Called several times, wanting a vehicle removed from the property. Left messages, No response. Finally got ahold of someone, he said they'll be out "today or tomorrow". I asked them to call first. Silence. Called back... and just got voicemail. So I called the other wrecking yard on Nob hill and they showed up within 2 hours.
Best price, friendly, very helpful, nice, highly recommend I drove from Walla Walla, to Yakima and very professional people. Check them out, you won’t regret it. Very satisfied.
BEST AUTOWRECKING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! I had some parts missing 2008 Mercedes Benz, everything went smooth from “is this part available?” to “thanks, just received tha part”, staff is very polite and helpful, if you need some part for your vehicle you are in the best place, recommend to everyone!
These people were great, they even stayed a little longer past closing for me since I was driving in from out of town. I dealt with Jose over the phone, he was very professional and even cleaned and prepared my parts for pickup in advance, the parts were by the front and ready to be loaded by the time I arrived and they were in the same condition as advertised. Overall very impressed with their transparency and customer courtesy. Highly recommend!
Five stars cause the staff was helpful they showed me exactly where the car was that I was looking for which made my visit fast which was great and good prices. Who doesn't like saving money! And great customer service friendly staff.
They are scammers, made a deal on Instagram then got blocked and ignored. Changed the name on their IG multiple times to I guess continue, just a warning for others.
My ex husband passed away almost 8 months ago. He had so much stuff he had collected for years and I had no where to take it or no use for it. After donating to various second hand stores and a yard sale there was still so much stuff. I called Frank and he set up a time to meet at the house. They were on time and we're only going to pick up junk vehicles but they ended up taking almost everything else that was hanging around and I had no idea what to do with some of it because the dumps wouldn't take it and second hand stores wouldn't take it but Frank and his driver took it away for me. I was very thankful for those guys that day as it was a really hard time doing what had to be done. They are professional and polite and quick! Thank you so much Central Salvage! You guys rock!
Buy a motor which they promised was good timing belt was broke brought it back 30 mins later and they wanna try to play games with a disabled vet gets loud and yells at me like I am the fool everybody stay away horrible service stupid people
RUDE! No signage! These people can’t take a credit card or debit card. Their employees simply don’t care about their ‘customers’. Use their service at your own risk.
Do research on the parts you need before you go here, I sent someone to get parts for me expecting they would charge used prices however they charged more for used rusty parts then for what I got a quote for brand new parts at the Ford Dealership.
I called looking for 15 inch rims for my jeep Cherokee. The girl told me there was rims to just come and look. I asked if they are for jeeps. She said they are in the jeep area. And hung up. She was rud the whole time. I called back to get some prices. She stated depends what they are off of. I said jeep. Can you give me a price range. She got pissed and put me on hold. I waited a couple of minutes and hung up.
Needless to say I will not spend my money there.

Been try call this place for 4 days no anwser automatic saying voice mail box is full can't take messages or calls how thy stay in business beyond me. Every since chuck been gone place steadily going down hill !
