I called three tow companies and Dick's was the only one that could get my vehicle towed same-day, for about $15 more (on a 16 mile tow) than the other companies that would have had to schedule it for another day.
Our driver, Jerry, was professional, kind, and treated our property (car and driveway where it was being dropped off) with respect.
I'll definitely call Dick's again if I need towing or roadside assistance in the future.

This is the only tow company that would come to Camano Island to help us get a U-Haul Trailer out of our neighbors ditch at 11:30 at night. They were fast to get here, charged a very fair price, were very helpful and friendly, (not making us feel like dummies for ending up in the ditch in the first place) and the tow truck & driver/operator Bruce were skilled and just plain amazing. I highly recommend contacting Dick's, especially in an emergency.
My car was stolen while I was in Walmart grocery shopping , it’s been reported stolen all of my work tools were in it after there done joy riding and stealing my livelyhood the tow company wants to charge me close to 700 to get my car out …..so now I am screwed double time I think this is a racket operation not only do I lose my way to earn a living with that goes the roof over my head but I still owe to get my car out so wrong so unfair
Great experience for a tow, despite an overall bad situation. Office staff was awesome and friendly. Our driver Zach was safe, professional, and good company for the 1.5 hour trip back home. Hopefully never have to use y'all again! (but absolutely will if I have to)

Got my car back after the police impounded it but didn't receive my keys but that also isn't their fault and it was very expensive but the people were nice and they didn't damage my car

The tow truck driver was on time, courteous and helpful. He had no problem finding the difficult to locate driveway and had our broke down pickup truck loaded on his flat bed trailer in less than 15 minutes despite the rear axle being broken in to two pieces. If you need to be towed this is the right place to call! In my lifetime I've had to call for a tow more times than I care to count...lol But never has a tow been as easy and painless as this! Thanks for doing such an exemplary job! It is much appreciated! A+++!

I called ahead to ask if they could tow my car at a specific time as I needed to be there during the pickup and drop off. The person on the phone agreed this time would work. I waited thirty minutes past the designated time before I called them and the person said they were busy and would be there after they finished there current job with no apology on the wait. It's now been almost an hour and a half since we scheduled the pickup and I'm still waiting. They chose not to contact me about the wait and haven't followed up in the last hour. This is ridiculous if they would have said my designated time didn't work I could have called a different company. If they would have called ahead about the wait I wouldn't be sitting outside my mechanic waiting for them to pick up this car. This is frustrating and ridiculous. I will not be using this tow company again. Waiting 15-30 minutes wouldn't have been a big deal with a heads up, but over an hour and a half is ridiculous. Now I continue to wait to pay them to tow my car.
They give you very little time to get your belongings. My cell phone is still missing.... or it was taken.. idk. Hard to get a ride there too. They will not let you get any of your Extras off your ride and Insurance does Not Reimbursed you for these either. So I really want to know who's getting this stuff.
The lady inside was nice. But they need more people so people actually have time to collect their belongings.
The tow truck drivers, I asked where do I go in the building. They stopped talking to one another and just Stare at me and didn't say a word.
Needed a jump start. Driver phoned to let me know how long he would take to get there, was quick to do the jump start, recommended a newer, better battery than mine, and handled the payment quickly. Nice and friendly.
I called the operator and they told me waiting time is about 20 minutes. I waited about 30 minutes and then no show up so I called them again. They said another 20 minutes wait so I waited. No show up. I called them again then they said it was police call so now I had to wait about an hour. I understand that the police call is priority but why can they just called me that estimated time will extended. After about 2+ hours wait Mr. Dennis showed up. He yelled at me for no reason. It was a bad experience with Dick’s Towing.

In the night, he is a good man to make you feel safe and secure, when faced with a busted radiator hose far from home.
I had a very courteous and covid conscious towtruck driver. I didn't have a long wait at all. He offered cost saving suggestions I hadn't considered. He was careful, efficient and knowledgeable. I'll gladly use them again if the need arises.
Called for a tow and thought it would be a lot quicker than it was. They could of given me an estimated time from when I initially called, but they did not. Took almost 2 hours for a tow to get to me. Also they are pricey. Definitely ask for their rates prior to getting towed. They gave me the charges once it was on the flatbed, and it ended up being $114 to tow it five miles in town. The towman was a hard worker and knew what he was doing very well. I appreciate his work ethic and I would look into an increase in salary for what your employees do.
Since my car got towed, not in best mood. They were nice, expensive though. None of them wore masks, yet signs to everywhere. So not sure about that. I am a mask person. And high risk. It was quick.
The dispatcher told me the driver would be there within the hour. I waited almost two hours during which time the tow truck driver did show up, to tow another vehicle in the same parking lot as mine. I only needed a jump and he could have done that in just moments before departing with the vehicle that needed to be relocated. Very competent driver, very professional, I just didn't see why the time estimate was way off.
Just locked my keys in my car today and AAA sent one of your drivers out to retrieve my keys for me. Just wanted to say thank you for the super fast service( less than 30 minutes total from start of call to keys in hand!!!) Super happy with the service , he was fast, friendly and I will definitely recommend AAA and Dicks towing to all my friends and family!! Happy happy joy joy!!!
My car was o.2 miles from them. Was told an hour. 2 hours later was told be there in a minute and now they are sending someone and was told 30 minutes. Lied too among bad business would not recommend them for anything. Sorry excuse for a business.
Driver was amazing. I felt stupid because I ran at of fuel in my new truck that said I had 37 miles to empty. Not...lol...
But he made me feel at ease got the job done and made me feel safe the whole time
It has a safety mechanism in it shut down the vehicle when fuel is too low.

Yesterday we locked our keys in our car and had to call for roadside assistance. We were thrilled to see Dick's towing drive up behind our car less than 30 minutes after we called!! After a review of our ID, he did his paperwork and had us in our car and on our way home in a jiffy. Thanks for the quick, professional service!!
