Poor customer service sold bad ICM IDM brought in tech data from a certified mechanic they didn't want to return it eventually returning it with a 35% restocking fee after the original agreement was to have a full refund if the IDM was defective
Good people here doing good work. Ordered jeep parts and there was a couple items to adjust. final result was 2/3 parts arrived and some money back. Zero hassles, honest, solid customer service. I will be back
Called marys asking if they had a rear trailing arm for a subaru impreza and the answer I got was no we don't have any imprezas ! Well first off she should have asked year and looked up an interchange several vehicles have the same arms but no effort was made but she was very nice about saying sorry we don't have that vehicle and have a nice day ...
I want to preface this that Chase was great. He worked a deal with me. I paid for an engine and thought everything was ok. Next day I get a call from Elijah saying the motor is actually bad. He then refused to sell me the core. After calling back and discussing with chase, he had no knowledge of this refund.
My transaction with Mary's a Wreck today in July of 2023 was probably the best retail experience of my life. Magic. I am 75. Today Elijah and Phil installed a rare, hard-to-find Camry tailgate on my car, removing the old one. And Elijah quoted me an incredible price for it. Then he OFFERED to install it too! at no charge, but no electrical work. In the end they did make all of the time consuming electrical connections too, removing interior panels as necessary. I watched this in awe as I knew they were doing this installation at no charge to me. No obligation, they just did it!! Amazing. Mary's is a company with the best people you can encounter, so do shop them for your auto parts and you will be happy. Thank you Elijah and Phil!, you are the best people. The best.

The price is rediculs high, even higher than beand new. They match the price neigher to Pick-n-Pull, nor Ebay. The front desk guy is unfriendly. I went there one time, this is my first time, also the last time.
Hugo at front desk was extremely helpful! We looked all over the yard but didn't find my part there. Hugo ran a printout of my part at other wrecking yards! My part is ordered!
Although I sent them on a wild goose chase looking for something that didn’t exist, (I had given them the wrong year, I was 10 years off) they did their best to help me. I appreciated their patience and humor and understanding! They will definitely be my go to place should I need a used car part in the future.
FYI, they remove the part you need for you, no need bringing tools to do it yourself! Great perk!
Hugo was very helpful. They had the piece i needed and after I paid I still had both arm$ & leg$. I give points for location. Off Hwy99 w/easy access off of Hwy 520 Mukilteo overpass. Straight shot off I-5 North or Southbound. Sat hours are good!
Turns out using a Junk Vehicle Affidavit is a pain but it helped me get rid of a derelict vehicle. With unclear directions on the form and the patience of the guys here I eventually got all the steps completed. Driver who showed up to remove the pickup was great. Skilled, polite and helpful.
I've been having a problem looking for a tail light for my Subaru. I found one by chance at another wrecking yard. Not as easy to remove as I thought. I called Mary's, they have the car but the back end was crushed. I explained my situation and Zack told me to come down even though the part I needed was broken they're show me how to remove it. Cory took me out to the yard and gave me a demo. Thanks guy's! Made my day!
These guys are great. They happened to have an old truck like mine in the yard that I have been able to scavange lots of parts I need, and prices are very fair.
Great staff, great selection and fair prices. My newest go to for parts in Seattle. Highly recommend. They have rearranged the business since the poor reviews were written and it’s a great place to go to.
Really bad service. We were told they had a starter that would fit our car and that he would mark it to save it for us. Will we got there it turned out that he had just checked the computer inventory list and did not check if it was physically there. It turned out that starter had been sold weeks be before we ever called but their so called "inventory" is never updated because according to that inventory they were supposed to have a few more still mounted on vehicles. Turned out they DID NOT HAVE A SINGLE ONE!! WE had to take an Uber out here for nothing!!
I called for a part for my vehicle and Corey was friendly and said he wasn't sure, but would call back. I got my call back in a reasonable amount of time, leaving a voice mail letting me know they did have my part. When I picked it up the next day, another guy was there, who was also very friendly as well (real close to closing too) and sold it for a very reasonable price. Good, friendly sale, so 5 stars from me. For a wrecking yard with 2 different friendly people and very reasonable prices, that just doesn't seem to happen, so I can't do anything but recommend this place.
We were looking for parts for two vehicles. Called and they said come on over and take a look. Really nice guy at the front desk, very clean yard and reasonable prices. I think the bad reviews may be due to another employee we did not meet. We had a great experience.
I called in , and got the dreaded answering machine,,I left a brief detail message and got a call back fro.m zack 15 min.later, he offered to take pics of the vehicle I heeded parts for and confirmed exactly what I needed.

Worst place I've gone to. The front desk guy is rude and extremely lacking any sort of customer service. And snapped at me when I asked if I could take a look at what they have in there yard. He then proceeded to tell me there rules begrudgingly and obviously annoyed which are.
1. You must be escorted by there "Yard chief" who btw wasn't available
2. He must take off the part you need not you.
3. And before He takes it off you must pay for it in advance.
Honestly your better off looking for what you need at the bottom of Napa's dumpster in my opinion.
I don't know what the negative reviews are? Probably angry impatient people. I came and got what I needed in 10 or 15 minutes. I even got a free ride in the yard. I saw something else I wanted and one of employees pulled out tools and took it off for me. All for under $10. Pretty cheap and convenient for me.
I called to see if they pay for used cars and it turns out they will not pay anything for a 1999 Subaru Outback wagon regardless of the condition. This really surprised me, as every place else I called would at least pay over $150!
The technician went out to the yard to see if they had the car to match mine and we weren't sure it was a couple years different so he went on the Internet to see if the part would work on my car and it wouldn't I appreciate him going above and beyond to figure out a solution for Me. I Also like the fact that he gave me some other suggestions for car part places
Just got off the phone with this company about a car they have listed for sale, desk clerk was extreamly rude, would hardly give me any info, the ad they have listed was very mis-leading, I have cash in my hand and was willing to travel from spokane and pay asking price, but after the 2 minute phone call, I will never give this business any of my money, very let down. Hope others have better luck then I did.
Why does this company seem to think they are above the rules for everyone else. They use mass dump postings on Craigslist and instead of staying in the commercial area of the site. I went to look at auto parts by owner and all I found was spam ads from this company.
I will not do business with a company that feels they are above the rules everyone else is supposed to comply with. If they are this desperate for revenue what else would they do just to get your money.
My recommendation is to steer clear of this company and don't trust people like this. They smile all the way to the bank!
Worst auto wrecking yard I've ever been to! The guy quoted me $$60 for a part, then I went to look at the part. When I went back to pay for the part, he said $75. They lie and try to scam you!
Learn from my experience and avoid this place at all cost!!!
I've been to a lot of junk yards in the past and I'm not sure how this place has 2 stars currently. They seemed super nice on the phone, but failed to mention that (1) you may NOT pull your own parts and (2) that the prices are ridiculous because they are trying to cover the cost of labor of the guy that has to pull the part. I tried explaining to the guy that his price for the used part was MORE than buying new at the dealership. His reply: "They are cheaper because they don't have to pull it off of the car". Never going back.
These guys are either inbred retards or are crooks! Went there for an instrument panel for my car and they wanted $125 for one. I told the guy he was crazy Pick-n-pull only wants $25. All of their stuff is way over priced. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone, unless you like getting screwed out of your money.
These guys are either crooks or just retarded, went there for a neutral safety switch and a headlight switch, they wanted 35 bucks for the NSS and 25 bucks for the headlight switch, if you're looking for anything of that sort there's a pull a part type junkyard in Lake Stevens where you can get both switches for about ten bucks. Screw this place.
