Not happy at all. It says on your guys web site it close at 4 we got there just before 3 and you guys were closed already. What the hell. This is not the first time. You guys need to change your hours on line or put we are open whenever we feel like it.
I went to Poor Boys Auto Wrecking with my son who was looking to get two tires for his Honda and they were very helpful in helping him find what he needed and at a great price too!
I deleted my previous review because i was so fuming mad. Here's my issue. You tell me on wednesday that you will close at 3pm. I come down to the swamp of a yard just to get locked out of the yard at 2pm with my tools inside. You then told me to come back on friday and assured me multiple times you would be opened. I planned my entire day around getting that window out and into my truck. What you guys did was a spit in the face to customers who keep bread on your table. I literally just ordered a brand new one for $108 instead of the $27. Because being decent human being let alone a decent business person is worth more to me than the money ever could be. I'll never do business with you guys again and hope anyone who reads this stays clear of these people.
I called and asked how much random emblems are, Lady said it depends on size & how many. She NEVER said anything about Year, Make & Model. I had approximately 14 emblems for (mostly) Cadillac & 2 Mercedes emblems. Went to ask how much at the desk she called her boss and said they want $190.00 Minimum. Don't go to Poor Boys I'd rather go to Nob Hill Auto wrecking!
I had a car left on my property for 10 years. Poor boys was happy to come get it and only scheduled for the next day, very friendly. I will use them more in the future.
I needed a part for an older model pickup, and I called Poorboys and the lady who answered let me know what they had and what time they closed, so I was so grateful for Poorboys for being better than the others here in Yakima,( and I didn't have to pay any fees just to look in their yard, U-pull it),not only their service, but the inventory also, because I was charged 2 dollars, at U-pull it and they didn't have any trucks that would have parts for the vehicle I was fixing, so next time I know where to go, Poorboys, and where not to go, U-pull it.
Great down to earth people, and they speak Spanish. They are not always looking over your shoulder they leave you alone to do what you came in for. They have great prices.
We called and asked for a tow and waited the time estimated. We called again to check and they said they would call back. Two hours later and they never showed up and they never called back. They stopped answering the phone. We still don't know why two weeks later.
Now this is one of my favorite place poor boys great prices always nice people I recommend this yard to everyone you will find what you need eventually
My cities up there and they said they had parts they didn't have so I was wonderful drive though it was just great but you know they should take inventory of what they have and when they sell it they know they got don't have it anymore but they don't do that so I don't go there no more here's my experience
I love this salvage yard . a bunch of inventory means that they have the part you need . Value pricing is a mainstay there. Rumors of no longer offering parts is in the air because of a change in ownership. Let's hope not!!
Poor Boys has a great high quality selection of used automobile parts. The yard is neat and orderly with a large selection of older trucks that is unmatched locally.
I have had several buying experiences here and was always happy and treated with fairness.however as i read other reviews that are pure negative i cant help but wonder if that person was just rude and impossible or just impossible to please. I even bought a vehicle there and would do it again without hesitation
Poor Boy has good help they always answer all questions and usually have your looking for and most all times its half price no im not related or even know them but Poor Boys are very special to the cummunity
I gave them 5 stars kus they had the part i needed for my SUV for a reasonable price, they also gave me a good deal on buy my wrecked car. Guys were helpful excellent customer service.
Picked up a roof rack here at a reasonable price and when they saw me struggling to get it on my roof they came out to help. I'm sure they don't do that normally, but it was nice that they cared. Thanks for the rack and help guys!
I love this place. No admission fee. Pull your own parts. Great prices and a nice variety of domestic and inports. MUD! Wear some good boots in the winter because this place is soupy all winter. I love going to a junk yard and finding exactly what I need. Thanks Poor Boys
I would not give them one star I had to pay for a windshield before I pulled it never pulled it now they say no refund when it's never been taking out or off there lot so now that I looked up policy and laws looks like court and I'll be asking it back plus someb
Poor Boys doesn't have the biggest yard, but most of their vehicles are intact and haven't been destroyed by customers. If they have the vehicle there I'm looking for, they will almost always have the part that I need. My only complaint is that the yard is sometimes difficult to navigate since the vehicles are very close together.
