They always have exactly what I need and are very knowledgeable if you ever have any questions. Parking is definitely lacking and hard to maneuver if you drive a truck.

I'm 70 years old. I needed a battery and had the core in my trunk. I asked ALEX if he could take my core battery from my trunk to the inside counter of the store, all of 10 feet, as I have a hernia. He refused claiming some physical impairment. Alex appears to be in his twenties just over 6 feet tall. I was told by a female behind the counter that Alex is the manager. He was unprofessional and didn't want to handle my battery purchase. I asked a burly young gentleman just leaving if he would carry the battery inside and he kindly did this. He said he hated dealing with Alex as well. Goodbye O'Reilly hello Autozone

These guys are very attentive to your needs, friendly, and knowledgeable. From the greeting when you walk through the door all the way to the "have a great rest of your day" these guys are on top of creating a pleasant experience for everyone that walks through the door.

Zabrina at the counter was awesome. She helped me change my battery in the rain. No complaints from her, just quick and efficient help. Hugely recommend this Tacoma 6th Ave branch. And thanks again Zabrina.

I've had a check engine light on and went to O'Reilly to have a scan done. John, the manager I think, provided the best customer service I've had all year. He smiled and casually greeted me when I walked through the door. His smile and sense of humor made me feel at ease. He then took the time to print out and explain the part I might need to check possibly purchase. There was never pressure to buy anything and I left feeling empowered. We need more folks like John in this world!!

I walked into this location with a bottle of Powerade I had brought from home, intending to make a simple purchase: a can of glass cleaner for my windshield. Instead, I was met with an accusation. The cashier insisted I pay for the drink I was already holding, despite my clear explanation that it was not from their store. I was stunned. Rather than being treated as a customer, I felt like a suspect.
This experience was not only frustrating—it was insulting. I left without making a purchase and will not be returning. There are plenty of other stores where I can shop without being wrongly accused or made to feel unwelcome. Respect and common sense should be the baseline for customer service. Horrible experience last week with very unknowledgeable employees but I figured I would give them a second chance and went in today with the most basic gasket Needed for a 68 Mustang two barrel carburetor… and got the smug 20 something year-old response of “can you give me a part number “….Isn’t that your guys job to come up with part numbers not mine?

Ayden went above and beyond helping me and my wife replace our headlight. Im disabled and would have had a very very hard time figuring out how to replace it nonetheless trying to replace the bulb. Ayden didn't even give me the chance to ask for help before it was offered before even my payment went thru. Thank you so so much for your help and generosity and for being so sincere.

There's a man that works at this store named Jason who is not only the kindest and most knowledgeable automotive specialists I've ever met at an auto mechanic store anywhere between California Michigan and Washington. I was able to make a 1200 plus dollar repair for less than $300 with the assistance of this store. Go here before the mechanic.

I was disappointed with the staff. They were just talking amongst themselves for over 15 minutes while I was looking for something only 12 feet from 3 of them (to be clear they weren't discussing anything to do with work). Finally I just started googling what I needed and then once I found all the info I could find I finally asked one of them. At that time the girl walked away, one of the guys moved behind the shelves behind registers and the other guy tied to help me... He didn't look anything up and frankly he didn't know what he was talking about and told me something completely wrong based on the info I had researched. When I brought this to his attention he said "yeah I don't know man that's weird I think it should work tho". Which that wasn't the case. I was just very very disappointed because I feel like more times then not at these places it's someone without any experience in automotive that's there to try and help by typing stuff into the computer which doesn't work if they don't know there stuff.
I know I'm not the only one that feels like I know more than they do and I will tell you I don't know that much about cars. I just have common sense and can get around most things with that and logic.

Went to get brake lights because mine went out..they offered to replace them for me. It wasn’t the problem so they suggested the fuse and that was it!! They even put it in for me. So helpful!! Thank you

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They know their stuff, both about their store and about cars. The store always seems to be pretty well stocked. Not much more to say, it's pretty much got everything you'd expect or need of an auto parts store.

We needed some fuses for our truck in order to get our trailer lights to work. TERRY was very helpful and went above and beyond to set us up and get us on our way!! He stood in the rain looking at our fuse box and helped us figure it out. Thank you TERRY!

I went to buy windshield wipers. Very nice staff. They help me find the correct size for my car .Then install them .That is a plus . Will tell other to see them for their items.

Even though my battery was no good, the associate proceeded to give me options for a solution From different angles, time vs. quality, am I keeping it or not or buying it?do I want good better best, and also made it point to include other things I might want to replace or fix. Overall, it's all about the interaction. If someone is truly trying to assist you in everything from knowledge or parts and operation, around to installation and some you might try this other place. Simply awesome how he could refer me to a competitor with confidence that I d be back! I love seeing that, so suril I did come back and new they are great there

Sitting in the parking lot right now. Came in because my check engine light came on. Adrian was amazing! She apologized for “making me wait (I pretty much just walked through the door lol)” then she did the test, showed me the results, and explained the process to me. And made recommendations. I hope the owners/bosses see this. Definitely an amazing customer service representative! Thank you Adrian :)

Dakota is THE light guy.
He helped me find the right bulbs for my tail lights and rear turn signals AND he helped me install them.
And he made sure I knew how do I could do it myself next time.
He was very kind and helpful.

This O'Reillys is the best I've ever been to, they have all been good to me but there's an older gentleman here big white beard can't miss him he is the guy with mass amounts of wisdom and he diligently shares it openly, step by step he goes out of his way to help you get it done, he works the job to help people, this is a great man, and a great shop! Very recommend this shop especially to anyone who needs help problem solving and could use a little extra advice with the job your getting done! Don't take my word for it look for the long white beard and get it done!

The service at this location was anything but good. I needed a car battery and they challenged me request. Not all batteries are in the normal place but was told I didn't know where the battery was, even after I told him I was looking right at it. My opinion was they discounted me because I am a female.

The associate that helped me was very efficient and personable. She has definitely had the necessary training mixed with experience to be able to understand my untrained descriptions. She listened to me describe my vehicle's problems, went to her computer and located the exact part that i needed to fix it. All the while, holding a conversation with me. Thank you for your help.

Wow! She removed and installed my wiper blades in the rain. She was not big on talking, but what a helpful crew member. She should be an owner/manager. Looked like a clean and well stocked store.
