I am writing this review for my elderly father who had a wonderful experience at Spaldings today. The salesman, his name was Micheal, took wonderful care of him and assisted him in retrieving all of the parts he needed. It’s good to know that there are still good, respectful, hardworking people out there. This man is a good employee and we hope to see him next time we need parts.

Liam is very professional and knowledgeable on the parts. He really goes the extra mile.for the customer.

Michael over at imports was amazing to work with and totally saved my ass on getting me what i needed. These guys are great and would recomend coming here

I ordered an item I ordered an item on eBay from here, Terrible customer service not helpful at all. terrible company in general. I would not recommend anyone ever buying anything from this company. Don’t waste your time or money. You’re better off pretty much anywhere else. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Bob was extremely rude when I returned a steering that he didn’t tell us there was no air bag that came with the steering wheel everyone else is there is so nice but bob needs to be nicer and respect his customers.

They have a wide selection of parts. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is a fun experience to actually go out in the yard with the employees and get the part you came for and it's a good opportunity to find other parts you may be looking for.

The go to place for parts!! New or used! It's always nice to have a more affordable option than the dealership. The salespeople I've always dealt with never let me down. If they didn't have it in stock that day they found one that week and notified me quickly. Thank you all!!

I don't know what more you could ask for out of a wrecking yard. This team went above and beyond to meet my needs and got me some very nice parts in a timely manor. Special shout out to the packaging team, I don't know that I've ever seen parts shipped quite that carefully. Absolutely flawless job guys and gals!!

Very helpful staff, personable and considerate. As I was going to pick up a part for someone else, my driver side window fell out of its track and they lent me some tools so that I could fix it. Then because my battery is old, it died while I was fixing it and they jumpstarted my vehicle. Above and beyond service and saved me from a freezing drive nearly across the state.

Always have a pleasurable experience at this place. Employees are knowledgeable and professional and straight to the point. Love that everything is typically pretty affordable. Services quick as well.

Great assistance from a outfit a state away. They removed, packed with care, and sent my very needed part to my doorstep and saved my daughters car. Ty guys.

Ordered rims for my car. Guy told me it would be here on Tuesday, or no later than Wednesday. Called on Wednesday (like he told me to) and some lady answered the phone and was very rude and told me twice that they would call me when it was there. Just very rude about it. So I called back on Thursday to talk to the guy that told me to call him and he said it wasn't there yet and he would call me back soon to let me know. I haven't heard from anyone since and it's Friday.

Two really positive experiences with Rohwer at the front desk. Super fair and took care of me in a timely manner. The guys who helped me get parts from the yard were also very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. These guys aren't quite as cheap as a u-pull yard, but they do their best to take care of you and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Jefferson was awesome to deal with especially when I'm all the way from Australia he answered all my questions. Bought a engine and trans he organised the crate and shipping to the container yard in Compton.

I want to mention how satisfied I was with the customer service that was provided, he helped us out with all our needs and answered all our questions, we were thankful and grateful for his service and we shall return due to his service that was provided, the gentleman name is Liam Lonam

Great experience. Cory at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful getting me The parts I needed and knowledge I needed to complete the job much appreciated highly recommend getting parts from here.

I had a very disappointing experience with this auto parts yard. Different employees give conflicting information about refunds for old parts — they took the part but never returned the money. When you go to clarify the situation, the staff behave unprofessionally. Also, when you come for a car part, they try to give you an older and worse one for the same price. Last time, my husband had to wait over two hours for the correct part because an employee couldn’t even tell the difference between front and rear parts. Overall, their service and organization are very poor, and I cannot recommend this place.

Once again, great experience at my favorite place in Spokane. Went out with Roman as my parts puller and he was a great help. I’m crazy picky about my parts and we found just what I needed. Thank you team Spalding!

Excellent customer service! These guys helped me identify a very difficult to find wiring pigtail so I can get my customer’s vehicle repaired and back on the road! Highly recommended!!

I needed a rare, discontinued, non-inventoried part and Jack at Spalding went the extra mile to find it. Many places wouldn’t even go look, or quoted an inflated price, but he tracked it down quickly and sold it to me at a fair price. It was shipped the same day I paid, and the whole process was simple and smooth. It’s clear this business values customer service. I’m thankful for the assistance and won’t hesitate to contact this Spalding for future parts.

My experience has been limited, but my expectations were exceeded. I have been hunting a specific transmission for a project, they are still around, but not around me at a reasonable price and or shipping. I was defeated, when I saw an ebay ad that seemed too good to be true I was skeptical. free shipping on a tranny? come on. Transmission was reasonable market value for where I lived, free shipping, received quickly. appears to be in good condition, shifts by hand, still uninstalled. this place saved me some good money from what I was getting prepared to spend because of shipping.

The people there went above and beyond my expectations. They helped me for the car part I needed. Customer service was exceptional and everything was professional. Joesph and Cameron, thank you so much!! I will for recommend this place, to anyone who needs car parts.

After my truck breakdown and cracked my Differential’s Housing I found this place that accept and help me to delivery the part soon as possible to me where my truck was stranded .
