Very knowledgeable people and they have great parts for pretty much anything your working on

I was looking for some diodes (almost every car uses them in one way or a nother) I asked and they just said no we don't sell those wouldn't look it up or anything.... Went to O'Reilly's and found it within one minute. All 3 times I have been to this location they have been short and dismissive it's unfortunate as I usually prefer Napa but definitely not this location.... Literally found them on their website the exact ones I needed for my project however I don't see the point if the staff is unwilling to help.

Love supporting this locally owned store. Great staff and service every time.

Know their stuff a little more ecpensive but the parts are highet quality and thejr knowledge is priceless

Not one of the friendlier stores. Had my parts but it felt more like an intrusion than buying parts. Probably just indifference as the store doesn't seem busy very often.

Napa app had the best price by far on some plastic parts I picked up here.

I used to be a frequent patron but this last visit was enough. Save yourself time, headaches and attitude. Buy next door at O'Reillys, cheaper and the customer service is top shelf. If you're going to be rude and give attitude, maybe the counter job isn't for the tall guy.

Nick is most knowledgeable and pleasant always. He represents what Granite Falls is all about!

A great part store and don't let their size decieve you they almost always have what I want in stock. Plus Eric, Nick and Sarah are always willing to put in effort so I get exactly what I need the first time.

Great parts store with real parts people not just button clickers. Almost always have what I need in stock and if they don't it's there the next day.

Typical nap of these days. They can definitely get you what you need but the staff always seem so short.

Bad customer service and really I unknowledgeable people.. especially the person with a beard that works there is really Rude!!!!!!!!!!!

Even though there are other auto parts stores closer, we use Napa in Granite Falls. Sarah knows her parts, fast friendly service. Why trade that?

Went here for a check engine light or what my G-ma thought was a check engine light. They will pull up the OBD codes with their reader for free. Turned out to just be a light reminding her to change the oil. But the gentleman was kind enough to wait til the store was clear of customers and then come help us out. Very friendly. Will be back for sure!

Very helpful staff and a good selection of stiff for sale. Plus they can order a huge variety of items as well. Genuine, courteous

Clerks are always very helpful! I'm usually in and out quick! Last visit they even had a product I thought wasn't made anymore!
