I went to Reilly auto parts i was panicking about what was going on with my car so I walked into the store. The young man had a smile and he helped me so gracefully amazing spirits. Great customer service his name is Connor and the manager of that was Kelsey Thank you you guys.

came in with no oil in my car and didn’t know how to fix it and the lady at the front immediately jumped in and helped me fix it, she looked up the oil type and also put the oil in my car and showed me where i need to be getting an oil change at. she was super sweet and understanding, and didn’t judge when i didn’t know anything about my car

My shops always mobile and mukilteo auto repair have been in business for almost 40 years and have worked with many O’reilly’s employees,But this guy Vince at the granite falls store wow I have never got this good of service since day one first of all when you call to get parts they never go do a hands on to make sure they are there so first he did that came back said over the phone they are both in stock and I told him I was on my way to hold them.So when I get there both my parts have arrived and he does a thorough warranty return and he did it fast!!! there is nothing worse then a guy that’s been there for years and he can’t even get the parts right!!!!So on top of that Vince was totally cool under pressure and great communication skills so when e got off the phone I new my total I new they were in stock and ready to go that’s just damn amazing thanks Vince my name is Monte from always mobile mechanics keep up the great work

Great Customer service.. Christopher went above and beyond customer service. Changed light bulbs and tested and installed a new battery.. That's is true customer service..

Rebecca, Assistant MGR/ISS was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. She met us at my car to use the code reader and printed out the code and sold me the parts I needed as well as new headlights since my yellow ones suck. Very good customer service!

I went in the store originally for a tire pressure gauge, but thought I might as well get my car scanned to for a potential problem I've been experiencing. Although no codes were found for what I was looking for, Connor helped me to test my alternator and battery to see if we could find anything. The test showed my battery was near dead and Connor pointed out that my battery was almost a decade old and should probably be replaced anyway. Even after purchasing my battery, Connor did a great job installing it for me. He did all this with a lot of professionalism and a sincere desire to help me. I'm more than happy with my experience today!

I went to this O’Reilly to get help finding the brake light bulb for my car and the customer service was terrible. We stood there for about 15 minutes and nobody helped us. There were around five employees (including the manager) and only about three customers in the store, yet no one acknowledged us. We even went up to the counter and I politely said “excuse me” to one of the employees, but she didn’t even look at me or say “one moment please.” She just ignored us completely. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. I ended up leaving without any help. Definitely disappointed with the service at this location.

We had issues with our battery and our Ford not starting at times. Connor ran several test and Rebecca was also very helpful and found the part that needed to be replaced. All in all it was a great experience.

They were so great! I don’t know too much about cars but when I went in to buy a part they actually gave me better advice than buying a 100 dollar part. My car was stalled at the chevron and they gave me amazing advice even though I was across the street and their advice got me home and helped me understand my car a little more. Amazing and helpful team.

I was in there tonight to test a alternator that didn’t have a pulley not a big deal I’ll just buy one they did not want to help my find one for it said I could not have it tested with out one! Then as we are standing there looking at buying $3000 worth of other parts the kid Alexander answered the phone and started helping them not wanting to finish with us so we just walked out left everything on the counter! I have never been so insulted and looked down on!!!

I bought a set of restocked lug nuts, the lug nuts ended up not being what was listed on the package, and I lost a rim within the first mile from home. When I reached out to customer service it was determined that they weren't at fault by the higher ups cause they aren't liable for fit and fitment. I would agree if they were not restocked. The package said one size and a size bigger was inside the package. Won't be using them in the future after 30 years of using them. They don't appreciate their customers.

Granite Falls store: I called specifically for Adam’s brand car washing detergent, and Rebecca said that they had it. Then I asked if they had also had the Adam’s microfiber cloths. I was told yes. So my husband drove to town only to find that information was wrong. He asked Rebecca who replied, “Oh, you specifically wanted that brand?”

Had the headlight I needed, so three stars. I made the mistake of bringing in the burnt out light in its box to make sure I bought the right bulb, and the checker implied I was trying to steal when I put my burnt out bulb back in my pocket. Just a weird interaction.

