I know a secret. This is the best towing company. Now you know the secret too. My driver Shane was able to load up my lowered type r and towed me to Tacoma and back so I could get a tune to make my car run. The tune worked and discount towing and Shane the driver are my heroes, they came through on short notice and got me where I needed to go even though it took about 6 hours. I couldn’t imagine not calling them for any tow I would ever need. They do it all.
Everyone was so incredibly helpful! Maggie helped me with my first time getting a tow, and Luigi was soooo so helpful with towing my car AND helpful with identifying any other issues i may have had! thank you guys!

She was so helpful and was wiling to go above and beyond to explain the process to me about salvaging my car. Was always timely in returning my calls or emails. DON'T EVER ALLOW YOUR CAR TO COME HERE!
I had an accident and my car was automatically taken to this shop, but I wish it wasn't. The accident location was, according to Google maps, 2.4 miles away. The cost it took me to just simply get my vehicle back after not even 1 FULL DAY was almost $700! When speaking to others about this charge, they all said that I got ripped off. I mean it wasn't even in there full a full day.
Tried to find a tow company through my insurance co, but decided to look on my own. Discount Towing is a perfect name! They came to pick up the truck (died on the side of the freeway) within 1/2 hour! SUPER-friendly driver - excellent service and a great price! Wish I had known about this company when I had to tow a previous vehicle for BIG BUCKS. Totally recommend this towing service!
The people were friendly enough. My problem/ complaint is they never disclosed their lunch hours and the fact they were closed, I stood outside almost an hour. They also didn't disclose they charge a 4% fee for debit/ credit, which is also taxed adding to the charges. I'm very upset about that, I had to walk to the nearest store to use an ATM. I just felt that disclosing those facts should be standard practices as the people coming to your establishment have had their cars impounded and may not have the resources to accomplish retrieving their car. Friendly or not it felt like a set up and money hungry organization. I paid the fee thank you for taking care of me.
After dealing with our insurance company, a different tow company and getting nowhere I called Discount Towing. The service I received was top notch from the person who answered the phone tothe driver Shane. Both were was friendly and arrived really quickly . I will definitely call them if I ever need a tow again.
I met EJ and Shayne through serendipity as i awaited my insurance company's towing vendor. They just happened to be passing by, they noticed my obvious need for an extraction and a tow, and they came to my rescue. However, I sent them on to their prior task because I was confident in my insurance company and their promise to send a different tow company. They cordially moved on and left me with a card in case I needed more help. Turned out that my insurance company failed to pull through. . . again, and I called the number on the card that Shayne had given me. Dispatch was awesome. Shayne and EJ were back on-site in 3 minutes. They expertly parked their wreckers and set up barricades to re-direct the shift-change rush-hour traffic on the blind curve. They had my car extracted in 15 minutes. They put me in a safe place, away from the traffic, and they came to get me when they were all loaded up. They offered some strategies for dealing with the insurance company, and they dropped my car and me off at home (as requested by me). We had a nice conversation when we got there. They were very pleasant in a moment of panic for me, and they turned a really distasteful situation into a pleasant experience. Call these guys, wherever you are. They are not under contract with any automobile association or insurance company, but if you call them directly, you can be re-imbursed by the club or the insurance co. Their pricing was WAY under the max that my club said they'd reimburse, and in the end, i waited a fraction of the time for Discount (the other guys never even showed up, even after claiming that they were on their way. . . from 60 miles away!). The wreckers at Discount are new and work perfectly. The guys were professional and efficient and happy. They clearly were proud of their work (one was in training, and he was very proud of his work and his recent move up to this equipment. The other was the trainer, and he was very pleased with his pupil's progress). They were a great team and they were clearly very interested in spreading their knowledge with the rest of their company.
Hands down, the best towing company I’ve ever worked with!!! Maggie and EJ were the two who assisted us and I truly can’t rave enough about how amazing these two individuals were to work with. This was my first accident ever, so I was an emotional wreck. I had just picked up my special needs daughter from school who was not feeling well, I was also not feeling well and I just wrecked my Tahoe. My OnStar called Ron May Towing (worst experience ever, DO NOT USE THEM!) That rude driver arrives, looks, makes a call and then tells me NO, we’re refusing this tow. He said you don’t have very good insurance! (I have full coverage progressive). So he drives off… I’m in shock, my daughter is shook and Im holding back tears. I google Discount Towing, I take a deep breath and call. Maggie(angel in disguise) answers. I explained my situation, tell her what had just happened with the last tow company who left me there without help. I’m holding back tears and she stops me, calms me down, talks me through it and said hold on, let me make a call, we’re going to get you taken care of! She gets back on the phone assured me I was going to be ok, she said I’ll have a driver to you in the next 5min. Before hanging up she made sure my daughter and I were ok. EJ showed up and was the kindest man. He apologized for the previous tow company and said not to worry he will take care of us. He hooked up my car and had me safely on my way in 20min. This has been the best experience and I’m forever grateful for Discount Towing. Thank you!!!
Kage arrived to pick up my vehicle in a very clean professional truck and prior to his arrival he contacted me by text and by telephone to keep me updated on his expected time. Kage Took care in loading my vehicle and was great on communication .I highly recommend this company and driver.
For Tesla owners, these guys are definitely the ones to pick! I had a brand new Tesla M3 with dead battery issues after coming back from a trip: EJ was training in you staff member, named Jose, and I was absolutely blown away by the level of professionalism, the knowledge, and the care they took with my wife's new vehicle, as they determined how to best tow the car back to Tesla for service.
Their excellent customer service skills even had them bringing out another way towing vehicle, operated by Michael, because they assessed that the first towing method would not work. At the end of the game, my vehicle was loaded without any issues, and just went on the way to the service center – I will definitely be using these guys again for my next local towing service!

