It sucks getting towed for parking in designated spots, however, my kid just so happened to do it. Brandon was amazing to deal with, showed up to get my kids car back the second I called, and was pleasant to deal with. My kid owes me BIG TIME, but at least I didn’t have to deal with terrible customer service while already not waking up to great news on a Sunday. Thanks Brandon (hopefully I spelled and got the name right!)

Frank from South Sound Towing has helped me out in a pinch more times than once! I found this company through my insurance and they are by far my first pick. Friendly, communicative & helpful. I recommend them to everyone who asks!

Poor customer service and rude driver who did not comply with injured driver's request to cancel towing. Another tow truck was en route to the accident, while driver was seriously injured and bleeding profusely. The following day we called during business hours to retrieve the vehicle, but there was nobody in the office to allow access to the damaged truck. They are now demanding we pay for the tow and two days of impound charges due to their staffing issues. Stay away from this business and their driver's who only care about taking advantage of vulnerable people during a serious no-fault accident. Shame on South Sound Towing!!!

Unethical towing company, that makes their money prowling around ballparks, looking for people to tow who don’t know local rules. Their unauthorized tow signs are not in clear sight, and they took advantage of out of town visitor. (And they don’t care one bit!) Warning visitors: Do NOT park across the road from the ballpark at Timberline HighSchool on Mullen road if you are watching a ball game. They did not post tow signs in clear view (out of sight by dumpsters) and tried to impound my car, ($00-$1000fee) I was in a guest parking spot of an apartment complex. Thankfully I got there before they towed it away, but they demanded I Pay a $300 drop fee. I lost $300 for parking in a guest parking spot for 1 hour! Ouch. I’d look for someone else to tow your car, this company is sure to just charge you as much as they can! (See pics: no signs by parking lot enterance or in front of where I parked!)

If I could give Nick more than five stars, I certainly would. After my MVA he was the tow truck driver that showed up to tow my vehicle. He was so kind and so very helpful. I would highly recommend South sound towing.

On the 26th, returning from the Portland area, our car died in Olympia due to an engine failure. While I pay for AAA, they could not help us get back to Seattle. The team at South Sound Towing, even after a ridiculous long day of work, was willing to help us get home. This was an emergency for us and they made it not one; honestly great people doing good work!

I worked with Steve and Nick to have a car towed to my house. They were easy to work with, made it smooth annd simple but most importantly, they are honest guys. Would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone unfortunate enough to have to use a towing service. One less stressful thing to have to worry about in a stressful situation.

I just moved to the area and accidentally locked my keys in the car while at Safeway. I happened to be parked right across a South Sound towing truck (I can’t make this up). Being new to the area, I didn’t know who to call! I called and the nice gentleman was coming out with his groceries and was able to unlock the car for me right away. Saved me from waiting for over an hour to have someone from USAA come and unlock it for me. Professional and very helpful, thank you!

I contacted Steven at South Sound Towing to help my friend sell her car that had been just sitting for over a year after the transmission had died. He was very courteous, patient, and professional throughout the whole transaction. My car randomly died in the parking lot of ENT associates on lily road. Best decision I made was calling South sound towing to get my car home safely. I was super upset about this but had an amazing driver who not only brought my home with care backed it into our odd driveway for me! Thanks Steve!!!! Hopefully I won't need your service won't be needed again but your at the top of my list if it does come to it. Will definitely recommend 👌

Excellent service from Steven who was compassion very professional and kind. Very knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing and said he’d take great care of my vehicle and would text me when he arrived to the collision center when he arrived there safely with my car, and he did. Steven was very kind and helpful after I was rear ended on I 90. He was quick and skillful. He even brought me to urgent care afterwards to get checked out. Highly recommend.

Steven was awesome, fast and professional. Took the stress out of a very unwanted situation. From the moment I called him until the time I was in my car was less than the time I was on hold with my insurance company.

I am so incredibly grateful for their speedy and professional response. My car just completely died out of nowhere while driving in the fast lane on I-5, with no time to get across all the lanes, I found myself stuck on the left-hand shoulder of I-5 with cars speeding past me leaving me feeling extremely vulnerable and unsafe. I called the first towing company that came up on a google search and not only did he answer on the first ring, he told me he would be there within 15 minutes. I called back, afraid I had forgotten to tell him I was on the left side, and again he answered immediately and assured me he would be there in about four minutes. I was not in a good place and it required him to get creative on how to safely remove me and the car from the freeway. He partnered with an officer that showed up (THANK YOU, Officer, if you see this) to slow traffic down and get the car safely off of I-5. I was shaking I was so scared by the shock of my car just stopping and being left in a dangerous spot on I-5. The professionalism of South Sound Towing eased my fears and I am extremely grateful for their work!

