This was my second vehicle purchase from this dealership in less than five months, and both times I worked with Edgars. He was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. The entire buying process was quick, smooth, and stress-free, and we were able to get everything completed without wasting time. I also had a concern afterward regarding some window tint work. While there was some initial miscommunication, Brandon and the service team listened to my concerns and ultimately worked with me to reach a fair resolution. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend both Edgars and the dealership.

My car suddenly gave out last week and I was desperate to find a vehicle. Chase was very helpful and followed up to find me a car that was more in my price range. After lots of searching I finally found the vehicle I wanted and they had also just got one into the dealership. The negotiating process was super easy and they were very awesome to find a deal that worked for everyone. I love my new vehicle, thank you Chase and Tim for your help!!

I bought a used car days before Christmas. I chose to purchase at a dealership because I thought that they wouldn't sell something that had issues. Fast forward 5,000 miles and not even 4 months and I have grinding brakes. My caliper locked and caused my brakes to go from 7mm down to 1mm. That's fine, stuff happens, but I'm out over $1,000. Then it was discovered that my lower control arms were broken. That's over $1,500 for a car under warranty. I dropped my car off on Monday evening and have called 3 times to check on the status as well as see if anything is covered under my extended warranty I purchased. I have not received a response back. I was excited to find a place for all of our vehicles to be serviced as the two that I originally met with were very friendly (Nicole and Asher), but I will not be taking any of my vehicles back. Would rate a 1 star, but Nicole and Asher made it a 2. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I'd hate for someone else to purchase a used vehicle thinking that it is backed by a quality dealership only for them to be out almost $3,000 a couple of months later.

My first visit to the dealership which was overwhelmingly positive. My salesperson was Emma, a fabulous person who made the buying experience enjoyable. She was knowledgable and very accommodating. I bought a 2026 Accord then the next day test drove a CRV Hybrid. Their 7 day return policy allowed me to switch from the Accord to the CRV no questions asked. It’s a neat option that I did not expect to take advantage of but I did. Probably the best car buying experience I have had. Thank you Emma and Honda of Marysville!!

I was very happy with my sales team. Paul was very professional and very nice as well. I was looking at a used VW Jetta that was very well priced and in excellent condition. Paul made sure to send me a video of the car right after I talked with him on the phone. I can’t thank him enough for getting me lined out with the right loan and getting me all set for my new used ride.

I had an awful experience here. We bought a 2023 CRV hybrid new. $40k and still paying it off. It’s under warranty but has had major issues- had to get it towed. It’s at the dealer for the third time with recurring issues. In speaking to Honda employees they recommended a trade in, so I reached out to Marysville to explain the situation and see what trade in they could offer me for a RAV 4 I saw on their website. I was very transparent about what’s been going on with the car and that it had a crack in the windshield. I got Colby on the phone, he said they take cars sight-unseen all the time, I told him we have a loan he again said “no problem…. This should be really easy” etc I sent him an offer that Bellingham gave me to compare. Knowing what he did, he on the phone said $5K OTD. That sounded very good to me obviously so I worked to figure out how we could get there there (it’s an hour drive) we had to arrange childcare to make it work. Shortly before leaving I asked him to please send what he offered on the phone in writing, just like Bellingham did. He sent back that they actually would need to see the car first, and that the figure was just an “estimate”. I said “deal is off”. The sale manager, Zach called me to understand more. He was at least apologetic about our circumstance and said he would be having a coaching conversation with Colby but given the lies and tactics Colby was using and that I assume he was trained with, I have little faith that it’s true. Considering how much money we spent and how new the vehicle is this has been an incredibly stressful process to not have a safe car. I know that salespeople have their “techniques” but to have him be that blatantly deceptive is ridiculous. He even said “I wouldn’t drive that car either” I called him at 8:30am, we messaged back and forth all day about details and it wasn’t until 4:00pm that he back peddled. If you can avoid dealers and haggling in general, do so, but especially avoid this location and this particular salesperson.

I recently purchased a used car from Rairdon Honda of Marysville and had a great experience. Jazz was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on helping me get to the deal I was looking for. I came in knowing what I wanted, and Jazz worked hard to make it happen. There was no pressure, just straightforward conversation and a clear effort to find a solution that worked for both sides. I really appreciated his transparency and follow-through throughout the process. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I’d definitely recommend asking for Jazz.

