Threatened to kill me because I fixed my tire before he got there, he had to drive maybe 10 minutes and has told me several times I will be killed and dumped in a lake etc DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY! saying I owe him 160$ or he’s going to KILL ME DO NOT GO WITH THEM
If I could leave -1000 stars I would. We contacted this company for a tire change and were told it would be around 3 PM. Before they arrived, we were able to fix the issue ourselves and attempted to notify them, but the message didn’t go through.
The driver still showed up, and we apologized and explained the situation. Later that evening, we received a voicemail demanding $160 within 24 hours and making a direct threat to kill my boyfriend and dump his body where “no one would find him.”
This is completely unacceptable and alarming behavior. The police have been notified. I strongly advise others to avoid this company
You are a disgusting company. Scammers. For moving the truck and trailer 5 miles, 23k. Because it was mandatory since the local police reported an incident as an accident. Stupid things.
If I could get 0 stars, I would. I’m a traveling nurse and it’s my first time being in West Virginia. I just left work and been working 5 nights of 12 hrs. So at least speak to me with respect. I appreciate the offer but $300 to CHANGE A TIRE because you’re a hour away (By the way, the location is NOT updated which is part of false advertising) is RIDICULOUS. I hope nobody ever received this experience like I did. People are struggling. Why do you think I’m traveling as a nurse? To provide for my child and to give him a better life. We’re still in the pandemic. Also as a NURSE, just because the pandemic is “no longer here” doesn’t mean that it still doesn’t exist. I’m a Covid survivor and almost lost my life a couple months back. So yes! Then when I explained my situation, he caught an attitude and hung up on my face. I recommended showing some empathy and respect. “Great customer service”
To add to your reply sir, I did get the help that I needed. Maintenance at Broaddus Hospital helped. I appreciate you asking. Me choosing a wonderful career is not entitled to your opinion as well. You have your business to help people. I chose my career to help people as well. Doesn’t make much of a difference because it’s all about customer service. I appreciated your service and your recommendations. You didn’t give me Covid. And just to clarify, I refused your references at FIRST but ASKED you the information. I called them and they couldn’t help which is why I called you BACK. Just wanted to clarify that. But I am a resilient woman that overcomes anything. Covid affected a lot of people actually. Including the inflation that’s going on. $300 wasn’t cheap for a tire change. I’ve done my research here. No matter the distance. But I did get the biggest blessing God blessed with me and I don’t have to pay anything. I hope everything goes well with you and your shop so it can get back up in Phillipi. This company is awesome! Made it to my location within 40 minutes and did he have a job ahead him! Jason is very professional and took his time to get me out without any damage to my vehicle. Pricing was very fair for what he had to do. Jason has great communication skills and I recommend Anytime Towing!
I had my tire go flat, the valve stem break and brake fluid leaking everywhere and was stranded with my 2 kids and Girlfriend in the truck. I managed to get enough air my tire to get to their shop and called Jason who said give him 10 mins and he would be there to get my squared away which he did. He came in on Labor Day and had me back on the road in the quickest time imaginable. I recommend anytime towing and recovery to anyone looking for a place that is professional and actually cares about the customer. This was my first time going there but it will not be my last.
I am a semi truck driver,and had a load at kingsford that got canceled. While waiting here my truck lost power and I needed a jump. I called Anytime towing and recovery for help and they came to me within 20 minutes and got me rolling again. Very kind and professional over the phone and in person, and what I had to pay was beyond reasonable. If I needed help nearby again,they will be my first call.
They’re professional, responsive, and affordable! Had the best pricing and great communication. Glad I found the company when I did and would 100% use in the future.
