My daughter's car was totaled. We were more worried about her health than the car, so it was taken to the lot, and the very next day we went to retrieve her computer and two pairs of expensive roller skates. It was all stolen. I couldn't afford the tow bill, and asked if they could get the money from keeping the car for scrap. They had me sign off on it and then months later sent me a bill for over a thousand dollars. They're heartless. Don't use this company!!
Liberty Towing was so helpful. Joey arrived in a timely matter and was kind enough to let me ride along to the shop. He was friendly, knowledgeable in securing the vehicle to the flat bed as I had a E.V. vehicle, and most importantly very professional while being personable. Highly recommend.
Scummy company to say the least. Left us sitting in the road on a busy street blocking traffic. After waiting over an hour and a half they were more than 10 min after the latter of the estimated arrival time, I called to inquire and they accepted a tow without anyone to come. When I inquired, they said their guy was still dropping another customers car off and would be another half hour or more. My text alerts said both of the sort! They clearly do not respect the people whose money they want. They leave you in the road blocking traffic so they can make $$ if you don’t have a truck available, do NOT accept the tow!! Horrible company.
I had an outstanding experience with my driver, Joey! He was incredibly professional, courteous, and truly went above and beyond. Joey clearly has a lot of experience and knows how to handle complex situations and tight-fitting areas with ease. It was clear he takes pride in his work, and he treated my car as if it were his own. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. Highly recommend their service!
Dec 26/25 My battery died so I contacted Liberty by email first, it was at 345am I received an automated response stating someone would contact me. At 4am I decided to call instead, the operator advised 45 minutes someone would arrive and expect a call from driver 15 minutes prior to arrival time. At 5am I never received a call so I called operator and was advised t she would call me back in 5 minutes to advise where driver was, ten minutes later I called operator as I had not heard back, she then advised driver would be at my location in 30 minutes and should call me shortly. At 540am I still did not receive a call, I decided to call and cancel request. I don’t mind waiting, but being dishonest to customer isn’t best business practice. .
So today early morning, I did not talk to my uncle for a while. It is very unusual at location on his phone pinging to this tow yard. I spoke with a gentleman Over the phone, I was told that they checked the car it was towed, but nobody inside I go down to the yard. They don’t know who I spoke with over the phone. It was an African-American brother at the window and understood the importance of checking the vehicle, although his superior an old. an old Betty White. Looking lady told him no cell phone is pinging all over the place My uncle was found in a car I’m giving the five star review Because he went above and beyond Helping us out So pending a lawsuit That has nothing to do With anything he did because he was a huge help
I’m active duty military the company towed my car unwillingly no one called them to tow my car they tried to charge me 624.70$ to get my car out of the impound my car was not even impounded for a hour (keep in mind no one called them) I talk to the property manager and the owner of the parking they both said they didn’t call and this company persuaded to take my car the dispatcher was also rude and not allowing me to speak to the manager violating my rights as a service member my lower will be in contact
Praise God Tow truck driver, Jerad Meads, made a bad time better when he came to tow my car on ThanksGiving. He spoke like he cared about my situation. He was knowledgeable, quick, personable, & friendly to me. He was a Good representative of the company.

UPDATE, they are refunding the $165 after hours fee. Ours car was impounded in Fircrest and towed to their yard in Fife about 7 miles. It was there from 11pm til we arrived at 4:45pm the following day , so 18 hours they had the car. We called at 4pm and was quoted $660. So high. Then no one answered the bell or knocks, so at 5pm we called the number and they said it was 5:01 pm and now after hours, the charge now is $828.84! Not even 24 hours in their custody and they were the ones that weren't answering the door before 5pm. There is no instructions on the trailer door so how were we to know that ringing the bell and knocking wasn't the thing to do ?! So disappointed in this business! And they would give us an itemized receipt either!
Mr.June saved my night !!! My Bronco broke down late at night, and he showed up quicker than I expected. He handled my vehicle with complete care and professionalism not a single mark on it. What really stood out was how calm and reassuring he was during a stressful situation. The whole process was smooth, and he made sure I got home safe and sound. The best service I got from them, on August 19th 2025 me and my friends wanted to go camping but got into an accident where my car got stuck off the side of the road, after about two hours of calling towing company's, liberty towing answered and was able to send a driver out to help within an hour and was about to help me get home safe, 100% call library towing for any problems that need towing thank you guys

Customer was really good they way they handled my situation was mind blowing I was in an accident t boned and spun into a ditch. Joey was the man for the job. After a stressful morning worrying about being stranded on Mt. Rainier, Joey gave us advice on all our uncertainties about the car and took great care of our car. He drove us safely and efficiently to our destination and was fun to talk to on the road :)

Out of all the towing experiences I’ve had (I’ve had a lot) this was definitely the best one. Troy is an exceptional young man who is kind, knowledgeable and showed immense care with my rare vehicle.
Specifically asked for a medium duty tow, gave them weight, dimensions, make & model and was told they could tow it. When the agreed pick up time had passed by 2 hours with no notice of delay and no arrival, reached out and was told that because of an accident, they were behind with no ETA. Was told I would receive a return call with an ETA, no return call was received. Called back 3 more times before I was told the call was cancelled without notice due the vehicle being “too heavy”. When asked to speak to a manager, was told no manager was available and wouldn’t be until the following morning. Don’t waste your time with this company, find someone who will actually do the job. Zero stars, would not recommend.
I spoke with Jackie over the phone and she was great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Her customer service was a relief compared to a few other places I called. First impressions are important and I’ll be glad to give this company my business.

Joey was great! I was pushing it real close to making it to a scheduled appointment and Joey got me there quickly (and safely ). Whatever I needed, he was very accommodating. Easy to talk to and good conversation. would ask for Joey if I ever need towing services again.
This company helped a drunk driver, who did tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage to our property. They never even bothered to call us. (We could have simply opened the gate) they demolished our fence and then drug the drunk drivers car over thousands of dollars worth of material. Called to speak with a manager and have received no response. We are currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against this horrible company.
Needed a tow earlier due to a breakdown and I was very impressed with how short my wait was. I believe Isaiah was the driver towing me. He was very friendly. I was only being towed a short distance but the fee was very reasonable and I was happy to have them tow me. Thank you Liberty Towing.
Joey B was absolutely amazing! I didn’t have to wait forever like other companies. He was quick, respectful, and got the job done perfectly. I didn’t get a single scratch on my car or get anything broken (i have had it happened in the past with different companies). He definitely went above and beyond when helping me. I definitely recommend getting Joey!
During a recent Monsoon rain storm I had to change camping sites. I pulled into my new site in my F 350 with my 36 ft 5th wheel attached only I did not see the "edge" of the site through the leaves, water, & rain. My truck went up on a large log and slipped over the slope, my passenger wheel was up against another log and my front passenger tire had a large log on the inside of it. My truck was on a slant and my 5th wheel attached and to make mattters worse a huge tree was 5 ft in front of me! I called my roadside assistance company (FMCA roadside) and after 3 companies wanting to charge thousands of dollars to pull me out-- Liberty towing accepted the job! Stephen Chudy from Liberty came out and what a wonderful man, he was able to pull my truck free with his winch. He was very understanding, professional, and helpful! Once the truck was free I was worried about the 5th wheel and towing, etc. He assisted me with how I would be able to pull out of the spot without having any trouble and explained to me exactly how to do it. I cannot say enough good things about this company! I highly recommend them!
