I had a major freak out with my brand new car (only 1.5 months old). I got some surface scratches in it from a car washing mit. Robert was super helpful with the product and tools I needed to get it fixed. He was patient and kind and so helpful !!! Thank you again for your help!

The O’Reilly clerk stopped me from spray painting my car which would have made a bigger mess and then gave me a better temporary solution which I never would have thought of! I’m so grateful for the lady clerk who helped me. She really made a difference in my day 👍👍

I forgot his name 😔 but he was super nice and helpful!! I wish you could give him a big pay raise!! I'll get his name and repost 😁 he checked my alternator and replaced my battery super fast! Because of him I'll be coming back there and telling many people to come there!!

Clerk was very helpful We went to get a battery tested and although that could not be done because the voltage was down because it was dead and he needs it to be charged I guess to test it but he helped us with a purchase of another battery and gave us a discount extra and that was very good of him. He was very helpful where he could be.

Great little auto parts store with friendly staff. Parking can be tight but if you don't mind walking there is ample spots around the side. The night creatures don't usually prowl this area so shopping after dark is normally safe. This is a smaller location but they can order it if you don't mind waiting.

In my personal opinion it's Really Sad to see what O'Reilly's has become. There you to be really knowledgeable people working there and now it's a bunch of kids that don't even know a thing about vehicles. Instead sitting there trying to tell me that I don't have a serpentine belt in my truck.

Stopped by to see if they could check my battery on my new BMW. Tough car to get checked out. They did their best and I really appreciate that they tried. Have to take it to the BMW dealership.

Good auto parts supply store with reasonable prices and inventory, most items that aren't in stock can be ordered. Good place for quick in and out shopping with plenty of parking and helpful staff. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world 🌎

Great customer service.Dosent matter what I need they make it happen if they can't I'm always pointed in the right direction. I consider that my second home thanks to DD an the management team. I use to think O'Riley was expensive and never went but definitely not true they will price match with other auto parts stores.

I didn't appreciate being watched and followed from the moment I walked in .until I walked out .I was killing time while my Fience got her nails done right up the street .I was still in my work uniform also. Punk poser boy with the backwards hat and no mask needs to learn some manner's. Just stared at us the entire time awkwardly. No welcome in, do you need help finding anything? We understand the worker shortage but actually have some brains when you apply for a customer service position. Health department was also notified of his reckless behavior.

I was very happy with the experience here. Roommates car died, we jumped it and took it here to test the battery. They said it was too low to check the alternator but they would be happy to charge it for us. So we removed the battery and when we gave it to them their machine showed it was too far gone to charge. Here's what really impressed me though, they immediately told us they would price match a battery with Walmart and it didn't even have to be the same brand. So we got a nice battery for cheaper than list price because we were able to look for what we needed at Walmart and show them. They didn't have to tell us that, but they saved us $40. I will gladly return for future car needs!

Very helpful staff!! I bought new wiper blades and they put them on for me!! I was going to buy a different brand at first but the lady (wish I would of got her name!) recommended a better brand that didn't cost alot more. So glad I took her recommendation! I love the Bosch wiper blades I bought! Thank you also for installing them! I would have struggled trying to figure them out!!

Always used to be my go to and had a 5 star rating. With the mask required sign on the door I have chosen there's more free alternatives. Great way to lose customers.

Plenty of staff to help, asked me if I wanted any assistance, all seemed diligent, asking questions about cars, etc. in order to select the right parts. Store was clean, well stocked, a little cramped in the main counter aisle but worked. Prices were reasonable all things considered. Thanks.

I go to this part store because of the relationships that I have built being a customer for over 5 years. I always go to this parts store first. 8 out of 10 times they have what I am looking for. The other times it is at the store on State Street. It is a little hard to see when you are driving by on 64th street. They seem to have a high turn over for some reason with their staff. The ones that seem to stay there are the Managers. They take good care of the customers and help them find d the parts they need in a timely manner and without too much confusion. The store is almost always clean or being cleaned. The parking lot is clean and free of debris and does not have any panhandlers stalking people coming in and out. Prices are a bit high, but they price match so if there is a deal out there and you find it, you can get it.

Well I'm dealing with two rather elderly vehicles, and I've been finding myself at O'Reilly's a little more frequently these days. My latest visit was for a new battery for my Tracker. Staff were able to test my battery to make sure that was the problem, they installed it for me right there. It was such a relief to get my car running again. The manager, Ralf, is super helpful. And a big shout out to Jesse for helping me out with the battery. Will more than likely be back in the near future with some other little thing and I'm sure they will help me out.

Fixed my daughters car this past week. New deals, wheel bearings and suspension. Had a problem with on e wrong sized bearing, and two wrong seals. Turns out the seals were becuase of a bulletin change by KIA, the wheel bearing was placing a wrong number part in the wrong spot. Wasn't so bad, but ended up noticing after I packed the new bearing with grease and went to install. Ut was the last one to be installed and all others fit well. Had no assumption this would not have it either. Luckily they had one and was able to get it done that night.

Purchased a Super Start Extreme 36 month warranty battery from O'Reilly's in Marysville some time between February and May 2017. O'Reilly's tested the battery today February 14th 2019. The battery is dead will not take a charge. One year left on the warranty, I can not find the receipt, they can not find my purchase in their computer, my Warranty is null. Not satisfied with my experience.

Clean, well organized store with friendly, helpful employees. Excellent pricing on the full synthetic oil I needed for my car. Also, out of three places I had been to, they are the only place I have found exactly what I was looking for. I have never had a bad experience in this location.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. They were able to help me find parts that would work, even though they didn't have the exact piece in stock. These guys are great! Also, they have three drain oil disposal which was a huge Plus for my big truck. Always top-notch experience with these folks!

A couple weeks ago I was able to rent a spring compressor and they fully refunded me for the rental when I brought it back later that day. I thought was pretty cool, free tool rental. However, I ordered some shock absorbers a week ago. They called me on Monday to tell me they arrived. I told them I would be there to pick them up on Saturday. When I showed up today (Saturday) they told me they shipped them back to the warehouse. They told me they won't keep parts on hand for more than 3 or 4 days before shipping them back to the warehouse. It's beyond me why they couldn't have told me they were going to do that before I made the trip out here, at the very least when they called on Monday.