I had to have my vehicle towed to a repair shop, and the first driver was very kind, understanding and supportive. He also gave me an idea of what was wrong. After dealing with the repair shop, I ended up needing my vehicle towed home because the damage was irreparable and was considered totaled. The driver that towed from the shop to home, Nick, was very considerate and professional and offered to buy my vehicle in lieu of the tow bill. The experience overall was courteous, professional and made me feel at ease. Thank you, South Sound Towing!

Steven came out when our insurance left us stranded for over 2 hours (looking for someone to accept the job). Steven was AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, and VERY COURTEOUS. He hooked our SUV up and towed it to a repair shop in under 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this business.

Quick and professional. Was to my location in a few minutes after calling. Ended up having to be towed home, luckily it was only 5 miles. Steve was a pleasure to ride with. Reasonable rates for a tow. When I didn't have enough on my card to cover the tow, he offered to take me by an ATM so I could pull some money off of another card.

My car needed a tow early in the morning and Nick showed up early which was fantastic and got the car loaded up quickly! Once we got the car to the auto shop we chatted for a bit got the billing sorted and it was as easy as that. Nick was respectful and kind and I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone needing a tow.

Had a really good experience with this towing company when my car broke down. Steven, the guy who towed my car, was super professional and nice. He broke down the cost for me so I could understand what i was being charged and made the whole experience pleasant. It always sucks when your car breaks down, but it’s nice when you have friendly people help you

I had a breakdown in my car on Lilly Rd. Car just died in the middle of the road. I called South Sound Towing. Best decision ever! The driver said he was a couple of blocks away. He showed up within minutes. Made sure it was safe for me to get out of the car in heavy traffic. Super polite and efficient. We had a pleasant conversation while towing to dealership. For a bad situation I couldn’t have made a better decision. Thanks Steve!

I locked my keys in my car so I called South Sound Towing, and Steven showed up without haste. Not only did he get there quickly, he was really friendly and patient while I tried to figure some things out. The weather was god awful, literally flooding, and he still was incredibly helpful

We had to have our Kia towed from one shop to the dealership. Turns out it threw a rod , needless to say it was a very stressful time. I called South Sound and was immediately answered by Steven. He made the entire process simple and painless. His understanding, work ethic and customer support was outstanding. I was able to handle everything by phone and received several updates. I can't say enough, good people here, I highly recommend! Steven, you deserve recognition!

Cannot recommend enough!! Genuinely! I worked with Steven, and he was extremely helpful and gave me a lot of good information about the process, as well as tips for my situation. He was honest about what would and would not be helpful/necessary for my tow, too! I didn't feel like my lack of experience was being used against me. VERY fast response times as well, btw. Pricing was 100% fair and manageable, and there wasn't an extra charge for dolly use 👍 All-in-all I was really feeling in-the-dark on how this all works/what to do as it was my first self-arranged tow, but Steven genuinely went above-and-beyond to help me out. I could not recommend South South Towing more!

Best in town by far, made multiple calls to all the towing places in the area and the prices were outrages and some places were even rude. when i contacted S.S.T They we’re very quick best and most reasonable rates but most importantly we’re quick to me and reliable and didn’t have all there trucks in a shop getting fixed lol. but steve was my driver and he was great respectful and gave me so much valuable good advice on my situation from his experience and buisness advice for my young self. Overall great experience, trustworthy, hardworking, valuable people!

Due to my teenagers lack of responsibility we ended up getting towed (he parked in an unauthorized parking lot while spending time at a friends)... I learned about it all in a weekend and called and got in contact with Steve. Super helpful, super understanding, and super prompt. He took a highly stressful situation and really eased a lot of my stress. They offered a payment plan and I couldn't be more grateful for this to be gentle lesson for my teenager to make better choices. If you ever get towed by South Sound I really suggest you just call and take care of it because they were super easy to work with and very compassionate eliminating alot of the stress associated with these kinds of situations.
