Im usually running parts for my dad and uncles and the O'Reillys in yakima all have pretty good service and never really had problems with them but the last couple times I visited the Toppenish one the manager seems to find a way to complicate things way more than she is trying to actually help you. She doesn't approach with a greeting attitude and tends to seem mad about her job.
I go to the orylees on 5th and lincoln in yakistan washington really close to my house they're always professional helpful patient with me all the men and the one women that work on 5 th and Lincoln thank you and if they dont have part 1st street will but 5th n Lincoln has gone above and beyond like printing all my past reciepts so I got the right amount for my totaled classic vehicle witch brought up the total loss of my classic 89 S10 blazer v6 4.3 liter 4x4 to a fair amount
nice auto parts store, we baught sum head light bulbs, an they changed them for us too. as long as it ain't getting dark out they can assist you with new purchases on changing them usually but not too much to big tho. lol
I came in today a little overwhelmed with work, school, internship, and moving. And then on top of that car troubles. Talked with Asst. Manager Jose and was treated very poorly. He made looks and asked questions like I was stupid. He was so unprofessional that I will not be coming back to the Toppenish OReilys any time soon. I do all the work on my cars myself and I already feel inadequate. But for an asst manager to treat me the way he did was very disrespectful. I am a paying customer and he is a MANAGER, he should treat customers with more respect. Car troubles are hard enough without someone making you feel dumb.
I stopped by to pick up some brakes, was in and out in no time, the customer service was great, and very helpful to get what i needed, best place in town for parts i think.
Stopped in the store at 302 W 1st Ave, Toppenish, WA , minutes before closing. Without complaint or attitude, Caesar helped me figure out ( or at least narrow down) what was going on with my car. I know it was after closing by the time he was done helping me, but he never made me feel rushed or like he was inconvenienced. And he was very polite. I'm so grateful for his help and more importantly, his willingness to help. He certainly went above and beyond! You have a keeper there O'Reilly! Thanks Caesar!
Knowledgeable staff. Friendly and helpful. They have had every part i needed in stock for my older vehicle, or get it very quick. Prices are reasonable also.
Well I got the part I needed but the employees were next to no help at all the only thing they did was stand around talking and I heard the phone ring 4 times and nobody would answer so I'd rather go out of my way to go to auto zone than go there
Needed a tail light assembly. I called and talked to Nate, he had what I needed. When I got there he was right there and got the parts I needed after confirming that everything was right. Keep up the good work.
Most of the time have good service but once in a while get sold old parts other customers returned and got their money back for while keeping new parts
I find more that their customer service is lacking which is a big problem for me! They have great parts and prices but are hit and miss on when the cashiers feel like they want to assist you!
I Needed to replace a battery that had gone bad while under warranty. Worried that it would be a problem as I had bought it 9 months prior, on the other side of the state, and no receipt not the card it was purchased on.NO WORRIES! They looked up my transaction in their system, assured me the warranty was still good, took out the old battery and had the new one in in no time. I b hardly had time to shop at the Dollar Tree next door! Excellent customer service through and through.
I love O'Reilly they are always Pleasant and always very helpful and they always have what I need and if they don't they always help me find it at the lowest price thank you O'Reilly's
Not the first time I buy parts here and have been given wrong part... took a part from here to Seattle which was wrong part had no car to move around in over there so had to walk two hours to get the right part!
