Not only did they service my vehicle, change the oil and fill my tires....they found the cause of an offensive odor,and extricated it! I LOVE MY Valvoline and the guys that keep this medical worker on the road! Thanks Valvoline Marinsburg Pike! I'll see you next week with my hubby's car!!!!!?(they even took my coupon!)
Reliable, reasonably priced, and HONEST. They’ve handled maintenance on every vehicle I’ve owned over the last 15 years and I can’t say how much stress it has saved me to have a mechanic that I trust.
These people ruined my vehicle. My husband brought it in for an oil change and they ended up hitting a hose clamp from the radiator and breaking it. All the coolant drained out and it overheated immediately, completely destroying the engine. I had just purchased it 6 months ago and it was inspected and worked on then, was completely perfect until this shop touched it. Maybe it was a new guy or something but the shop refuses to take any responsibility whatsoever, not even an apology. I plan to report to the Attorney General and also get a lawyer. I will NEVER recommend this place again!

Service is just great. Fair prices, quality work, quality people. I could say all sorts of good things about them but you really should just bring your car here and see for yourself. Wherever you’re going now; you’re likely paying too much for lower quality service.

New to the state and was referred from another shop, (was needing a state inspection and the previous shop didn’t have stickers so referred me to this shop). Nevertheless, I will not be giving this place business. Pulled into the lot, multiple doors to a building, but none actually look like the entrance. Workers standing around outside and didn’t seem bothered by a female going to every door trying to find one that isn‘t locked. They didn’t ask if I needed help or anything. So, I drove my Jeep across the street, to another mechanic who does state inspections, and lo and behold, the owners came out and greeted me before I even got out the car! Glad I gave my money to a business that knows customer service rather than this shop who clearly lacks all aspects of it.
when they finally come around to help you they do a pretty good job but expect to wait for at least 25 minutes even when the shop is empty. multiple workers leaning around on things instead of helping.
There are still very good men around and Chris is one of them. Lost my brakes today on I81. He helped me with as much as he could but for me that was worth a lot. Thank you.
Fantastic service! Stopped by to get my safety inspection done and they got me in and out quickly. Just moved to the area and I believe I just found a great place to take my car when service is needed.

I was able to get an appointment easily to have the oil changed in my car. I had them rotate the tires and they discovered I needed new front brakes. They took care of it right away, and I was back out on the road in no time. My car feels so much better when driving. I felt the price was very reasonable.
