Wonderful experience. We needed 2 trucks - one for our camper and one for the truck. While our truck was in the shop, Reliable towing kept our trailer safe in their storage yard.
Needed a tow at 9:30 pm from the top of 4th of July pass. All the employees were extremely friendly, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. Excellent service, and I would recommend Reliable Towing with great confidence.

Heroes is what they are and I highly recommend them for all your emergency services. My tire blew out merging onto highway 2 and I called two others who had no drivers available for hours. Reliable towing answered my call quickly the woman (I'm sorry I don't remember your name) she was calm and steady while I was panicking and in tears, she gave me a quote and a driver who got to us in 30mins. Scott was quick, professional and so kind. He made sure we were safely inside his truck first then he loaded my car up he took the time to protect my battery turned off my ac, lights and rolled up my windows. Scott went above and beyond his jobs duties he provided exceptional service worth more than I was charged. Very affordable I wont ever recommend anyone else. I called Reliable Towing because our Tesla needed towing from our home to the service center. From the moment I called, the dispatcher was incredibly friendly, reassuring (as this was my first time utilizing a tow company) and efficient. She told me how things would work what I would need to do.
Shortly after our call I was contacted by Mike, the driver, via phone - and got multiple text messages to update me on the timing, including a text about 5 minutes before arriving. Mike arrived sooner than initially quoted (after asking if that would work), was very friendly and careful. He had to pull the Tesla out of our one car garage opening. He took great care of our vehicle and was easy to work with.

I recently called Reliable Towing at the recommendation of the shop the car was going to. Not only did Reliable give me a nice narrow window of when to expect them, but the driver actually texted me to let me know that he would be here a bit earlier than expected.
Once he arrived, Bill was very efficient and extremely careful getting my 40+ year old convertible onto the flatbed.
It was reassuring to see his attention to detail while securing the car before he left. Overall, I could not have been more pleased with the service and will definitely be calling Reliable if I ever need towing services again.
You won't find a better towing company. I used them both professionally when in the Army our government car had an issue and personally when I accidentally locked myself out of my car. I purchased my car from their lot in which they hold an auction once a month. The company is veteran, local, and family owned and operated. Most importantly they will take care of you in a pinch.
From the moment I called to the moment I was dropped off at the mechanics, my experience with reliable towing was a 10/10. Incredibly professional, quick and efficient service and very friendly. Scott was absolutely amazing. He arrived when he said he would. His main concern was my safety so he immediately got me in the truck while he went to work. I’m pretty sure it took him less than 10 minutes to get everything loaded and properly secured. He explained the process and what he was going to do with taking pictures, to loading, to unloading, to every step of the payment process and what to expect. He was very courteous and we had a wonderful conversation on the drive to the mechanics. I felt very safe riding along with Scott. He even offered to help me in and out of the truck. It was a wonderful experience for a not so wonderful situation. I appreciate reliable towing and definitely recommend them for all of your towing needs. Super embarassing moment losing my only key on a hike. Reliable was the second tow company Geico had come out because the first “couldn’t tow it” because of the 4wd. Justin was knowledgeable, had my locks popped and my car loaded in less than twenty minutes. I sincerely wished I had any money for a tip but if his boss sees this, please give the man a raise. I was full of anxiety and fearful my car would be damaged but Justin treated it like his own car. Thanks Reliable.

I have a classic car, and I needed it moved to a local shop to have some work done. I spent time researching reputable towing operations online and chose Reliable, based in large part on the company's good ratings and the fact that it was one of the very few to answer its phones. Scott called me early (a major plus), brought his truck over, and did an incredibly conscientious job of carefully loading my car onto the truck (which was VERY clean and obviously well-maintained, which I valued). I was authentically impressed with the care he took of my car and the professionalism he demonstrated in his interactions with me. I called the shop later in the morning, and my car arrived in a timely fashion without incident. The price seemed a little high, but the care Scott took with my car rendered that cost worth it.
Can't say enough good things, reliable and affordable. Can't remember the drivers name unfortunately but he was great. On time with a great attitude. Had an old Edsel towed from the Northside to liberty lake I definitely will use this company again when it's needed.

The team at Reliable towing did a fantastic job with expediting the move of my beloved vehicle. Dispatch was cordial, well spoken, and thoughtful to my needs. The flat bed truck operator was courteous, knowledgeable, and showed great respect for my vehicle. The price, lets face it when you have got to have it done and you care about whatever it is you may need done then you will pay the price. That being said the price was fair. The likelihood of me using RELIABLE TOWING again is clearly very likely indeed.

Came on time. Great guys that showed up. Unfortunately did not have the right tools to take care of an old classic car that has full white wall tires. Marked and stained the very expensive tires. They knocked on the door asking for paper towels to use to put under the greasy straps!
I called Chris the manager and he said he would cover cost of any product used to clean. I'm just hoping it does clean up. Car is now at mechanics for next 4 weeks so won't get to see and try until then. I let Chris know they really should have clean terry cloths available in the truck. Will increase rating of after they come through on covering the cost of product and stains come out. Full white wall tires for a 1937 Jaguar are Very Expensive!!
Coming down our steep driveway on our property south of CoeurdAlene in snow I slid off the road in my F250, and needed a tow truck. It was getting late in the day and almost dark so I called Reliable towing, ( recommended by my Dumptruck operator friend) and scheduled a tow for the next day. They came out when they said they would on time, and successfully extracted my truck from the snow bank the next morning with no damage done. The young tow truck operator was great and very knowledgeable, (sorry I don't remember his name) but he helped me determine that my truck actually had a braking problem. that was the reason I lost control and went in the ditch in the first place. The next week I got my brakes fixed and now I'm back to normal with a correctly operating truck brake system. They were reasonably priced and very professional, I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a tow truck. Thanks again you guys!
Rocky over at reliable towing is a bada$$! They came out to lookout pass to rescue my truck, while it was snowing pretty good and hooked up to my truck and hooked up to my trailer and towed me back to spokane for a damn good price! Rocky was proffesional at what he was doing and didn't waste no time or lack any safety! Thank you guys and gals at reliable towing very much appreciate you.
Matt was extremely professional! I had a broken valve stem and instead of towing me he just aired it up to give me a chance to save a couple bucks and drive my car myself to the tire place! He saved me some money and was super friendly! These guys came highly recommended and now I know why. Thanks again Matt your the man!
