Their product is better than most other places, especially their mulch.i will drive a little further if I have to, to use their product over the competitor. Friendly and helpful as well.

Looks like my old review was taken down for some reason. Tisk tisk, I figured I would come back and do a multi year update to my review. This place has loads of trash in their soil and mulch. I pick out glass, nails, plastic, and rocks from their garbage products everyday when I weed the garden and have been doing so for years. If they want to challenge my review, I gladly invite you out to my property where your product is and I'll fill a bucket with trash for you to take back. Buy your bulk materials from a different company that hasn't been sued many times. It's public record, feel free to look up this companies history and practices.

If I could give minus stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service.

I read some comments about rude service at the 35th Ave. location and that was my experience as well, and to add insult to injury this was the day after this big windstorm our area experienced , dropped a huge tree onto my home. This is a company that I have supported for 22 years, and I was happy to do my part by paying them to take my yard waste and sell it back to me again in the form of topsoil. This is what neighbor's do in the community , right! Well until , I needed someone to help me get back onto my feet! I was watching truck after truck of tree debris being dumped on Saturday , I even explained to the employee , that I just had my home destroyed and it would be nice to see a company that we all supported for years make an effort towards the community , give something back in helping people in need during this time , maybe dump at a reduced rate or for free. Corporate!!! , was the only response I got, and I get that this was outside an employee's responsibility. I don't know how long it will take to rebuild my home , but I know where I wont be shopping to help me do it.

WOW.If you want to get yelled at and pay for their services,then look no further than the yard on 35 Ave in Mill Creek.I was parked in front of their gate this morning.I don’t know what their rules are.I’ve only been there 4-5 times for the last 2 years and I always had a great experience.This morning one of their employees(a girl who apparently has anger issues and no experience )started screaming at me to move my car and go to the end of the line after I waited an hour for them to open. I admit I was in the wrong spot,but Pacific Topsoil needs to train their employees to behave properly and not to create dangerous conditions for their customers.Ridiculous. Edited on 11/10/24-the girl in question is no longer there and everything is smooth and easy. I went there twice in the last couple of weeks and I had a great experience.Unloading and paying at the yard took me like 5 minutes.Thank you.

Very expensive,They wanted to charge me 320 for conquering land, and in the other place they charged me only 56 dollars. It's a big difference, that Hispanic person thinks he's the owner.

This guys over charged for debris , they wants to change $200 for 6 yards , this little Hispanic dude it’s the worst overcharging prices , fellow landscapers go to flower world at Maliby and 180th they do fair prices and it is only 15 min from this place , I when there and only charge me $60 dollars ,no more business with my debris witn pacific top soil located in 35th .

Brought yard debris and was charged for 2 yards. Emptied my truck alone in eight minutes. That included the time to untarp and cleanup, and the service guy wouldn’t change his mind and their customer service agreed with him. Though they wouldn’t load two yards of anything on my truck cause it couldn’t hold the weight. Total criminals who will over charge you in all areas. If Snohomish County didn’t refuse clean wood at the transfer station I wouldn’t have gone there. Nevertheless I am not going again and I will be spreading the news to my landscape friends. Mill Creek pacific topsoil is terrible.

You better get there 30 minutes before they close otherwise they don’t take your load. The girls didn’t take my load cause they said it will take me longer than 5pm to unload and they go home right on the dot at 5pm. I had come a long way and had to go back. If you can’t accept loads just because you have to stay a little longer then change your closing time. Very unprofessional service. Very disappointed!!

50 bucks for a pickup load of branches....Absolutely ridiculous...Very subjective measuring. Look out the door at the truck and state a price. Won't be going back here again..

They charged us $24 for dumping yard waste two times. And on the 3d time, the price went up to $37 for the same trailer without any explanation. Seems like a price very subjective here. UPD: They wanted to get $48 on the 4-th time, but after some arguments, the price dropped back to $37!

Inconsistent measuring. Though the lady that works in the office trailer is friendly and nice, the gentlemen that measures the loads is quite the opposite. I have a small pick-up that carries a yard, I have been meassured by him anywhere between half and two yand a half yards and charged thus. I don't think I can't carry more than a yard so, I'm disappointed not only in the lack of consistency but also in the lack of accuracy. The bed of my pickup if always below filled and I feel like as a woman, I'm being taken advantage of. I am hoping maybe someone responding to this review might suggest a better place to go?

Been coming here for 20 years. Usually a positive experience. The amigo Aiden at the Mill Creek location is not the nicest person but everyone else has been super cool to us every week for many years!

The young lady who works the pay shack is very nice and friendly. Easy place to unload more than enough room to turn around.

Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I picked up all my drainage cobbled rocks from them for my landscaping work last year. Also picked up a small load for touch ups today. Highly recommend.

Wooow I needed two 5 Gal drainage gravel and he gave them to me free even I offer to pay for them. Hard to find free service like this. Will sure go there again for my TOP SOIL needs

I use Pacific Topsoil quite a bit because my after work small landscaping business only has customers around the Bothell/Millcreek area. Their website posts we have compost. They don't in Mill Creek location and they are missing out on so much business. Makes everyone drive to get compost that every customer I have wants to Snohomish or Everett. Come on Pacific Topsoil in Millcreek. Show me the compost. Don't want your dark mulch. Want compost like your website states

The guy that came with our load of gravel seemed to not know what he was doing. I asked to have half dumped in a pile and to drive out spreading the rest. Right away I had to help him un jam the back gate cuzz he set the chain to short cuasing the jam. After we got the gate loose he was gonna leave the chain as is until I suggested that he set it a few more out to prevent another jam. I was then left with a series of gradually smaller piles all the way down my driveway forcing me to wheelbarrow gravel further than necessary. Thanks for the extra workload.

Just got off the phone with this company. The person on the other end was absolutely rude and not helpful. I informed them I was unsure what I need because I’ve never ordered rock in the past. I asked for some guidance and she was very short and Rude so I wish they did not get my business.

I bought 25yrd of mulch from them and they caused damage while their dump truck unloaded the corner of the dump truck caused a gouge in my concrete drive way 8" long and 2" deep exactly in front of the tarp that was laid down! When I called the GM Duane to address he said that it was my landscapers equipment.... When I explained my landscapers were two guys working with a shovel and wheel barrow he finally said he would walk out to the truck and look for damage on it! Obviously if you just ask your driver he is going to tell you nothing happened. He then said I signed for the delivery and that waived any damage!!! problem is I was not home so I don't know how he got my signature on any form???

Not rating this location just company in general. My exoerience has terrible product. Finding pieces of trash in mulch, dirt, etc. Always have big issues with weeds after product is placed. Also shared my personal and business information with people. I would highly recommend anyone to DeJongs sawdust and shavings. Best mulch and other products in the area!!
