I categorically don't know anything about cars, but I got my windshield wipers replaced in under 10 minutes at this place, and it was less expensive than anticipated. Very helpful, will definitely be back.
Came in to get my head light bulbs changed and Ian took care of me. I will only be going back to this O'Reilly's location from now on because he took such good care of my car. Highly recommend!
Shoutout Christian. The most help i’ve received from an employee ever. I tried to DIY fix my spark plugs and messed up bad and he came in and saved my car. Truly appreciate this guy he went the extra mile and really took care of me today. He actually cares about who comes in the store. Big respect i know big things are coming his way.
Great local source for automotive parts. Shout out to Cody who went the extra mile helping me locate the correct part for rear windshield wiper. I felt valued as a customer and this customer service is the reason the extra couple bucks worth than giving my biz to Bezos.
I went in to get a bulb for my brake light and the employee actually installed it for me plus he made sure it worked and discovered the other was out. He didn't have to do that one but he did. It took longer to get the other off but he managed. I was so thankful he took the time. I've always got great service here but he went over and beyond. Sure wish I had gotten his name.
Went in with a headlight out, discovered the connector was fried. Crystle helped me replace the connector and referred me to some trusted local shops to look at the electric. She really went above and beyond to make sure that I left with a car that was safe to drive and a plan to fix the underlying problem. Thanks Crystle!
Great employees. Do free battery and alternator testing along with checking engine codes and swapping out batteries. Very helpful staff. 1st place I go to when needing parts. Without question.
Service was great, Great job Riley, yet the hand held alternator machine read,the voltage failed but the oiodes good, yet on the machine inside the store, the big expensive machine read the alternator to pass on both the voltage and the oiodes ( wait did I spell that right) anyway I was able to the old alternator reinstalled, ?✝️? and the car is running fine not lights in the dash and the battery is showing good battery, when tested ?✝️?

Went in to see about getting my taillight bulb fixed and they came out to check and see what bulb I needed for my jetta they didn't have it in stock but ordered it and it was there the next day... Great job guys with your knowledge and experience!
I shop at O'Reilly's all the time but recently there has been some sketchy activity going on in the Mountlake Terrace store and one employee is very rude she yells and screams at customer's. Her name is Natalie and she calls customer's bad names. She uses foul language. She brought in several people off the street into the store and they all went into the bac. The other people looked homeless and I don't think works there. Natalie was acting very strange and her eyes were dilated. I feel like there is drug dealing going in. I will no longer shop there and I'll let others know not to shop at that location.
This is now my go-to auto supply store. The folks there are particularly helpful with questions & advice, and they've often given me great tips. They're also great at pointing out savings for when I'm not looking for something that's top-of-the-line while, at the same time, giving good advice for things that are worth upgrading to when I wouldn't have thought so myself, e.g. wiper blades... I spent an extra $5 apiece for blades but they're tremendously superior.
So glad I came here. Check engine light was on and I needed a new battery. Victor rang it up and put in the new battery in about 5minutes (in the December cold). Very happy for the great service and kindness of the staff here.
Staff were great with helping me pick the best value battery for my car and any additional recommendations on items I could benefit from in the replacement process. I anticipated a long line, as this has been my luck at most auto stores, but it was not the case today. I was in and out in 5 mins. Great experience. I will be back in the future. Thanks!
I stopped in the 44th st orileys in Mountlake terrace for new windshield wipers and Eric was so helpful he gave me an honest recommendation on which ones to buy and then installed them for me! Such a gentleman! I even tried to tip him and he refused! Thank you Eric! You rock!! I will be coming back here for all my car parts in the future! 5 star service!!
I came back on 11/7/20 because my other headlight went out.. again i got great service.. Eric the store manager and Zackary helped me put on the headlight. Also they helped me with another product I needed. 11 mo ago 12/19I bought a headlight but couldnt get it in myself so I came back and even though they were busy they helped me. I went in to get a headlight bulb, hoping I would not get stopped on the way there for having a head light out. I got in, made my purchase and they even put the bulb in for me. 100% excellent customer service. Thank you! I'll be back for windshield wipers and washer fluid.
My family and I have been going to this location since we moved here almost 10 years ago. Yesterday my mother got her van check engine light diagnosed and today I was changing my tail light and the bulb fell inside of the light. Shahid and the crew at O'Reilly have came in clutch and helped us out countless time. This location is by far the best in Washington state. 10/10 customer service. I recommend it to everyone.
Excellent service, prices and selection. Needed 9007 head light bulbs for a 99 Durango. Was gonna get the silver level light bulbs @ $41.99, which is good for 200hrs life, but decided to get the gold level for 250 hours of life and brighter light level for $51.99.
The light were easy to change out and nice and bright. Very happy.
First time here and what a great experience. I just went in for a battery for my Toyota which in itself is an uneventful, easy buy. I was helped right away. The gentleman was fast, knowledgeable, friendly, (sorry, I don't remember his name). Again this was my first time but it was a good first time.
This O'Reilly store used to be known for its high comitment to customer service. Still has the same great prices as all O'Reilly stores . . .now its staff apathy.
The clerk sold me a set of wiper blades. It was raining and I needed them installed right away. Both he and the manager saw me struggling in the rain to get it changed. No one offered help.
Never going back this store unless the previous manager comes back.
