Scheduled a pickup for me and then never picked up. Ignored call after call until they finally answered and told me a driver would get ahold of me and no one did. Because of them my car got impounded for no reason because I had a tow scheduled. Can't get ahold of them, they don't do their job, and then you get stuck with a bill after. Would give 0 stars if I could.

He went above and beyond in helping me aquire 2 taillights for my jeep.
He and his helpers removed them for me bc of a locked tailgate door and brought them up front for me.!
I am very grateful for their help and the kindness and respect they showed me.
It would be nice if everyone in this world could be that kind!

Website states they accept all vehicles except you call them and they DO NOT accept or have motorcycles. Misleading advertising. Pretty big miss, if you ask me. Most yards will at least have motorcycle parts. Just incase they try and change their website, I have attached a screenshot.
This establishment is now one of many other establishments that does not support Parenthood. No longer can a dad or mom take their kid there if the parent(s) have no one else to watch said child.
Pull and save is awesome. They pulled me out of a bind and definitely save my butt with parts that I needed. Self-service yard so that's awesome. It's only two bucks to get in. They always have everything I'm looking for. I've been going there for 15 years.
Force me to leave my purse in the car to be potentially stolen in a crappy area of town then require my vehicle keys to use a wheelbarrow that have been unlocked for years. Dreading having to go back today and carry wheels from wherever I find them in the lot.
It's one of the few junk yards in/near spokane. They have an online website that will show you what vehicles are on the lot. And they have pretty okay prices.
I have scrapped a couple of cars here. They made it a quick and easy process. Just bring a title and the keys to the car and you’re pretty much good to go. They even tow it if it’s nonfunctional. Would recommend if you need to get rid of a junk car quickly and efficiently
My car stopped working on the freeway. I called these guys to see if they could tow it. The woman that I talked to would not answer the question on the phone. She said you have to bring in your picture ID and your title and then we can have that conversation. Have that conversation where her literal words. So I followed their business procedures and went down there as soon as I could with my ID and title. And the answer was we don't tow that far. A question that could have easily been answered on the phone. Two stars for the hour I wasted.

I brought my little tool box and went out into the yard ...found the parts I needed, paid and was ready to fix my car....it was a GREAT feeling.
I feel they are ripping the public off they make a lot of money off of one car they buy it for $300. And they will make $1200. Off that one car. And they don’t treat their customers right.
I called looking for parts and Damien was awesome. They searched for my part across both locations but when the part couldn’t be found I was pointed in another direction. Gotta love it. Even though you yourself are not able to help your customer you’re letting them know where else they might find the help they need. Always calling pull n save first.
Absolutely amazing. Called Mary this morning, & she was so helpful in getting my boyfriend's car towed the same day, & was super patient with me. She was absolutely amazing, her & her coworker Kenny were awesome to talk to the whole time I waited there, they got the car towed within hours & were just awesome. Thank you so much Mary & Kenny! You guys are awesome!
7 days a week for a salvage yard is unheard of where I come from; so that's definitely cool of this place & really convenient for the blue collar man. Found this really great shape front bumper and grill, light set. Brought the front of my faded old sTen back to life all at a reasonable price Will be back for a few more parts for my old rig
This place is awesome. First junkyard I’ve ever been to. Got some parts for $58, auto place wanted over $1k. Everyone is super friendly here, staff and other junkyard goers. Only suggestion is to bring some gloves.
Can't say enough good things about Mary!!!!! She went above and beyond. And James,the tow truck driver, was very professional at his job.They both made it easy to remove 24 abandoned vehicles off private property. I would highly recommend this place

It's a self service junkyard pretty standard. Some parts are overpriced, the yard itself will be either muddy or dusty depending on the season since they are very overdue for me gravel. If you pay for entry to this one, you can enter the other, (newer/nicer location up north) on the same day.
I cannot possibly explain in words how amazing these guys are. On numerous occasions they have gone above and beyond helping me find what I need for my vehicles and time explaining how to go about something so I understood and could do it myself. They are the most kind and caring people I’ve ever met. Prices are ridiculously low/fair on anything you might need or find on their lots, and they truly seem to be in this line of work to help others. Both the north Spokane and Spokane valley locations are phenomenal and have all staffed with some of the best people you’ll encounter, especially in the auto industry. Thanks for the tires valley location, you saved me and it brought me to tears! I’ll forever be thankful!!!

Friendly staff, great prices, and informative website. I needed to get some rear seats for my 1999 Eclipse (which a complete set will normally go for $200+ online). I went here when I saw that they had 3 Eclipses on their lot. After asking someone at the desk for some help with finding one of the cars, they printed out the locations of the cars I was looking for, which really helped. Needless to say, I found what I needed! $35 well spent! It's unfortunate that you can't bring any bags for tools anymore, but it makes sense since stealing apparently became a problem. Definitely going to come here when I need more parts!
So glad that I finally paid the wonderful staff at Pull and Save a visit this weekend. And when I say the staff is wonderful, that's sort of an understatement. They went above and beyond the call of customer service duty, to say the least.
And their prices simply cannot be beat. I found everything I needed to get my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan back on the road and the final bill came in at pennies on the dollar of what new parts would have cost me.
For those with the knowledge and skills to do their own automotive work and are on a tight budget, Pull and Save should be the first place you look for car and truck parts. Two thumbs WAY UP!!!!
We went in and asked for rear rotors for our vehicle, three times I had to go back in. The paper had front rotors written on it, again we wanted rear. They kept telling us they were for the rear. When our mechanic went to put them on they turned out to be front. Now it’s costing us a lot more money to even get our car. I would not go back to this place, and would not recommend it to NO ONE. They obviously don’t know what there doing
Pull and Save here in Spokane is an amazing service that pays you for your old/damaged vehicles. I've taken my junker vehicles there twice now and both times I've had great success! First car I got $450 for and 2nd car $160. Go check em out!
You got to love Pull and Save! I always do! They have the best prices and it's a great way for you to go and figure out how something comes apart, not caring too much if you break it or not. I definitely used pull and save as a learning tool throughout my mechanic career!
