Highly recommend this place i purchased a 3.4 V6 for my tacoma from here for 1200 bucks came with all wiring and sensors, when i paid for this engine i had to run my card twice, due to a machine error. this accidentally charged my card twice, and i was leaving to head back to Idaho the next day. The owner made sure i was refunded ASAP with as little hassle as possible. trustworthy and stand up guys.
Got the engine installed 1 week ago two tanks of fuel ran through it, no oil leaks, no smoking, no issues quality used product!
Friendly group of people, they got the parts I needed pulled without any issues. If you need something significant like an engine component, I’d pay and call ahead. They got my plastic trim and brake light for me within an hour, for a good price too.
Found n intake advertised on Facebook. Was told it would be on counter next day. 1.2 hrs including ferry ride and they where not open at 8am as website says and when I did finally speak to the guy who is the "mechanic" he did not take it off as they said they would and there was no one else around to take it off. Got mad for this place waisting my time. Called them after I left and thanked them for waisting my day. Don't waist your time.
Terrible communication between workers like they didn’t even want to work there. Went to go get a part for my car that I emailed them the day before and they said it would be ready the next day in the afternoon. So I go in the next day in the afternoon just to get attitude from the guy telling me I might not get my part today so “I had not reason to come” and ended up getting my part almost before they closed. The lady was the only nice and professional one.
Just wow They were charging $200 for parts Off of a car that was probably worth $200 That you can get for $30 at pull apart I don’t know how these guys sell a single part whoever left the five star review must be their friends
Good variety of cars & truck, domestic, asian & european. Yard is neat and the staff was helpful. Carefully removed a sub-harness that would be hard to find elsewhere. Prices were decent, too.
I went in to find a rim for my Tahoe. They had 2 different styles too choose from. Steve at the front desk was super helpful in many ways. Not only did he get me an excellent deal on the rim and tire but also help out with a engine cover for my Mazda that needed put back on. He explained what I was missing and put it in place for me. I don't know the other man that came out of his office to offer helpful info. for tires and offered to recycle my old tire and rim for me. Stopping in here made my day 100 times better than I thought. If your looking for great customer service, super friendly, knowledgeable people, with great attitudes, this is where you want to go. They also recycle metal. It's was an all around win, win for me be sure to stop by and give them a try. Thank you guys at CMR I will be coming back.
Friendly workers. I got there at like 4:26 which I never go to places right at close cause it's annoying but I went through alot to get it there so wanted to try. The worker was super cool and said it was no problem but then I had to back a trailer down a narrow spot which I am new at and I didn't want to hold them up from closing so figured I'd come another day. Only to find they don't even pay for your metal though. Which is weird considering the reviews indicate they do... Maybe things have changed?

I reached out to them for a few parts for my older Volkswagen and they were nothing but courteous and professional. Ordered and paid for the parts that I needed over the phone and was able to have the parts shipped to me across the country within a few days. They were packed perfectly to avoid any damage and were shipped out the same day that I ordered. They even threw in a couple of extra pieces. I would highly recommend them and will most likely be doing business here again.
Friendly helpful staff. In and out on 20 min and got top dollar for my scrap,what more can I say. Parking lot had metal debris that could potentially puncture a tire remember your going to a scrap yard after all.
Great friendly company. We called to find out if they had a part for my Mercedes which has been a hard part to locate. Not only did they have it but they also disassembled it off the car for us. A reasonable price too for the part. Highly recommended company. I wish I needed something else from CMR just to give them more business. Please go to them first and give them a try.
I saw an add of facebook for a part out of a wrecked vehicle. I responded with a question and received a timely response. I said it would be a couple of weeks before I could be there due to my schedule but would inquire again before we made the trip to make sure the parts I wanted were still there. The next week I messaged and the parts were still there. The guys were fast and friendly when it came to pulling the parts I wanted. I was also allowed to look at the vehicle to see if there was anything else I wanted. I noticed a couple more parts and they will pulled as well. The price was really nice and the service I received was impeccable. Thanks for an amazing experience!

Brought a whole bunch of copper in. Mixed of clean and dirty, but Tom the owner took care of us!! Never would have knew their business was there without Google!! Good guys here and great service. Will use them in the future when needed

They’d guys are top notch! Truly dependable and super friendly! Tom is super helpful and the nicest person to work with. I needed a couple scrap trucks picked up and he got in touch with his driver Bill and they were able to pick them up the very next morning! If you have any need of auto or metal recycling these guys are the place to call! So thankful for their kind and courteous service. I will definitely recommend them in the future.
Personable walk thru yard for a truck seat. They pulled and gave a fair price. He let me go pull a couple diamond plate rail covers for 10 bucks too. Helpful and not rude!
I absolutely love this scrapyard hands down the best customer service and most down to earth owner out of any of the other companies i have gone to they give good prices here and they won't rip u off for brass shell casings like most places since the owner is pro 2A. Every time I come here i feel like the owner isn't just dealing with another customer he generally wants to get to know you and start a business relationship not to make money but to help out his community and we always have really good conversations about what's going on in the news which nowadays is never good all things considered. Honestly even if I found a competitive priced business I would stay loyal based on their great customer service and all around good people that make this country great.
Posted a question and received a response within the hour from the owner. Was able to bring our haul in and someone saw us working to get it out, hopped on a forklift and helped us on our way. Couldn't have asked for a better or more convenient experience after a long week of work.
Horrible communicator tried for multiple days to talk and get a motor that was posted for sale. Night before i was planning to pick up sale item and was told i theyve been to busy and i didn't schedule a pickup. I was told i could drive 4 hrs one one to pay for motor then id have to schedule a pick up and come back. Why did it take 6 days for you to tell me this.
Very friendly. Took a variety of metals, which makes it really easy for me. Metal recycling at the transfer station requires a lot of sorting ahead of time and some stuff still gets rejected. Easy to work with. I'll be back!
The owner was very motivated to give me the best customer service when I called him about my beloved totaled truck. I had an excellent exchange, even got a job offer! Well it took them two weeks to text me saying the check had been mailed. I kept in touch and asked for updates as it’s now been 2 days under a month since I’ve sold them my truck. I increasingly became worried as the bill of sale had no price. Finally my boyfriend called and the owners wife returned the call, said she would mail it out right then and there. I was pleased to finally know that my check was ACTUALLY making it into the mail, but confused and upset that he had lied to me multiple times. They didn’t send the check out till 3 weeks after he had texted me saying he was “sure it’s in the mail.” I’m disappointed. Nobody should be lacking communication so badly that their customer is convinced they’re being scammed, until given photo proof of said check being sent. I don’t know why me, but I hope other customers have better experiences than this, and If not? I’d hope that they take more responsibility for their lack of communication and organization.
