Honestly I really don’t leave reviews much but their customer service is top notch and I know how important google reviews are for a company, I had my car totaled in a crash, and I thought I’d have to pay someone to take it off my hands but Brittany really came in clutch and offered me cash and had it towed for me, super easy and zero hassle. Loved the customer service and how understandable they were about everything, even empathized with me and asked if I was okay after being in the crash. I’ll definitely recommend them to my friends and family if they ever need their type of services. Thank you guys 🙏
Yeah the service is there, but they kinda slimey on marketplace. Too keep it short they will buy a car running on 2 cylinders and turn around and sell it for $1600, saying it runs perfectly fine with no issues. They're just lemon sellers basically.
The process was easy and simple. These guys were able to pick up my vehicle in a timely manner. Communication was on point. They gave me a good price rather than dealing with scams and flakes online. Definitely recommend in the future.
Edit: it's clear they were just trying to low-ball and take advantage of me. They keep sending text messages. I wasn't born yesterday. I would advise people to go with a different company.
This was lowest quote of all of the places I called. It was about 65% less than the offer from others.
The gentleman on the phone was friendly and courteous. I can only assume that the shockingly low offer is due to their inability to move parts as a smaller operation. The original catalytic converter is worth twice the offer, and the there were several thousand dollars worth of excellent interior and exterior parts for the vehicle.
Both my son and I experienced a positivity and politeness all throughout the process we appreciated the patience walking through this experience with professional service and clarity. Yes we were offered more money for our car with other places but money isn't everything. Promptness and a great attitude is everything when walking through a car selling process.
Tow truck showed up an hour early, and since he called first , it worked perfectly.

I accept the offer 9pm then schedule pick next morning. They were on time and the pick up was smooth and it only took around 10 minutes. They have quick and friendly services.

Fair, reasonable and kept their word. Quick scheduling and they were on time to pick up the car. Only took like 24 hours from start to finsh. Driver who picked up the car was very polite, professional and great to work with. Will call them again if we need this service again.
I called them told them about the car I wanted to be hauled away gave them info about it the told me how much I get for it. Then they setup to have it picked up and hauled away and made sure the tow company they came to get it as setup and paid me cash on the spot and hauled it they contacted me to make sure everything went well. Thank you very happy would recommend them to other that need to have a car hauled away.
I was offered a little less for my car than other places but it was worth it. From start to finish my interaction with all the employees surpassed my expectations and experience with similar companies. They were expedient with picking up my car. The whole process was seamless.