My daughter was in an accident and as a parent emotions are already high. Everyone was fine but almost every local, 24 hr, "30 minute guarantee" tow company was telling me 2 hrs at the earliest. My daughter found discount towing online and I was like why not....the guy was very helpful on the phone, said he'd have a truck right there. Kage showed up in less then half an hour, loaded the car up, and we were on our way. His attention to detail when securing the vehicle was appreciated and his driving showed great knowledge of his job. I thought he was going to have to readjust the truck on our dead end street but nope, he knew exactly what he was doing. It was a very positive end to a very not so positive event. Even at 10pm after a full day, kage was the most friendly and chill guy. Very thankful. Discount towing will now be my first call any time I need a tow.

I managed to hit a pothole at speed and ended up with a flat right front tire. Called Tesla roadside and they dispatched Discount Towing and Recovery.
They came sooner than expected, called when they were 15 minutes out as promised. Michael arrived and was polite, professional, and easy to talk to. He took very good care with the car and was careful with loading and unloading/etc.
The only thing that could have gone better would have been if I hadn't gotten the flat in the first place. ;)
Michael was amazing and kept me informed every step of the way! He towed my jeep from Target to my house and got it there on time and right where it needed to be. Awesome guy and great service! We unfortunately had a flat tire on our Tesla. We had no idea there was no spare tire. Well now we do! But DISCOUNT TOWING & RECOVERY sent out their truck with driver MICHAEL. He was AWESOME! Very knowledgeable and courteous!

Not only did he show up 5 minutes early, he rescued my 9 year old & I, taking us all the way back to Bellevue from Arlington. He was courteous, professional, friendly & made us feel at ease. I highly recommend Brandon & this company for towing.
100% this place is a life saver!! Called a few places before this one and it was a run around or very high priced, this place has amazing prices, The guy that helped us out name was Alex and he was just awesome!! Got to me super quick in just about 10 minutes and provided a safe and comfortable drive to my destination. 10/10 would recommend to anybody who is in car crisis and I will definitely be using this place of business again. I called AAA and they couldn't find a truck with a winch, they said it would be 5 hours. So I called Discount Towing and they were there in 20 minutes. Sending the bill to AAA, I won't be surprised if they contest the reimbursement.
