I cannot express enough how wonderful this company and it's crew is. The gentlemen who came out had seller service skills and the office manager goes above and beyond for people. I have had 5 cars and 1 RV impounded from my properties using Harry's Towing. Every single time the care and service is top notch. I have them saved in my phone. I ever need towing services or anyone I know does, Harry's will always be my go to company.
Absolutely amazing company! My truck broke down on I-5 and was completely stranded. Dispatch was fast and extremely helpful. The driver Shane was the highlight of the whole experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and absolutely saved my butt! He treated my truck like it was his own and treated me with the utmost respect and I truly couldn’t be more thankful for Shane and the guys at Harry’s! These guys do top notch work and I wouldn’t call anyone else to tow any of my vehicles!
My story about Robert: we had called in a bind because my flat tire was seized to the hub and I requested a tow. He said he would come straight away and began driving the distance to our house. Finally because my husband is a maniac he finally broke it free. I called and Robert was already there. He could have charged us for the time but he cut us a break and was kind about it. Next time I need a tow I’m calling them for sure. Saved the day
I had a scary experience yesterday morning on the I-5 so I called Harry’s and Mike showed up to tow my car shortly after. He was very communicative and kind, he definitely made my scary situation a little bit brighter. Thanks for the help, I appreciate you guys!
EJ towed our minibus. He made it very simple. He took care of all of the details. It was not the first time EJ has towed our minibus. He is very pleasant to talk to and did everything he could to add value to his service.

I recently had a car towed to my house due to a breakdown and Shayn was nothing but the best help and support I could’ve asked for. EJ the guy who was about to take my car knew I was standing there & still tried to take my car knowing I couldn’t pay a fee. He didn’t even have it hooked up or in his possession he tried lying! Then made me pay the drop fee of 342$ while standing there with a baby. Terrible customer service & super disrespectful. He was even trying to tow my AWD car without a flatbed truck. Do NOT use this TOW company!

My car wouldn’t start even with a jump from a friendly passerby when I was at the grocery store. I looked up tow companies with good reviews in the area so I’m not sure how it compares in price to others but it seemed reasonable for the distance needing to be towed. Michael was my tow driver and was very friendly and professional. He was there in about 30 minutes and towed me from Lake Stevens to Honda in Marysville. Fast and friendly service.
Dad and I got stuck on a hill that was pure ice in Darrington and he was the only one who would come out to help on Christmas. We appreciate him and his copilot so much for coming out on a holiday! Would definitely recommend! Both were super friendly as well.
My girlfriend and I drove a gig car to Snow Cave trail head for a hike, but when we return to the parking lot, the car engine wouldn’t start without signal so we got stranded. We called the towing service and when we got signal and Kage picked me and my girlfriend up to the trail head to get our car back in town. Kage is super professional and friendly and we had great conversation on the road. He really saves our day so that we can get back to Seattle over night! Thanks again for the help!

My Model 3 had a flat, was on the side of the highway (with two kids inside) on a Saturday night, and needed a tow. Kage called me when he was on the road to set expectations with an ETA (26 minutes), then showed up early.
He was friendly, upbeat, and informative as he walked me through all the steps while he was loading the car up onto the truck. During the trip, he constantly checked in with us (we were riding in the car on the truck bed) to make sure everything was good. Then he navigated some tight turns like an expert driver once we got to our destination.
With all the attention to detail, you could see that Kage was hyper focused on the safety. For both the car and its passengers.
Getting a flat and a tow is negative experience. Kage turned it into the night that we got to meet him and see him work.

Kate helped towed my food transit connect off the side of the highway. Got the call was there within 15 minutes, was fast friendly got me and my vehicle home safe in a professional manner. Highly recommended 5 stars all the way!

Harry's is a company with great customer service. I had a car at my home that needed to be towed to a shop for repair. They were friendly on the phone when I called for service. The driver was very polite and towed my car to the shop. I would recommend them.
Had an unfortunate warranty issue with our Jeep. Matthew (could be michael) younger guy came out. No one wants to have to be towed, but if you do it's rare to have a pleasant experience. He's 20 years old and has a great head on his shoulders. I would recommend this company specifically from this experience. Small business, so I'm happy to support!
My name is Pam and my granddaughter was locked in my vehicle due to sensors under the seats. Why sensors in the back seat? but..... Michael was very quick getting to us, kind, sensitive to our dilemma and very positive. I am so grateful he was the driver that day. He was quick and friendly to my 3 year old granddaughter as well. I ditched my car in the snow up the Mountain Loop, and Harry’s sent Michael out to meet me and pick me up within half an hour. Michael was friendly, professional, and explained to me what the game plan was. Being a tricky retrieval, Michael winched my car out in no time. He went above and beyond to make sure he got it out safely without damaging anything further. Huge thank you for making a bad situation a little easier!! Will be going to Harry’s if I ever find myself in a rough spot again.
The other day my car battery died, and despite a kind stranger trying to help me jump-start it, it just sounded even more dead afterwards. Thankfully, EJ from Harry's Towing was able to come by and although I thought I would have to get it towed, his much bigger truck was able to give my battery the kick it needed to make it to the nearest mechanic.(where I then bought a new battery)
EJ was professional and very understanding of my situation (I'm sure we've all been waiting with a dead car for hours b/c of insurance) and even gave me some good tips on avoiding the wait times by calling Harry's Towing directly and getting reimbursed by my insurance later. I will definitely be sure to keep the business card in my wallet.
He made sure to follow me to the mechanic, just in case my car decided to act up, and then made sure all was good with me before heading off. Thanks again! It wasn't a fun time, but it certainly helped to have friendly people helping me out!
Out of nowhere, my car starts smoking on the highway and after a bit of driving; it dies on me. Power steering is gone, 0 engine performance, I wasn't expecting it at all. I manage to pull her over on the off ramp and start dialing up towing companies to take my car home.
I end up calling 4-5 different towing companies who said *if* they could get to me , it'd be an hour plus, to eventually saying they couldn't help me. The last tow company recommended me to Harry's towing, which I am very grateful for.
(I don't recall who was on the phone, Sorry!) Who picked up instantly and after I explained to him my rough location, had already locked on the exact spot I was at. He gave me a price point (which I was very surprised with! I found it extremely reasonable, almost felt like I was being pranked lmao) and his time estimate? 20 minutes (Lightning quick!).
Brandon (Can't say enough good about this man) was there in 15 and he was absolutely awesome from start to finish. He was communicative, professional, and all in all he made the terrible experience a pleasant one. We chatted cars, work, and before I knew it. My car was loaded up and ready to go. The delivery was top notch too, Brandon made sure to call me so we could coordinate where to drop my car off and it went smooth as butter.
All in all, I honestly couldn't have asked for a better response, treatment, price point, and timely reaction. It was so quick, I made it on time to the date I had planned! Harrys towing and Brandon saved my bacon! Highly recommend!
EJ was the tow truck driver. Very good attitude and friendly even though we were blocking traffic on a busy and narrow two lane road. Delivered towed vehicle safely to our driveway with no problems. Would definitely recommend Harry’s and will use again if needed. Ask for EJ, he was great.
The women who answered my call ( sorry I forgot name) was VERY sweet and was able to look up the address I was at for me, made sure I was safe then quoted me the REAL price which is always nice to not have any price surprises.
