The manager at the Toppenish AutoZone was so helpful. I didn’t catch his name, but he was kind and professional. He walked out to my car with me to help troubleshoot what was happening with my brake lights, made intelligent recommendations, and generally seemed interested in meeting my needs.
I went today and buy a glue to stick the rearview mirror and they give me a cheap glue that costed like 9 dollars and I told them to give me the best one and the one that actually works but they didn’t so I go home and Tried the glue it did not work!! I need my refund!!

stopped by to pick up some brakes, and they only had one employee helping customers. By the time I was help 30mins later, they told me they couldn't accept cash, kus they were having issues with their registers and dont how to fix the problem, its disappointing how management has these problems on the weekend the most busy times..
Always feel rushed in this auto parts, they make me feel like they just want me to buy and leave. It doesn't seem like any know much about vehicles so they don't answer my questions. Thankfully there's an O'Reilly's close by.

They didn’t know what they were doing we told them if they take the battery out it’s gonna desprograma and he stayed silent and he said he dosent work with it I want it out of business
Usually have the parts I need and if not they can ship them pretty quick.... prices used to be good but they are now getting outrageous.. helpers are courteous but lines can be long at times..
Worst customer services.
Waited on hold over 10 mins hang up call back to be put on hold. Drive to the store, only 2 people in the store ( they are browsing so no one is helping them). I'm still on hold.. while the 3 people worker are chatting behind the counter....
O'Reilly may be more costly for parts but at least they actually help you.. .

Called & the guy asked me what I wanted then asked to put me on hold & was on hold for 15 minutes so hung up & just went to the store. Sad worker can't answer a phone properly 😪

Needed a low beam replacement for my pick up and Jose was of great assistance. He went the extra mile by pulling out the blown bulb and placing the new one in.

Every time I come here I receive rude customer service. It’s always an inconvenience for me to have to go an extra 20 miles into another city just to get the right service that this store is supposed to provide and advertises as such.
We rolled in with a dead battery due to a failed alternator 200 miles from home and received excellent care from Daniel. Very impressed with the service!
No customer service what so ever! They gave me the wrong battery, wrong lighter adapter, and they didnt even try to help me with my light bulbs. One guy looked high like his eyes were about to pop out, refused to help smh worst place to go...never again!!! Dont waste your time!!!
Its a half-hour before closing and the manger accused me of trying to hustle them with my life time warrenty battery. When I tried to ask a question the manager interupted me with a smart remark and walked away from me.
If you feel like waiting forever to not be helped. No sense of urgency or crappy customer service, this is the place for you. Estimated wait time, til they feel like moving on. 1 worker in between phones, other slow as molasses. Hate coming to this place.
I needed weather items for my vehicle. They helped me out wipers on. Found me winter windshield washer fluid. Helped me find a reasonable priced headlight.
