Costs 30 dollars to walk through sewage ruining your shoes to dispose of one electrical device. Avoid this place.

I get prices go up but a 50% increase in one swoop at the beginning of the year is absurd. Waste management is a greedy entity or just poorly managed, either way not cool.

These guys are the best price for 30 miles any direction. Friendly staff and ive never had to wait in a line. Its the only place I go.

Easy in and out with this station! Couldn't ask for better customer service!

This is the nicest transfer station I've been to! Didn't smell at all, everyone was kind and helpful, and it was super fast. Good price as well

The personal here keep things moving, even with backups and lack of drivers. They always seam to stay in good spirits, no matter what. Or at least they keep up the appearance. Ladies that work in the booths are the best. Informative and courteous. Best place to dump, no barricades or rooms to toss your stuff thru. Highly recommended over other transfer stations , anywhere.

In and out in just a few minutes. No waiting to enter, unload, pay or exit. Cashier was friendly and polite.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff appear to be undertrained, unprofessional, and severely lacking in basic customer service and communication skills. Prior to dropping off my item, I called the listed what I had to dispose of and was quoted a specific price by a representative. However, when I arrived and completed the service, I was charged a different, higher amount. When I explained that I had spoken to someone beforehand and was given a different quote, the staff refused to honor the original price. I attempted to clarify the situation by calling again, only to be told that there must have been a "miscommunication" — which, according to them, was entirely my fault and not their responsibility. To make matters worse, when I expressed my frustration, one staff member muttered under their breath an insulting and completely inappropriate comment. This behavior is completely unacceptable in any professional setting. Clear communication, respectful conduct, and proper training in handling discrepancies should be the bare minimum at any customer-facing business. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

Convenient, clean and well organized. Staff polite and helpful. I have been using this recycling facility for over 20 years.

The best transfer station , I tried all of them over the years , this one has best prices and very easy to unload directly on the ground . Very happy with them .

Transfer station gets the job done, and has mostly friendly staff unless you're in the recycle area, but more on that later. You're in and out and there isn't normally a large line unless it's peak season when everyone's doing big projects or clean outs. Staff in the transfer station will help direct you where you need to park and unload. Normally we have had no issues with the recycle center but had a very rude experience with one of the gals there. We were unloading recyclables and accidentally threw in mixed paper items with the cardboard. The gal stomped over yells at us to "stop!" and tells us what we did wrong and proceeds to yell at my husband to move out the way. She then picks out the mixed items which wasn't much and throws them onto the ground, with us reaching out to help take them from her. Maybe she had a bad day, whatever, we apologized and thanked her, wished a good day but she rolled her eyes and ignored us. Seriously, ma'am life is too short, mistakes happen.

We took some trash to the dump, but the truck I’d borrowed died before I could get it in place to throw the stuff out. The folks who work here helped us get rid of the garbage, plus were very kind and patiently while we waited (2 hours!) for AAA to come tow it away. Thank you everyone!!

It only took us five minutes to dump a couch and a few other things. It was surprisingly clean and quiet at the time we went (around 9:30am on a Saturday) The team was friendly and helpful. The fees are very reasonable also, only 20 dollars to dump a few things. Definitely will be coming back again in the future.

Used the solid waste site today and the cashier was very very nice and knowledgeable about the services. I wish I would of got her name just to let her know how helpful she was to me. As a matter of fact, all the the employees were easy to work with.

I had a fantastic experience at the Southwest Recycling & Transfer Station. The process was incredibly straightforward, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. For just $40, I was able to clear out my garage, and it was honestly a stress-relieving experience. The combination of efficient service and the opportunity to declutter made it the best $40 I've ever spent. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to simplify their life and responsibly dispose of items. Thanks to their friendly staff, my garage is now clean and stress-free!

This facility has 2 parts, the recycling center and the transfer station. Each serves its purpose well and has friendly and helpful employees. Between the two, you can dispose of almost anything that isn't hazardous material.

Horrible experience at this dump. 2 different employees nitpicking on how far the truck is from the wall, how lined up with the spaces. We had items physically knocked from the truck by an angry employee. We have been to every other dump in the Seattle/Tacoma metropolitan area and never had such an awful unfriendly experience. You guys absolutely suck.

Easy in and out. Residential service was $20.00. The folks at the drive-thru were kind and considerate. I’ve complaints about tires being punctured. Thankfully it didn’t happen to me. It seems the drive in and out are spotless, as was the area inside. Maybe those are older reviews. All in all, I like this place.

Came here to recycle oil. I didn't know where to put my old containers and so I asked the like 20 something female employee and she responded in a way that put me off. I asked a simple question and she acted like I was bothering her and should know what to do. If I did, I wouldn't ask. I told her she was being rude and she just walked away and threw her arm up. If a simple question bugs you so much, you need to reevaluate your life.

Got told this was an unsecured load. Tried to point out my load was all large and heavy items including my old taneau cover (150lbs) I'm replacing as soon as the rain stops, and got threatened with the cops and 145 fine. This was the load. Can't even see it standing next to it. Over 1' clearance from load to top of bed. I get and support securing your loads. But use common sense before unfairly power tripping.

I visited this center March 26th with my dump trailer. While there I picked up dozens or nails with orange tops (roofing nails I believe) in all my tires. This required me to replace all 4 of my truck tires and all 4 trailer tires. They were not repairable due to how many nails there were, and the punctures in the shoulder of tires where you can't repair. I filed a claim and sent in pictures and invoices, video, etc. As I expected they denied the claim and won't do anything about it. This place and their employees are negligent. I have now hired an attorney and will pursue legally out of principal. Dont use this place unless you want to spend 3k or more on a bunch of tires lol

This was my first time visiting here. I was just bringing some carpet to throw away. It seemed a little busy but everybody moved through really quick so it wasn't so bad. This is the type where you just pull in on a flat surface back in and throw your stuff just out on the ground behind you so pretty easy. When you enter and weigh at the window you do not receive a card or anything so you don't have to worry about losing it. If you know how to backup a vehicle just watch out for the guy that thinks he needs to show you how LOL

This is probably the most convenient dump to easily dispose of large objects in my case that object would be pianos. At this dump you just open the back of your truck and dump everything directly onto the ground this makes disposing of pianos and other large objects as easy as just pushing it out of the back of the truck. Compared to other dumps in the area this makes things very easy for example in Everett there is a wall you have to lift and dump the garbage or in my case piano's over which can make things very difficult and even dangerous at times. And for this very reason I strongly recommend to use this particular dump for large objects it will make life a whole lot easier.
