I've been meaning to wrote thos review. Around 3 wwwks ago, my partner and I purchased a vehicle from them. We purchased a beautiful Yukon that was priced within reason. The vehicles they have on their are not some "fly by night" vehicles, no, they sell preowned vehicles in really good shape. They seem t9 be very selective on what they accept, which i appreciate. Equally important was the transaction. We worked with Mike who was fabulous. Hands down, the very easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made, and I've purchased several. It took me longer to get my credit unlocked than it did for him to process the paperwork. This is a dealership that isn't corporate, it is family owned - and this family understands their business is their reputation and they exceed at all levels. If you are in the market to purchase a preowned vehicle I HIGHLY encourage you to check out their inventory. They will be the 1st place I look when I want another vehicle! I found an F150 online and contacted Auto Outlet, speaking with Mike Jr. about it. He sent videos showcasing the truck’s interior and exterior, highlighting any flaws. He also started the engine so I could hear it run. Living 500 miles away in Montana, I purchased the truck over the phone. The process was seamless, with the dealership coordinating with our bank to ensure all paperwork was correct. When we drove to Tacoma to pick up the truck, it matched Mike’s description perfectly. He was transparent about every detail in the videos, which I found refreshingly honest for the used car market.

I was interested in a vehicle for sale at Auto Outlet. Dan was very friendly, sent me videos of the truck, undercarriage, did a "cold start" so as to not hide symptoms that do not manfest when the engine has warmed up. I live in Bellevue, so I was not able to look at the vehicle in a timely manner, so someone else bought it. Dan was considerate enough to call me to let me know that it was sold so don't take a trip. And though Dan did not "make a sale" with me, he was happy to share his thoughts on another truck in Tacoma that I did end up buying. That is good customer service.
This is way overdue!! I am so grateful to Michael and Dan and Mike Junior for helping me get a car while I was still in Hawaii. When I got home there she was ready to go. So far so good!! I love my little car and I have named her Penelope.

This past weekend I had the best car buying experience ever. My wife and I stopped at Auto Outlet to shop for a Mini Cooper Countryman. Dan showed us their selection of Minis and was very helpful, answering all of our questions. All of the vehicles we looked at were in great condition and very well presented. After a brief test drive we chose a beautiful Mini Countryman. Dan made the buying experience very easy and he was a pleasure to deal with. This family owned dealership is excellent and I would highly recommend them.
Got a great SUV for an awesome price from these guys! Solid vehicle and I love it! Friendly crew and very helpful; I dealt with Dan and he was great. If you're in the market for a used car, definitely stop by their lot. I was referred here by my son, who also bought a nice car from them. They have a very nice selection at more than fair prices. The vehicles aren't junkers; they're clean, well-kept used cars. I purchased the CLEANEST car from this dealership. I was assisted by Dan. The sale was clean, fast and organized. I waited a little over a week to post in case of trouble with the car. But after taking it in for a full inspection the car is in superb shape. I was in the market to find a reliable commuter car and Dan delivered. His willingness to help me with questions a week later shows it’s not just about the original sale but truly wants you to enjoy your vehicle.

Mike and the folks at Auto Outlet were great. We came down to find a car for my daughter and found one they just listed online. When we got there, there was no high pressure sales, just honest info about the car and an easy test drive process. Once we decided to purchase, it was the easiest, fastest car transaction I’ve ever had. Mike even ran financing for me to see if they could beat the rate I got from my credit union. They couldn’t, but there was no pressure to take one of their financing offers. They also worked with me while I finalized the loan and I picked up the car a couple days later.
One of the things that really stood out was they spoke directly to me, not to my male partner who was just there as my ride. They also didn’t condescend, didn’t question my car knowledge, and didn’t try to make me feel dumb in any way. I also felt completely safe on my own when I went to pick up the car. Any woman who’s dealt with car salesmen or contractors knows exactly what I’m talking about. On top of that, they had a good selection of cars at good prices. I’ll definitely be back when it comes time to get my youngest his first car!
Ive been on the hunt for a newer model
Lexus sc 430. They had the exact car I wanted and could not have had a better experience. I was always weary of buying from a “side of the road” dealer but this may have changed me! Dan is incredible! So personal, efficient and wonderful to work with. I was in and out in less than 20 mins! Would def buy from here again!
Mike and the team were amazing. At the last minute I opted for another vehicle, which was no problem for them, but they got me a much better interest rate than another bank had initially quoted me. We were driving around one day on the search for a car for our son and after many stops at other dealerships we happen to come upon Auto Outlet! Our experience was great. After searching for two years for a 100 Series Land Cruiser in Atlantis Blue Mica I finally stumbled upon one at Auto Outlet of Tacoma through a third party search engine, CarGurus. The photos depicted the vehicle as-is in true form. The Carfax was proper. I quickly called and spoke with Mike, the son of the owner of the dealer explaining I was out of state but willing to buy sight unseen based on the Land Cruisers service history and condition. He promptly sent me requested detailed photos of specific areas of the SUV. He took a deposit and I wired the funds shortly after. He had paperwork fedex’d overnight. I booked my flight and picked it up and the 100 Series was in said condition depicted in the photos. No hassles. No pressure. The way transactions should be anywhere. Thanks again Mike!