Very helpful folks. They know where items are in the store and even walk you to the section. I'm not a shopper, I go into a store on a mission and the staff help me get out quickly. Sometimes, they are understaffed but they make uo for it with knowledge and assistance. Thanks for being there!!

People are nice but dude seriously change your website hours! It was updated to weeks ago. Went in two times and both times they were closed at 8 instead of 9!! Really annoying. Especially when I have a broken down car and can’t get what I need from the only place in town. Fix your hours or close at the time posted!!

The guy at the desk couldn't find what I was looking for so he called his boss who already left for the day she turned around came back to the store and found what I needed and was able to get it by the next morning 9am what a great manager awesome customer service experience well managed and friendly store.

Came in to pick up some Windshield wipers today. I was greeted with a warm welcome. Immediately Terry and Shane and the register lady helped me find exactly what I needed and even insisted on installing them for me. Great customer service. Veteran friendly. Great people.

Sometime in Mid-October, I was in Granite Falls with my chip truck, C4500 when the Serpentine belt broke. I was able to get off the road and called O'Reillys and asked if #1. they had the belt available and #2 if someone (mobile) could install for me since I have no clue. Thank you for Russ!!! He said he had the belt and called Sean to come and install it for me. I was on the road after 45 mintues!! Russ, you really ROCKED it and made my day and renewed my faith in the world, there are still good people out there!!! Sean, you ROCKED it as well!! Thank you again for all of your help!!!

Called the store at 07:30 and Kelsey the new Manager answered. I told her that needed a serpentine belt as I needed to bypass the AC pump on the car I was working on and I told her the length and width that I needed. She said that she would search the selfs looking for one and was pretty sure that she had what I needed. So I bought with me my certified measuring device (a piece of twine) and when I arrived 20 minutes later she had it waiting. She was spot on and it was a perfect fit. She is a super nice person and if your in need of a part and don't want to get home and realize that the belt you have from a previous store is not the right size and it's to late to go back that night (True Story); give Kelsey a shout. I drive a really old beat up Honda that has required a lot of work to keep on the road. A starter, new plugs, new fuel filter, fuel pump, thermostat, radiator, radiator fan assembly, ECT sensor, new pulley for the power window... You get the idea. I'm not a mechanic. At best, I could be described as a grease monkey. The assistant manager Kenny has gone above and beyond in helping me to understand my cooling system, and to figure out the issues it has been having. He printed out technical diagrams for me, took the time to ensure I understood them, and saved me from spending time & money on things I didn't need. Above and beyond all the way. Thankyou Kenny!!!

Will never set foot in there again .Ordered a carb and paid for it . They told me they would call me in 2 weeks when it came in . Four weeks later I went in to check . the carb was not in stock as they hade told me when I ordered it they found in stock and reordered it . A month later still no call .Went in same story .after this happened a third time I asked to talk to the owner . The employee came back and told me he was too busy to talk to me .I waited and he finely came out and told me he would take car of it personally and call me back by the end of the next day .That was 4 months ago .I am a business owner and the carb was for one of my forklift which I had to go without .Not once did I get anything that resembled an apology I would never treat my customers this way.

What a wonderful experience. Went in, asked for what I needed and was helped instantly. In and out in 5 minutes. Would of been 3, but couple employees had to make sure my 3 year old walked out with a smile. There was one employee who missed out on my kids smile, but it was because he was outside helping a customer with their car and needs. This kind of helpful and friendly atmosphere will have me return there for any future needs and sure it's why others were there too. Thanks again for the help and making my child smile.

Manager Carter (Karen) is foo fragile and a liar caught on camera. Barely tell him anything or he doesn’t like what you tell him and he calls the police saying the customer doesn’t want to leave when not even told once to leave. Definitely needs to better management.

This store was a great addition to Granite Falls and offers a good selection of automotive parts and accessories. I went in to buy an air filter for my daughter's car along with wiper blades a couple days ago. They didn't have the filter but told me it would be there the next day so I paid for it and picked it up the next day. The guy also offered to change the blades on her car which is easy enough to do but since it was raining I let him do it. Great customer service every time I've been there.
