Horrible slow service that’s all I have to say

Drivers, avoid this place! Rude, lazy and helpless GM Adam Sconyers (this person unable to manage the place and have to be replacedimmediately!). Appointment for 8:30am , only 2 trucks for 4 cars from 8:00am. Forklift showed up on 9:30am with first car out. Copart itself going into a deep for such a management. Shame!

This company was very helpful in disposal of our totaled car.

Called to verify the documents I need med to sign and how to properly sign them. Then told I couldn’t have my title released to me because I didn’t fill it out yet. Costing me another trip to get a notary, and mail out documents. Then when calling the call gets hung up multiple times.

Sarah was incredibly friendly and understanding on the phone helping me with getting a car scheduled to be towed!

Absolutely horrible customer service with absolutely no communication. Do not work with this company - all they will do is waste your time.

Deceiving. This location is auctioning off a BMW that was previously put up with mechanical issues. Now it's just "minor rear end" damage. So unethical. Buyer Beware!!

Only one loader all the times, to pick one car taking you 4 hours. They have to have more loaders plus a good customer service.

Rude people working there and no one to help and assistance either. Just a bad place overall. They sure take your money with all the crazy fees.

It is very obvious that staff here at Copart have no clue what does customer service or even respectful conversation mean. When most staff are doing the same it means the management is the issue that doesn’t care at all. We are the customers, we bring business to this company, if I am respectful to you all there’s no reason to be disrespectful and ignored. Hope general manager get fired or get sent to the elementary school again to learn some basics

The fees are hidden. You think it's going to be 20% and they slam you with a 33% fee. Ridiculous, and scammy. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Youngotta sign up to go inside then they look at you like your stupid telling you to go to other lot while totally not doing their job and giving you the paperwork you need. Standing for an hr in the lobby and not 1 person said can I help you. They just look at you like your a problem and if they ignore you long enough you'll go away.

This place is an absolute disaster. I came on Monday to inspect the vehicles I was interested in — they flat-out refused to let me in. I returned on Tuesday, only to be told the inspection day was yesterday (Monday) and asked why I didn’t come then. Are you serious? Total incompetence, zero communication, and completely disorganized. Don’t waste your time here — I strongly advise everyone to stay away.

2025 Update: Still great customer service, any yard related issues get resolved without conflict. I just wished you would still be able to re-print odometer or bill of sale that I need if I purchased a vehicle from other yard. I have a tow driver at your yard daily, and anything I need, the driver usually picks up and drops off at my place same day, where's calling other branches takes a week to receive. ******* Original review: Outstanding customer service!!! It is not that I never had issues with purchases from the yard, but staff always strived to resolve any issues so the outcome will fit both of us.

Copart North Seattle it really bad service and bad manager. Jimmy sucks rule and you can’t see your car if you want to buy it by auction and they have really bad service. I went there two times they have bad service.

They totaled my very-drivable car in August and it's been months of playing games. Fransisco is my adjuster and has been dramatically unhelpful since day one. We've had to go to the insurance commissioner to audit the situation and were given a phone call from USAA to apologize - this was two months ago and I'm still playing games trying to get money for the car I haven't had possession over in months. We got in an accident and our insurance uses this company. Great service, very clear communication. I appreciated Shannon and Deb in dispatch and the girls at the desk when I came to collect my stuff. It seemed like I could have talked to any of them and been happy, thanks all!

They hang up on u with an attitude when u request to speak with a manager. They won’t give an email to be on the legal record since an email is legally tangiable. Im going to go up there and record and put it on youtube. Don’t go here don’t deal with these people they are out to get u be late waste ur time and money all that they are here to do💯

My dealership has been doing business with Copart for 7 years now, we spending hundreds of thousands dollars every year purchasing cars from Copart, recently we purchased a vehicle that was advertised as run and drive and YES KEY, I came to pick up the car and they pulled out vehicle with out the KEY, when I asked unprofessional people at the office "where's the KEY ?" They simply answered "We not responsible for the key, take it like that " They didn't even care I'm a long time costumer, they didn't ever offer any settlement or service, simply DON'T CARE. I contact district manager via email and guess what same answer. So basically I paid at least twice more because it was advertised YES KEY RUN AND DRIVE. They simply didn't wanna help and besides horrible customer service lately. I guess from now on my company will do business with other auctions but not Copart. Very disappointing. That's not the way they should treat an old good customer.

Desiree and Dawn made the mess and stress caused by the insurance company much easier to deal with. Very kind, very helpful and compassionate. What was already a stressful process was messed up by insurance, but those two ladies made me feel a lot less stress. You really feel cared for when you're working with them. Thank you ladies so much.

Terrible customer service was added to queue and been calling inside say “come inside representatives ready to assist” I go inside still waited 30 min for the representative finally start helping me get my paperwork for my cars. While the employee was helping me all of a sudden the representative started helping the person that came in after me and placed my papers aside. Please stay away if you can from this branch.

My wife’s car was in an auto accident and was taken to this yard while insurance was processing. When we came in to get our belongings out of her car the vehicle had been ransacked. Glove box and everything turned inside out. All change, money, and medication was stolen from the car. The woman in line behind us also had the same situation so I know our story isn’t unique. The girl at the counter just pretty much shrugged her shoulders at us. That same day we gave Copart the title of her car to be sent off to her insurance company and it was never received. Copart lost the title. We confronted them about it and instead of just agreeing and apologizing they lied to our faces and said we never dropped off a title. This place is extremely shady, and I would not recommend Copart at all.

Some employees that stood out to me; Tyrell Chelsea and Mallory for amazing customer relation and with willingness to listen and help despite this locations popularity and can be busy at times I was experiencing some issues with a vehicle I purchased and was helped with quality and care

If you need to scrap your car it's usually never a good thing but these guys made that process as easy as can be. They offered a reasonable price, offered towing, and were helpful when I forgot to bring some paperwork with me. They not only made my own stressful situation more manageable but I watched them provide the same level of care to others as well while I waited in line. Could I have made more money stripping my car for parts and selling it on craigslist out of my garage? Maybe. But I'm happy to have the convenience of Copart and the office workers at this location were friendly and helpful as well!

We picked up a car after winning a bid here at the north lot. After not bidding for awhile it was refreshing to see the site running so fast and smooth. My only critique was that we waited over 45mins for pickup. I understand there is a line but maybe try and work in your commercial and private buyers so that we aren’t waiting for 10 double loaders? Just a thought.

Don't know how to provide any form of customer service. They were supposed to pick up our vehicle 4 hours ago. I called and when I finally reached someone, they let me know they never dispatched even though they had notes in their system they were supposed to pick up the car. Highly advise you don't use this company.

I was here just to get some personal items from a wrecked vehicle, but they appear to have a pretty nice operation going on here. Looking at their auctions, I see some pretty good deals as well.