I truly wish I would have read reviews more carefully before ever stepping foot in this dealership. My entire experience has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and if I can save even one person the stress I’ve dealt with, it’s worth writing this. First, getting a hold of anyone here is nearly impossible — unless you’re actively trying to purchase a vehicle. Sales will answer immediately. The second you’ve signed paperwork? Good luck. Calls go unanswered, voicemails aren’t returned, and you get bounced around between departments with zero accountability. The service department is even worse. Wait times are outrageous, and scheduling feels like you’re asking for a miracle. Shortly after purchasing my brand-new Honda Civic, I started having issues with the fuel pump and gas mileage. I was told — with a straight face — that it was “normal” for my brand-new Civic to be getting 12 MPG. Twelve. On a brand-new car. Instead of taking the concern seriously, they dismissed it. I had to wait over THREE MONTHS after purchasing the vehicle to get real help. And let’s talk about how customers are treated. There is a very clear pattern of assuming women don’t know what they’re talking about — and assuming they won’t push back. The level of condescension I experienced was unreal. They brushed off legitimate mechanical concerns as if I was just confused. I had to advocate relentlessly for myself just to be heard. It got so bad that I had to escalate the issue all the way to Honda’s corporate office before anything was actually addressed. That should tell you everything you need to know. If a customer has to bypass the dealership entirely to get basic accountability, something is very wrong. The staff turnover is almost comical. Every time I called, someone new was “handling my case,” and no one seemed to know what was going on. Zero ownership. To make matters worse, I purchased during COVID when the market was chaotic, and I was young and inexperienced. I walked in for a $25k car and somehow walked out with a $47k loan. That’s on me for trusting the process — but the lack of transparency and the way numbers were presented absolutely contributed to that situation. I finally traded the vehicle in (and will NEVER purchase from this dealership again). Now I’m trying to get a refund on my extended warranty. It has been over a week of attempting to contact the finance department. Surprise — I can only get sales on the phone. Finance? Nowhere to be found. Everything I’ve written here is honestly just scratching the surface of the issues and shady business practices I experienced. If you value your time, money, and sanity — please save yourself the headache and go ANYWHERE else. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. *RESPONSE TO DEALERSHIP I called once again, I have all the call logs, emails and voicemails from 2022 to the present day as well as Honda Corporate looped in, HAPPY to provide all of that since you are trying to save face with your response and “have no record”. Trying to use the excuse of “we didn’t have time to rectify” is bogus you have had 4 years. I purchased my vehicle through you guys and only had it serviced there, if there’s ZERO record of me in the system you have bigger issues.

A very positive experience from the time I first entered the dealership to the time I left with the keys to my new vehicle. Jazz was the person that worked with me. A very nice and personable guy. Despite that it was pouring down rain he still walked the lot and showed me a few cars. Jeff in the finance department was even nicer. He was honest, also very personable and truly cared about making sure I left happy and with everything I needed for my vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership!

I did not have an enjoyable experience attempting to buy a car. Communication was difficult in general. I asked to finalize the process over Docusign because I had a lot going on over the next couple of days and didn’t have time to go to the dealership for 2-3 hours but I also wanted that specific vehicle. They initially continued to pressure me to come into the dealership and there was about a 5 hour gap in conversation while I was waiting for them to discuss with a manager. They also told me they had raised the price on the vehicle the day after I was there but they would honor the price from the day I was there and looked at the car. They weren’t able to figure out doing paperwork electronically the first day. The second day they called me and tried to pressure me to come into the dealership again and I told them my preference was to do it electronically because I was very busy those days and as a dealership that does online sales, I wouldn’t think its a big deal. Once they finally started the process online they sent me a sneaky text saying they were building the deal around the online listing and to let me know if I had any questions. I asked to confirm they were giving me the original price they said they would honor from the day I test drove the car and they said the price went up and they could no longer honor it. I asked why that was since I was already told they would honor it and then was told because I didn’t come in a provide the down payment the day before that they would no longer honor the price. They claimed they explained this to me but the fact they would not hold the price was never stated, all they had told me was that they could not hold the car if I didn’t come in and at least pay the down payment. During that portion of the conversation I told them I was not going to just come in and drop off a check with no contract in place and there is no reason to pay the down payment until the paperwork is signed.

Paul helped me out today and it was a really good experience. He was very kind, upfront, and welcoming that we had kids with us. I went in very aware of having credit that needs rebuilding and they were still able to work out a deal with me. Very appreciative to be no longer driving around a 26 year old vehicle. I now have something safe and reliable for my three kids!

Great experience working with Colby in getting our new Honda CR-V Hybrid. Colby was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with during the sale process. Very helpful working on the deal and working out our trade in as well. Overall great experience with Honda of Marysville. Just like with every major purchase be knowledgeable ahead of time, read all paperwork(twice), be prepared, and you’ll be fine.

