Called on November 18th to see if they had a part in stock that they had listed on car-part.com. The man I spoke to stated he would check to see and would call me back. On November 20th I called back and got voicemail so I left a message. On November 22nd I called again and got voicemail again. I never received a call back. I cannot rate the actual quality of their service as I never actually received any!
Webers towing, Jeff, came to the rescue. I had waited over 24hours for my car to be picked up from the initial towing company and they never came through. State Farm got ahold of webbers towing and I received instant excellent customer service from them. Jeff called me before State Farm authorized the tow and gave me the an eta on pick up and confirmed my info. Jeff was in constant communication with me and picked up my car within 2 hours of his original call. Very generous and helpful, I recommend Jeff at Webers Towing.
They were super quick to the scene, they were careful with the car and returned calls when promised. It's easy access to get to your car, easy to find the place. They made it simple for removal of personal effects and were friendly. No qualms using them!
They illegally towed my car when it war not illegally parked. When i entered their place of business i felt a cold chill of shiftiness as the heads guy had a cheesy grin and my car was placed in a box ready to be chopped. I suggest no one to go there. It cost me 250$ to buy my own car back. Hey cheese heads, and Don with the double n. Karma has your number.
Great towing experience!! We lost a car down a ravine deep in the backcountry of Rimrock Lake. Most towing companies in town wouldn’t help or quoted us exorbitant prices. Gama (owner?) was respectful, gave us a very well priced quote, drove out there with us, and pulled the car out. He did an incredible job in a tricky situation and we have our car back!

Called Weber's Towing multiple times over the course of a couple days about having a car towed, and each time they told me they'd call as soon as a truck was available, but never got back to me. Ended up having to call Douglas Towing all the way in Wapato, who showed up within an hour to take the car.
Place is a joke. Owner is a drunk. Very disrespectful. Do not go to this place. Parts are over priced. He makes prices up as he gos. Depending on how drunk he is that day. Not sure how this place I'd even open stil . Go to poor boys. Better prices
Bought a leaf spring. I took the spring to be installed by a licensed mechanic and he told me that it was in too bad shape to install. We ended up getting another one from a different yard that was in better shape. Weber’s would not refund any amount of money. I would not have paid for it in person had I seen the shape of it. It was purchased online and they had it listed as a grade A part. Beware...
My experience with this lovely reputable company was outstanding and would go there again for car parts on a budget!
Aaaaaah, what am I saying! This company will greet you with a smile as you’re watched like a hawk and pay premium prices that you’re better off finding online. This company will play by the oldest tricks in the book and waste your time and money.
I’ll be the first one to say if your in the Yakima valley to just go to, “You Pull It. wrecking yard” or “Poor Boys” across the street and save your time.
If your visiting a wrecking yard then I’m sure you’re a do it yourselfer and don’t won’t to be played with.
I would not recommend these clowns to anyone.
Great customer service, if you don’t mind paying double the price from another junkyard(especially if you can’t find anywhere else) it’s the place to go.
