My mustang is still sitting there after several months. I am considering legal action.

1 star for lack of service. Saw a guy walking in so I pulled up to ask him a quick question and I never saw someone disappear so quickly. So I pulled into where the garage bay doors are and saw 2 more gentlemen go in. So I called the number, for I didn’t want to leave my toddler in the car, and it rang and rang and rang. All I needed was my tires torque. I would have done it myself if someone was too busy. Realized my lug nuts were loose and the doctors office and didn’t want to drive 3 miles back to my house. No one answered the phone. So I am giving you 1 star since one guy practically ran inside and wouldn’t answer the phone. Hopefully we can make it back home. At least pick up the phone and tell me to hold on like a business is supposed to do.

Save yourself the headache and just take it somewhere else. Needed a waterpump, thermostat and belts. All provided by myself, after 4 solid weeks the car never moved. Not to mention someone hit the car while it set out back of the shop and gouged in the top of the trunk. Of course the cameras that where able to go back and find the pin head that cut all the cat converters off his vehicles back there saw nothing. So do yourself a favor, drive it or haul it somewhere else.

If you don't need your car fixed and are willing to wait days, then this is the place for you. I was told to bring my car in on Monday 4/7/25 morning at 8:45 a.m. to get my gas line fixed. " it should only take an hour or two," that's what I was told when I called and made the appointment. I waited all day, and nothing, no call back . Hell, they even quit answering. So at 4:30, i went down there, and they didn't even start working. However, the mechanic was going to get the parts now, idk if it was an empiclable timing or the decided to start since I was there. Anyhow, I get
a call back an hour later, and I was told my car was done. I went there paid and got in my car to leave , I went next door and pulled over to check their work out, I was leaking gas worse than I brought it in. I went back and got the mechanic or whoever he is when he was leaving and showed him and he said he'd work on it in the morning, which was okay at the time they were closing and it was later in the evening. I called mutiple times today 04/08/25 , I was
told the first time I would be called when it was done. Well 4 hours went by since the last time i called, so I called back , and they haven't even started , but they said it'll be done today. We shall see, so after waiting 2 days TO GET A GAS LINE FIXED, a couple of hours of project I would suggest go anywhere else. Youtube it , push it to the next garage, hit up your redneck buddy , do something, but don't bring it here unless you're okay with being out of a vehicle for a while. A LEAKING GAS LINE HAS TAKEN 2 DAYS If I had a lift, I would've just done it myself, and if it wasn't my only means of transportion I would've already went and got it and brought it else where. If it's not done within the next hour or two, I'm probably just going to take it somewhere elseApr 08, 2025 -