I have always gotten the best service here, from the a service desk to the parts department. Peter was the last customer service representative to help me out and he was simply awesome, very kind, outgoing, willing to go the extra mile, got me in to do his safety check on my vehicle. Without charge and even ran it through the car.Wash for me. He was very knowledgeable and I thought that my a car was still under honda's 3 year bumper to bumper. warranty but it wasn't due to mileage. He was very kind and sincere. And even though my bumper to bumper warranty was no longer in effect. I feel like he did what he could. And He even referred me to a good auto shop to get some minor scratches on my car fixed. I would recommend no matter where you purchased your honda.Vehicle, if you're in the area, make sure to go to this dealership.Everyone there will treat you like a queen or a king. I know that's the way I felt with peter's excellent customer service skills.

I typically buy slightly used vehicles(3-4yrs old) over the past 30 years, because I drive 25-30k miles per year due to my work. I was now finally looking to buy new! Marysville Honda had the Honda Pilot I was looking for. My initial contact was with Chase in sales. When I came into the dealership everyone was welcoming & very friendly. Chase was awesome! We negotiated for a bit, made a deal, and got it done! I was pleasantly surprised to the simplicity of the process. I will go back and see Chase @Honda of Marysville for my next vehicle!

He worked hard to get us a great deal and made the car delivery experience smooth and welcoming. He is very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the process. He also ensured we received the best possible price during the Christmas season. This review is almost 3 months overdue and I apologize for that, but this should be even more valuable because I am still satisfied with my purchase after 3 months. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I knew the vehicle I wanted to get and the vehicle had the best price in the market. Mariana was my sales person who helped me with the process and I got good finance options. I bought a 2015 Ford Mustang, so it wasn’t a new vehicle and I knew there could be mechanical issues. But the dealership was transparent to show me the maintenance record and I saw they fixed the driver-side window, which unfortunately stopped working a week later. By the time I took the car to fix the window, I also got the check engine light for a different issue, but the dealership was nice enough to take fix both issues for no charge. They showed me exactly which sensors they changed for both issues and I am glad they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase! My car has not given me any problems since then and I strongly recommend them because they do value their customers.

Recently, purchased a Honda Ridgeline at Rairdons Marysville Wa. I saw an ad price on what some may call a lost leader. I drove an hour and ten minutes to get there.The vehicle was not there. Mariana was my salesperson. I asked her what happened and she said that that vehicle had been sold. I was not very happy and conveyed that to her. She said, let me get my sales manager, I thought, "oh boy.Here we go" Josh was very considerate and professional, just as Mariana turned out to be. They price matched the ad price on a vehicle that was actually a little higher in price than the one I'd drove down to see. We discussed my trade price, after a bit of discussion/negotiation, they came up with a price that was very acceptable to me. I would highly recommend Mariana, to anyone who's looking to purchase a vehicle. I thought I'd be driving home in my trade vehicle. Instead, it was new car, smell all the way to Birch Bay.The new rig, trade in, paperwork, delivery, all elements of the deal were terribly smooth and for that I am thankful. I would tell Rairdon's... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently bought a Nissan Rogue with Paul’s help, and it was a great experience! Paul was very easy to talk to—there was no pressure at all, and he was incredibly patient while we took our time deciding what we wanted. He made the whole process simple and stress-free. Susana in finance was also wonderful to work with. She explained everything clearly and even helped us secure a lower interest rate than we expected, which we really appreciated. Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase and the excellent customer service we received!

5 Star experience!! We had the pleasure of working with the fabulous Emma! We called and set up a test drive, she had the car pulled up front, and even showed us additional options we had not thought about. She was knowledgeable, informative, and walked us through every step! We had the our CRV financed through Honda so we worked with finance, Dave, and WOW were we impressed with being step by step walked through the options and add-ons! Very, very happy with our experience!!

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership about a year ago. The buying experience wasn’t terrible but certainly wasn’t great. The sales guy pushed pretty hard on the dealer add-ons which I declined. One of those is a theft recovery system which I specifically requested be removed. To be clear, there was no loan on the car, I wrote a check for it I refrained from writing a review because in the end I got what I wanted despite being a little annoyed. Today when doing some work on the car in my garage, I noticed a green blinking light where there shouldn’t have been one, so after 30 minutes of pulling apart the lower portions of the drivers side dash board, I find a GPS tracker in the car. I’ve attached a photo of it. I don’t know if they were simply lazy and neglected to remove it or if they’ve been tracking my movements and selling my data. Either way I find it distasteful and would never buy another car from this dealership. Tracking a persons movements (or even having the technology enabled to do so) without their permission is a violation of trust. Do better Honda of Marysville.
