My dad bought a car from them a few werks ago and he couldn't be happier. I found it advertised on Facebook Marketplace, I messaged them, and by the end of the day he was driving away in his new rig.

You can’t call this place. They will put you on hold and leave you there. I’ve tried to give them my business over a dozen times this year and have never once been able to find out if they have what I’m looking for because they don’t care about their phone service.
I am not someone who writes negative reviews, and I don’t take pleasure in doing so. I was very specific about the part I needed for my vehicle, the make, the model, the part number, the color. I received confirmation they had the part, I paid for the part, on the receipt it indicated the specifics of what I had asked for. When I received the part it was for the wrong make, and it was the wrong color. When I called and asked them about it, he insisted it fits the vehicle, which is true but it was the wrong model fender in the wrong color. When I asked for a refund he said there was a 25% restocking fee, so now I’d have to pay $40, and go home without a fender. There was no communication about receiving the incorrect part, no apology for receiving the incorrect part, just a snobby insistence that “I promise it fits your car”. I don’t want a dark silver fender on my white car, and I don’t want to pay for a part I didn’t order. This is not how you should conduct your business, Incredibly disappointed.
Have purchased from these guys several times! Have never had issues with any of their tested engines or transmissions! Oscar is super helpful and always quick to get you the part you need at the right price!
When it comes to replacement parts for your vehicle AR1 Auto is the best spot. I dealt with Oscar to order parts for my 2018 Toyota Yaris and he was so attentive to details and professional. Oscar sent me pictures for parts prior to ordering with focus on areas that needed repair. He promised to deliver in 2 business days and he did what he promised. So committed and easy to work with, definitely 5 starts.
Beware of this business. They wanted payment before even showing me the product. When I decided not to move forward, I had to literally beg to get my money back. Oscar, in particular, was argumentative and tried to guilt-trip me for choosing not to buy. Save yourself the trouble—stay far away.
Beware of this business. Despite what their response claims, I was asked to make a payment before I could even see the product in person. After payment was processed, I was told repeatedly that I’d be charged a 25% service/restocking fee—just for wanting to look at the engine. That pressure was not professional.
Yes, I received a refund, but only after a frustrating back-and-forth that felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Oscar, in particular, was confrontational and dismissive when I expressed concerns and ultimately chose not to move forward. The business’s public reply only reinforces the argumentative tone I experienced in person.
Bottom line: the experience was uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Seek a business that values professionalism and respects its customers’ choices.
Scammers
Paid 400 for a kia rio bumper assembly drive 3 hours to go pick it up and they had taken all the grilles off and the brackets and no reinforcement.
The guy then says the reinforcement all brackets and grilles are separate.
Probably something you should tell a customer before they drive 3 hours.
He even made us pay for the hood hinges that he said were included

Then they sell us the grille for 75 dollars when it's listed for 55 on car part.

*** UPDATE*** Buyer be Ware !!! I spoke too soon. It took OVER 3 weeks to get my door panel, In the description they rated it as a "10" basically, in excellent shape. Sure they got their money A.S.A.P. but it took almost 2 weeks to ship it out and they almost sent the wrong one. When I received the panel, 5 out of the 7 plastic tabs that held the upper panel to the lower panel were broken. My original panel was in better shape than the one they sent. THEY JUST DON'T CARE. Money, Money, Money.. Save yourself... "DO NOT" buy from these people.. If they did the right thing, they would refund my Money and pay the shipping for the return. Guess what won't happen..
I called them when they posted a new Ram, with the tailgate I needed in the same color as my pickup, they sent me additional pictures to verify no damages.
They assisted me, I had to be a little patient with them, they honored their small cash discount posted inside on the wall.
Over all cool guys to deal with, keep in mind this isn’t Walmart and parts aren’t pulled until payment. How you treat them is how they will treat you.
I am happy to have a new tailgate after crunching mine at work, I traveled 2 hours to them and would do it again.

