even with the rough terrain. Awesome to watch! DTE Towing earned every bit of this five-star review. Fast, dependable, and genuinely good people. If you ever find yourself in a bind, especially somewhere remote, this is the team you want coming to help. Highly recommend!

My motor on my Hyundai Santa Fe 2017 died in Beckley, West Virginia and D & T Towing helped us! They ran the diagnostic tests and found it was under warranty. The workers were knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend their service!

Brought my car in there for a headlight assembly exchange they were easy to work with quick with the work and had a great vibe to the place. They were Other shops in town as well when the other shops told me that THEY have the cheapest rate. Ugh. Highly recommend these guys!

Our car broke down and we were from out of town. We couldn't even call them because we were stuck in the gorge. We emailed them and they responded quickly. They fixed two separate issues and were so kind and friendly. Levi is a very talented mechanic and Lawrence was very kind and professional. Hands down the best car repair place I've ever been to.

I love WV people! Almost all are willing to help if they can! I had low tire pressure on my truck Friday night on my way to a high school football game in Oak Hill. The gas station air pump was out of order. Across the street, the men at DTE were standing outside their business near their rollback as they were ending their workday. I asked if they could help, and the didn’t even hesitate! All was well and I made the game on time! Thank you gentlemen for your time and generosity. It was much appreciated!

DTE Towing really helped me out today! I called them needing a tow, thinking I was going to be there a minute seeing they were based in Oakhill. Sure enough, Jesse shows up just 10 minutes later! The pricing is great too! They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond!

DTE was AWESOME today and very recommended. A place that is friendly, caring and honest. They took us back to our vehicle and showed us what they found and even showed us on the computer what was needed to fix the issue. They were willing to stay over after hours and not rush so they could fix it right and make it safe. They take PRIDE in their work and they treat you like Family. I broke down today about an hour away from our home. I was expecting a very long wait time for them to pick me up because I have heard of others having that occur with other companies. But the driver arrived in about 1/4 of the time that I was expecting. I must say that all of the DTE team were amazing today. Amanda answered the phone and dispatched the truck. She was very nice and understanding. Lawrence gave me some valuable mechanical advice that I needed for my car because of the way it was acting. Then, Patrick, the driver, was beyond what I had expected. He was very thorough and professional, yet very easy to talk to in our approximately 1 1/2 hours together. I have nothing to say but positive things about my experience today with DTE Towing!

I have an older suv. Lawrence was prompt in getting me seen and had great communication regarding the issues diagnosed with my car. The issues with my car were fixed in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable price. Wonderful customer service and my car is running great! Recommend 10/10!

These guys are great! Helped fix my serpentine belt and alternator same day and did it in record time for an affordable price! My new go-to auto shop in the area if you have something more than what Walmart can handle. Best place in the New River Gorge area for all your car trouble needs!

100% recommend establishment. I had an issue with a load I was hauling on my step deck trailer. They were contacted and immediately dispatched a rotator, and 2 other hands. Their time, experience and pricing was on point. No damage to equipment or the load.

Patrick was very professional & quick. He was skilled at his job & towed my car SAFELY to it’s destination. He even parked my car after unhooking it. I’m from down south, so I appreciated the ‘Yes ma’ams’ he spoke when he addressed me. Patrick arrived onsite on-time & diverted possible hooligans lurking around my vehicle. As a female stranded in the nighttime, I was extremely grateful for that too. I hope my vehicle never breaks down again, but if needed, I will definitely call DTE REPAIR & TOWING in hopes that Patrick shows up as my Recovery Vehicle Operator again.?
