Ethan and James were very polite young men. They were very upfront with prices and did their best to be fair. I would use this service again and ask about having these two again.

Sam and Dario did so amazing! I appreciate all the hard work and patience and kindness they came with today. I am a mom of 2 with I being on the nonverbal autism spectrum. They came in like super heroes and saved the day 🙌 out of 5/ 10 I would give them off the charts 100 % . Gene was very professional and easy to understand when he was explaining how the service works and where all the items go (they confirmed with me multiple locations that they work with to divert and donate and recycle all items which I appreciate a lot knowing they won’t just be throwing away all my donations. As for his teammate Edwin he was everything you’ll want in a professional. Friendly/straight forward/ funny/ cute/ and understanding he made sure to explain anything and everything that I wasn’t understanding and I really appreciate them for helping me understand what I’m walking into. I’ve had Austin and some of his partners out a few times now since getting my house. Today was my first time meeting Sebastian but no matter who he brings they’re always awesome. They make quick work of loading all my junk and clean up after leaving everything clean and ready for my next project. Always happy to have them out

Submitted an inquiry online this morning for a free estimate. Juan and Shawn called before arriving and coordinated the timing with me. They showed up, gave me the free estimate within minutes (I was happy with the single item pricing), and carried my giant mattress out the door. It took less than 10 minutes! They were friendly and respectful. Thanks Juan and Shawn!!

Isaac & Levi were incredibly professional and super respectful, on time and very communicative. They checked in first thing in the morning to confirm the appointment; I asked if they can let us know when they are 10 minutes out because we are located in a private gated campground and would need to go up front to let them in and they did just that! If I ever had additional items needed to be junked, I would absolutely request them both!

Levi and Ethan are two of the hardest working guys I have ever seen! I had a bunch of debris from some flood damage inside our building and we had a pile that needed to go away. I got a hold of the company. Got a great response with headquarters And I think they sent out their best team! I highly recommend “got junk” Not anymore!! You couldn’t even see the floor before they got started! Couldn’t be happier!

I had a fantastic experience with Ethan and Levi! They gave me a very reasonable quote, were incredibly professional and polite, and were more than willing to problem solve with me when it came to taking apart my IKEA bed (that I do not recommend buying hahahah). They got the job done quickly and efficiently that same day and even took the extra step to clean up before they left. Truly great guys, and I couldn’t recommend them more!

Austin and Leevi were amazing. I needed a junk pick up and within 30 minutes these guys were here. Leevi and Austin jumped out of the truck and took a look at my two large piles of junk, gave me a reasonable quote and were done in a little over an hour. These two were great and made this whole, stressful process easy. They even saw a stray screw in my driveway and not only picked it up, but swept the whole driveway! Again, and amazing team.

We had a great experience using 1800Junk- Bellingham. They came to our home in Mukilteo. First of all, when I submitted an online inquiry, they called within the hour and were ready to come that day! I scheduled the next day pickup and they arrived right on time. Levi and Ethan were personable and professional. They explained the process, gave a reasonable price quote, and removed the furniture from my home in 15 minutes. Couldn’t have been easier! Will use them again.

We love using this company to take things away but especially because of the team. We had Levi and Ethan and they were competent by ensuring no damage to the item, walls or house. I had another great experience with Sam and Levi from 1-800-GOT-JUNK out of Arlington today. I’ve been cleaning out my mom’s 3-car garage to prepare her house to go on the market. They took 2 loads earlier this week and returned today for a final load. They helped me walk the property to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. They are both considerate and hard working. I couldn’t be happier. While I’m grateful to have this huge project behind me, I admit I will miss working with Sam and Levi!

Amazing experience! Juan and Ethan were so friendly and did any amazing job of packing up the e truck to fit everything! They were quick but didn’t miss anything! After finished the even cleaned up by sweeping the garage!! It was quite impressive!!

The 1-800-GOT-JUNK franchise located in Smokey Point came to our office located in Everett. I cannot say enough praise about them. This company is the BEST! First, they are in constant communication via email, text and phone with the client. We were a business and closing down this location, so, this was a commercial job. Our office is located on the 11th floor of an office building in downtown Everett. Our service elevator broke a day before 1-800-GOT-JUNK were scheduled to come out. 1-800-GOT-JUNK worked with us on the fly as we had to come up with a work-a-round for this situation. Then, the crew showed up on time when we were able to re-schedule the job. They showed up with 3 trucks in the event the job was bigger than expected. The crew were equipped with the knowledge and tools to deconstruct multiple cubicles that were bolted into walls and linked together with all kinds of brackets that used hex screws not phillips. Then, we had 15 large metal filing cabinets that had to be moved down to the loading dock. We thought this would be a problem, but, it was no problem. The crew fit everything (metal filing cabinets, furniture, cubicles, desks, photocopier, etc) into just 2 trucks and did not need the third one. They were so skilled in how they managed to load the trucks. They didn't just throw things in a truck, they put everything in the truck like a giant puzzle. Each piece represented a piece of the puzzle. It was a master class in loading a truck. Finally, this entire job was done in only a couple hours! We were expecting this to last all day. I am so impressed with the crew and it gives me hope for the younger generation that there are still professional/hardworking people that take pride in their work. If you have an office or a business in Snohomish County or the surrounding areas and you need to move or have things removed, I would not think of anyone else to call. I just have to say BRAVO!!!!!