The only comment I have is the following. They do not check if the part is available or not, since I had to travel a considerable distance, the loss of my time and the expense of gasoline since they are not going to reimburse me the money.
I would like them to be more professional. And if it were their fault, as in my case, they would cover the expense of gasoline, since no one gives us gasoline for free and they want to solve everything with an apology. Sincerely, a customer who is not satisfied with their work
Looking for wheels to use as dedicated snow tires, I called three(3) place local to me. AR1 had what I needed, at a reasonable price, and even agreed to stay open a few minutes past their closing time because I work out of town, and might not have been able to make it to them by 5pm.
I consider that good customer service.
Tried for 3days to order on line, talked to 4 different people, but the call would drop while waiting on hold. One call held for 57 mins, and I hung up.
I called and finally got a person that took care of me, in a matter of minutes.
Parts were delivered right away! I was surprised how quickly they arrived. I think it was 2 days.
Beware of this place my dad purchased an engine from them for $2100 that was supposed to be A grade but is damaged in multiple spots.The Engine was promised to be delivered to our home which they never did. It took several calls from two separate numbers to get a hold of someone to find out what was happening with the engine. The engine now had minor damage to the timing cover which we opted to work with and just pick up the engine ourselves. Upon further inspection once back home I have found damaged intake manifold,coolant bypass valve, oil filter housing, side motor mounter bracket. Which now has me questioning the engines integrity. Beware of this place and do not prepay for anything without inspection.

Jesus is a manipulative liar and will make it seem like he’s going above and beyond for you until he makes a mistake and doesn’t stand up on his word. He will order you parts stating he needs a VIN number for the vehicle you are ordering parts for but will still order the wrong parts, make you pay for them before ordering them and when you come back to return any parts he will deny that he ordered them wrong and that it was a mistake from the seller for the part. Wouldn’t take back parts that were wrong and scams you out of your money. So please be very careful and pay attention to what you’re ordering because he will make a mistake. Also there is no management available at any time. They will steer you and give you the run around when you ask for management. The worst business to make any type of business with. If I could give them -0 I would. Never coming back here again!
Ordered an ABS module for a dodge journey, found a specific part number i needed to properly install. They ended up not having the part number and instead sent me a different unit with a different part number. They guaranteed it was compatible and would work. Installed and the board was fried. Zero communication. It then took over a week to finally have them acknowledge and refund after several calls.
Oscar was awesome to deal with, did everything they could to save me some money as well. I work at a different yard and it’s good to know there are other companies that make buying easy, even with how busy they are, they still made sure to follow up with me. Thank you again!
They were really friendly until I wanted to return something. I paid online and when i got there the part was wrong and i wanted to get refund. If you wanna return something even on same day, even if you didn’t use it they’ll charge you 25%. So if you paid $1000 for a part they return 750 instead $1000Do not recommend them, their policy is a scam. Worse experience I ever had.
Service was helpful until there was a problem. I can't count how many times I've heard, I will talk to my manager and call you right back.". It was only outdone by "let me put you on hold. For just a second. " update. It's been a month. I heard I'll call you right back again today. Latest Jesus lie. The part is waiting to be shipped. Same thing that was said 9 days ago. When I asked to speak with shipping, he told me they did not have a phone. I guess he is running out of stories as they are getting more wild. By the way Jesus goes by Joe when it suits them.
The person I spoke with was very polite and let me know they could order my part right away. Transaction was quick, and I got my part within a week. Their business was recommended, and I will be recommending in the future as well.

My first time ordering from AR1 and having the part shipped to my Address. It went very smooth And all my questions were answered by Jesus. He explained everything well and I had no problems following instructions. I will be ordering from this place again.
Such a great group of people. We needed a transmission from them and we sent our office manager to pick it up. As soon as she walked into their very busy store she was greeted and told where she needed to go. Oscar and Azi were so super helpful. They unloaded the core transmission for her and loaded the new transmission and made sure it was securely tied down for her long drive back over the pass. The only negative thing I would say is that I didn't like the credit card fee when buying such an expensive item already. But we would gladly buy from these guys again.
A friend of mine recommended me to go here and they had just the part I was looking for. I was immediately greeted and asked if I could be helped with anything or if I was looking for anything specific. The guy's name was Oscar, he was very friendly and helpful. Within minutes he was able to locate the part I needed for my vehicle and helped me with purchasing it right away. While I was purchasing the part he let me know that it normally takes 24 hours to get a part pulled but that he was going to do his best to try and get it to me before the end of the day. He was very considerate of the fact that the part we need is for my AC to work and having two small children how important it is to get it working ASAP with the weather being so hot. He also came outside and looked at my vehicle and is going to look for a few more parts that I need. If you want excellent customer service and not just a pushy salesmen along with great deals go see Oscar. I highly recommend going and checking them out!
