I had to call the Towing company at 12am and I was told that the Tow Truck ETA is about 30 mints. But the Tow Truck came early. Sawyer was our man who helped us get through our tough night. Sawyer stayed with us for good 2-3 hour and he seemed to have a lot of knowledge about the EV cars. As our EV was not going on Neutral so we tried to charge the car while it was on the Tow Truck. Sawyer had so much patience and stayed with us to solve every obstacle we were facing to get this EV to charge. Finally we called out roadside assistance to get the car towed to the nearby dealership and the roadside assistance team needed the car to be on ground. With a lot of patience and hardword Sawyer finally figured out a way to bring the EV down without putting it on the Neutral. Finally we were able to get our car to the nearby dealership with our roadside assistance team after so many phone calls and a sleepless night.
I am glad that I called ASAP towing to our rescue. Even the person who takes the call is a very nice person, he listens to the problem and try to send the help ASAP.
I highly recommend ASAP towing team if you are in any sort of car issue (flat tire, dead EV battery or any other issues) this wonderful team will go beyond the expectations to solve the problem.😊

I called for help after I ran over a screw and in what felt like seconds Terry was on the job. I was feeling a bit down as anyone would stranded on the highway but his positive attitude lifted my spirits. I’ve never witnessed someone change a tire with more grace, speed and professionalism. Would recommend!

Our dog locked the doors of our truck when we got out, and we don't have a spare key. I called ASAP and they said they would be there in a half hour. Right at the half hour mark they arrived, and my dog was excited to see another person and ended up rolling down the window so we were able to get in the truck without their help. ASAP was extremely understanding and kind about the whole situation and laughed with us! Super kind folks, would use them again in a heart beat!

Page the receptionist at ASAP Towing was just wonderful to me. I was extremely stressed after spending most of the day with AAA on the phone for about three hours attempting to get my car looked at and then towed. Finally AAA said that they couldn’t tow my car due to high volume and their contractor could only take emergencies. And I was to call a local tow company.
I called the Subaru dealership and Kyle there told me to get a hold of ASAP towing.
Well I don’t know anything about towing companies, and I happen to call ASAP, and spoke to Paige.
She talked me through the process and what I needed to do and sent Isaac over. And much sooner than she thought she was going to be able to.
Needless to say I was extremely grateful and will use ASAP in the future if needed

Great rapport with the driver. Took care in securing my motorcycle to keep any damage from happening during the tow. A little late but these are covid/ zombie times which means I give people leeway on services rendered. I will give this company good marks when asked by anyone as to how well they did. I have to also give praise to the office interaction also.
I was very impressed with ASAP's quick response and great customer service. They let me know every step of the way when they would arrive and got me my receipt emailed so i could send it off for my insurance.
I needed a tow and called ASAP. A man named JOEL FARNON came and took great care while he hitched up my vehicle. Took it to the shop I wanted, talked to the shop's owners and found out where and how they wanted it. I felt very confident with the whole process. I would recommend Joel Farnon!
I made the call and they were there to tow my vehicle within 30 minutes. Worked out great for because I’m awful impatient. I will call them again if I ever need a tow and I highly recommend them.

Not that happy with them, they damaged my mom's front bumper! Dropped the car off and she gets it back after being fixed with the bumper hanging off >:(

I do not accept the terms you have offered to refund incurred damages caused by your driver's negligence. I will allow the DOL and small claims court to settle this matter.
Called them to unlock my car was told one price they charged me more .I asked them about it they said it was there mistake . That would deducted from the next time I called him I had a tow schedule the following week I cancelled it and never used them again. No integrity
I left my car in this lot and they break my back bumper and they said its not there mistake and they didn't fix it to me or they also didn't pay back to me money,,, and they deducted from my credit card account one month after I picked up my car and they said they can't see anything that they deducted Money !!!! the worst car storage ever
Called them for a tow for a disabled vehicle in Ferndale. Arrived within 15 minutes (was told 30 min). Driver transported the vehicle about 12 miles. Was very helpful and polite. The cost was a little surprising but not outrageous and their mobile credit card device wasn't working properly, therefore I never received my receipt by email as expected.
Call Johnson's Towing instead! Put my car in a ditch this morning getting on the freeway in Blaine. Johnson's was my first call and they were 35 minutes out. I was right down the road from Blaine Towing so I called them next and it still took them 40 minutes to get to me and pull me out (which I understand as it was a busy morning for all the tow companies). He hooked me up and had me out in less than 5 minutes. Price?? Try $187.00...no joke.
So I got to work and a tow truck for Johnson's came by and I asked them how much they would have charged me. He said because it was so early in the morning it is considered "after hours" and they would have charged me...wait for it...$90.00.
Lesson learned. ALWAYS calling Johnson's from now on and I'll wait for them no matter how long it is.
I used their storage service last year and it was friendly, prompt, and affordable.
This time they ran late, left the yard un-manned, didn't show on time, took forever to do anything, and grossly overcharged.
Do not use this service for border car export/import. There are other lots with better service and fair rates.
