I went in to the Marysville store and Sam helped me. It was so refreshing to have great customer service where Sam was knowledgeable, helpful, and so positive. I’ve always liked the quality of batteries, but with Sam helping me I will definitely be going back to the Marysville store! I hope Sam will be there when I do go back in because he made my day a little happier!
On numerous occasions I have needed to go into this Marysville location and the store Manager Kaitlin is always exceptional in her knowledge of my problem and her ability to provide me with the best solution. Even when the store is busy she has a professional level of experience in dealing with each individual personally and efficiently. I am so grateful to have her at the Marysville store. I have been going there for years . Without exception she helps me find the best solution for my being there whether its my riding or walk behind mowers or one of my 2 vehicles. In addition her staff are always courteous and willing to explore solutions. That reflects on Kaitlins modeling of her well developed Management skills.
been coming here for 25 years for car batteries... first time i got told i had wait 48hrs to exchange a newer but dead battery.... with a warranty and the receipt to go with it....very inconvenient i came here because of the awesome warranty and hassle free exchanges... for 25years now this. just... makes not want to come here ever again... hurry up and wait i guess....
Ty went above & beyond. And I suspect thats the way he operates in general. Heres the story: I brought in one of those heavy (and expensive! ) policeman flashlights. I had "dinked" around with it looking closely for corrosion or.... It has one of those photo voltaic looking "bulbs" so that was beyond me. Last resort, I had put in another fresh set of batteries from the store that starts with H & ends with D, nothing! I sure didnt want to toss that good flashlight & I had owned it for years. Boy Ty jumped on it! He tested it here, he tested it there, he even took it apart in a place I didnt know about! I could see I could see his steely eyes baring down on it with a look of challenge taken up. I could also see other staffs eyes flickering over too but affording the courtesy of the puzzle while they managed the floor. Last resort,,,,Ty went over to their display and loaded in some of their batteries. I thought I would be in for buying even more batteries that not do the trick,,,BUT IT DID THE TRICK!! Ive never heard of this. I gratefully paid for them and thanked him & thanked him! I took the flashlight that I loved back home to its place by the front door, its not only light but protection. Im also sure the owner hires folks that are also smart & like a dog with a bone. Melinda

They were awesome and demonstrated true concern for us at an exceptionally high level.

Purchased a battery at the Monroe location in 2019. It went bad within less than 2 years. Went to the Marysville store where they gave me a slight discount to replace it. Fast forward to 8 months after that and my battery was completely dead. I called Marysville and told them that O’Reilly’s tested my battery and it was “bad”. The MANAGER at the Marysville store told me, “well places like that lie all the time about batteries being dead, so there is nothing we can do for you”. Even though the battery was less than a year old. I just had to pay $280 in an emergent situation yesterday to get a new battery installed, which included a full test on my alternator & starter. I am FURIOUS at how I was treated at your company. And I will tell everyone looking for a battery to stay away.
Don't go here to recycle batteries. I called ahead and was told they did take batteries, and when I loaded up and got there I was then told they wanted to charge to recycle them. They didn't mention that on the phone when I asked. They wasted my time and gas with their bait and switch tactics.
My 83 year old neighbor went to the Marysville store yesterday and they took such great care of him. He had a dead Hyundai battery that they tried to charge. Didn’t work which was expected. The woman apologized that he had to have a specific battery to fit in his car. They had one in stock and he was grateful. Throughout the transactions they carried the batteries for him. He was grateful for the service he received.
I had one of their batteries for 9 months, still under warranty. The battery would not hold a charge so I brought it in to be tested. When the test was done, I came in and the lady helping said something wasn't right, but then this other guy came out and said "no everything it fine, it's probably your car "... So I did tons of test on my car looking for some kind of parasitic drain and could find nothing. I then took the battery to the Pacific battery in Everett and they said the same thing... I felt very confident it was the battery, so I just went and bought a new battery at AutoZone and my car has been working ever since. The only thing I can think of is they did not want to deal with having to replace the battery. But they wasted my time and my money and I will never buy anything from them again.
Great place for things like gel cells and other specialized batteries. Car battery products are another story. I put a new Pacific Power Battery in my truck 7 months ago. The truck recently sat parked for a couple of weeks and then would not start. Checked battery and it was completely dead. And NO, I didn't leave the lights on or anything like that. I took it in and counter staff acted like that was normal. Sorry, that is not normal. I have never had any other car battery less than a year old behave that way.
My mom and I went in looking for a battery for her home phone. They did not have it in stock but they would order it and call her when it came in..... Been over 2 ...wks and no word at all. Very poor customer service.
Very fast and friendly service! After my third try to have my current battery serviced to troubleshoot why it kept dying, I finally decided to replace it and Travis was super friendly and helpful! Made sure I felt comfortable with everything he had done and if I had any more issues I know if I had to come back he would take great care of me. I can see why my in-laws have been coming here for years for all of their car and sport vehicle batteries.
They can’t even install a battery. Isnt that the purpose of your business? October 5th 2018 Nothing but battery problems on our 2002 VW Jetta. I had my wife take our car in for a reconditioned battery purchase and install, because I just did not have time or energy to do it myself. The reconditioned positive battery post had been shaved(“cleaned”) too much or it is the wrong size because when the “installer” tightened the positive cable to its maximum it was still loose on the post, and the car wouldn’t even get dashboard lights. He sent her home. I am out Saturday morning before I leave for work, reinstalling the battery. I SHOULD have just done it myself. “Thank you for your business”
Quality batteries and great service. I had purchased a batter for my Harley at the autoparts store, the battery wouldn't even crank over. Got 3x the batter for 10 bucks more.
Yes, there is a wide selection of useful items. Yes, the staff is friendly & with my receipt a return I did was easy. Prices . . . On everything . . . Incredibly ridiculous. I mean, just overboard.
The individuals who work here couldn't provide very valuable information about the type of batteries I needed. They also had an extreme attitude with me. When I walked in there where three people working two of them were just standing around not helping anyone that walked in the store. Unless you want very poor quality customer service I would not advise anybody go here.
