Great experience when car was hit in parking lot (bumber and side needed work). Showed up during business hours and within 15 minutes I had a got a quote and booked a time to have the work done the following week. Dropped car off and ready exactly when quoted 2 days later. Work was great. Quoted price was a bit over what insurance had preapproved on the claim. They worked directly with my insurance to deal with the difference. I just paid my deductible when I collected the car and that was it.
Unbelievable work! When I had a issue with my new 60,000 truck from a guy plowing me and did like 50 in damage needed to be totaled. Somehow he made it look even better than the day I got it. Thankfully the guys insuranse paid for it up front and my insurance dropped dramatically. Awesome guy that knows how to treat ppl. I’ll be back im sure with the work he does and his skills the potential is limitless.
I highly recommend Bud Fox's Body Shop in Glen Jean!! Our estimate called for the replacement of the truck bed side panel, but once they got it in the shop, he called me and said they could probably try to bang the dents out and save us a whole lot of money. Well, they did and it looks great! Saved us $1000! I really appreciated his honesty. This is the second time I have used them.
About the 5th collision claim that Bud Fox has fixed for me over the years. Mike does great work & have used the towing service as well. Friendly staff as well.

Mike at Bud Fox has been absolutely FANTASTIC. When the insurance company messed up my rental coverage they went out of their way to help us sort out a rental. They were super friendly and my our children feel at ease after we hit a deer 10 hours away from home. Then when we were on our way home back to Canada Mike came in on a Sunday to open up so we could gather the remainder of the belongings out of the car. They have been nothing but amazing. Thank you for everything.
We had a fuel spill scare at a nearby gas station. Everyone at Bud Fox's approached the problem with honesty and safety and got us back on the road promptly. We are only passing through, but if we lived nearby, I wouldn't hesitate to trust services to these honest and friendly folks.
