My car stopped working on the freeway. I called these guys to see if they could tow it. The woman that I talked to would not answer the question on the phone. She said you have to bring in your picture ID and your title and then we can have that conversation. Have that conversation where her literal words. So I followed their business procedures and went down there as soon as I could with my ID and title. And the answer was we don't tow that far. A question that could have easily been answered on the phone. Two stars for the hour I wasted.
I called looking for parts and Damien was awesome. They searched for my part across both locations but when the part couldn’t be found I was pointed in another direction. Gotta love it. Even though you yourself are not able to help your customer you’re letting them know where else they might find the help they need. Always calling pull n save first.
Absolutely amazing. Called Mary this morning, & she was so helpful in getting my boyfriend's car towed the same day, & was super patient with me. She was absolutely amazing, her & her coworker Kenny were awesome to talk to the whole time I waited there, they got the car towed within hours & were just awesome. Thank you so much Mary & Kenny!
